Ladybug stared directly into her five spider eyes, as she ripped out a scorpion shaped pendant. King Scorpion collapsed onto the street.
"Ra- Rachnera... How could..."
"Don't." She spoke in a harsh tone.
"I told you LB. I told you I would do what I needed to do to keep this place safe. Whatever, I have to do. Kitty cat is hurt and you almost lost your miraculous. Hell, even lost this in battle." She tossed over a vial with the ladybug design on it.
"You're right... But to kill him..." Her eyes crying tears of sadness and anger, before her face was pulled into Rachnera's chest, with the non-bloody hand of course.
"I'm sorry Buggie, I know how you are feeling, but you need to learn, sometimes you must do..."
Ladybug looked up at her, as a tear fell on her.
"... What you don't want to do. To protect the ones you care about." She wiped the tears from Ladybug and kisses her forehead.
"You are an amazing heroine. Better than me, cause I can't always save people like you..."

Mari. Where are you? I looked up and down the streets that were safe, but no sign. I turned into an alley and found a familiar hero on the ground.
"Chat Noir?" I went over.
"Agh... Lila? I told you to go somewhere safe..." His ring beeped.
"I'm about to change back..." He staggered up and looked around but no doors. Lila looked at a dumpster and sighed as she dragged him over.
"No choice." He sighed as he crawled in and Lila shut it.
"Thanks Lila. I'm glad you've changed for the better."
"Thanks. Though I could still peek ya know."
He laughed.
"So why are you here?"
"Well... My ... My best friend... My girlfriend... I'm not sure if we are or not... But she wouldn't answer her phone and she wasn't at the school so I was worried..."
"You're very brave."
Their talk was cut short as Ladybug swung in.
"L-lila?! Wha... Why..." Leans on trash can and falls.
"Ow..."

Rachnera laughed as she came in behind her and help her up.
"Heh. Oh. Hello miss Lila. Why are you here?"
She smiled at Rachnera.
"Hi. Oh, I was trying to find my gf cause she wasn't at the school so I was worried about her and someone else too."
Ladybug blushes but shacks it away.
"Awww. You must really love her." Rachnera hugged her. She just found it too cute.
"Plaug. Claws out." And out of the trash came chat.
"I'm back ladies."
"Chat. You shouldn't prowl through the trash. Bad kitty." Ladybug giggled.
"Somekitty may need a leash." Rachnera chuckled next.
"Nah. I'm too curious for that. I might just scratch and bite my way free." They gave a small laugh and ladybug used her power to redo everything.

The people who were struck by the King Scorpion woke up without a scratch. The King Scorpion returned to normal but still remained on the ground. There was no wound on his back. His scorpions were alive again and crawled around on him. The big one went to his face and laid there...

"Bug out."
"Cat-cha later."
The duo left Lila and Rachnera.
"They sure are something." Lila said.
"Yeah..." Rachnera spoke in a monotone voice as she scaled the wall.
Lila looked at her. They just saved the day... It's sunset so evening at this point. Why was she so sad looking. Lila climbed a latter to the rooftop and seen Rachnera leaning against the wall.
"Miss Rachnera? Are you okay?" She asked the spider heroine, to which she broke down in tears. Lila was concerned and eased over. She went to pay her back and she flinched at the touch.
"I'm a monster... You shouldn't be around me..."
Lila was confused.
"You're not a monster. You're a her..."
"I killed someone... Again... I tried to not have to but I had no choice... It was kill or have hawk moth win..." Lila stepped back then shook her head.
"But you just said you had too. And I'm sure Ladybug's power reversed it."
"Even so... He died. Bringing him back won't change that... I moved here hoping this would never happen again..." Lila hugged her.
"Stop it... You did what you had too... There's no shame in that... Now stop crying. You're a hero. You shouldn't let your fan see you down." Lila had tears in her eyes too.
Rachnera stood up and wiped her tears.
"You're right." She smiles.
"Thank you Lila!" Pulled her into a tight hug.
"MMMMMM?!" Lila was now being suffocated but the spider chest. She loosened the hug and Lila pulled her head out and panted.
"You do this... on purpose... don't you?" She asked between breaths.
"Honestly, yes. It either makes them flustered or comforts them... Or suffocates them too." She laughed.
Lila laughed with her and stopped.
She sniffed.
"Huh? That scent... It's familiar..."
"Hm?"
Lila sniffs again then her eyes widened.
"It's a mix between cologne and perfume?"
"Eh?!" She backs up away from Lila.
"Well I should go. Don't need to power down in front of you heheh. Bye dear." She shot her web and swung away."
Lila watched.
"So familiar..."

Hawk Moth/Shadow Moth didn't know what to think. This Spider lady just killed him. He held his head.
"Looks like violent hosts aren't the best suited targets. It may have been close but he took a bunch of lives as well. Lives that I am responsible for... And Adrian was out there somewhere... If I lost him... I don't know what I'd do... Perhaps I shouldn't do that again."
He closed the giant window.
"But, Rachnera could prove useful if something like this happens again. Mmm..."
