It been two days since I received the letter and two days since I came back home. I didn't want to think about it to much,because it must be some sick joke.

And I have other things to think about. One of them being Logan after what happened in my hotel room. He became a little different. His body tense when I get close to him.

And when I talk to him he just snap or doesn't respond. I mean I don't know if it was me being influenced by the wine that made me react like a horny chick or something else?

I reach for the letter again and I read what it said. I sighed and I got up from my bed and I made my way upstairs." Come in." Said my father when I knock on his door.

" dad?" But I stop when I seen one of the bodyguard in the room. I waved at him and I make eye contact with my dad." I have to tell you something but it seem like you are busy so I will ju-"

I grab the knob and I was ready to close it when he stop me.

"What that?" He asked me

I look down at the letter and back at him." I...."

I frown I don't know if I should give it to him or not." Karina?" And I look back at him.  I walk inside the room and I hand it to him.

" someone left this inside my hotel room." I told him as I watch him read the letter. When he was done he narrow his eyes at me." What did I told you daughter?"

" I know what you said bu-"

He stand up." Maximus leave I need to talk privately to Karina it seem she has the brain of a 5 year old." The man stood up and left the room.

"Dad....?" I said his name and he shook his head." I told you to leave if something happened."

"DO YOU EVER LISTEN!" I flinched at the tone of his voice. " KARINA WHAT AM I GOING TO DO WITH YOU!" He yell at me his face getting red with how angry he was.

"Da-"

He slam his hands down the desk."don't you dad me how? Can you not follow my simple instructions?" He said as he sat down on his chair.

" I'm not a child no more I'm capable I'm handling my own problems." He smirks at what I said." The letter is harmless." I told him.

"Harmless? Harmless? Karina this letter is a threat."

He told me as he shook his head." Just leave.... I don't want to argue anymore with you." I glare at him." I never was arguing with you. At least I decided to show you the letter father."

I walked out of the room and I slam the door and I made my way back to my room to see pancakes laying down next to my door. I picked him up."pancakes dad is being mean again."

I pout as I close the door I put him down and I reach for my phone. I look at the number and I answer it."hello?"

I said and I listen to the man as he breathed he didn't say anything at first." Karina winter?" He asked with hesitation.

"Yes who is this? And how you get my phone?" I asked the man.

" no...no time to explain,but we need to meet up if...if you want to know the secrets that your family has kept from you."

I look at the number and I put my phone back on my ear."who is this? No you know what listen don't call me again fucking weirdo." And I hung up the call.

Secrets? How would he know them. I shrug my shoulder and I went back to my laptop I look at the address of the house and also look at how many minutes it away from company.

And I think I found it the right house for me. I lived with my parents for so long I think it time to live by myself.I pay for the house and I also called my maid to start packing up my room.

As I watch them pack my room I look at my mom as she seen what they are doing." So good news?" She asked me as she made her way to my side and sat down.

" I found it! My perfect house." I told her with a smile on my face." Are you sure? You want to move out sweetie?"

I roll my eyes." Honey it far to dangerous what would the next plan be? For them? What if they kill you?" She told me.

And I knew she just want to put this in my head for I wouldn't be able to leave." Mom like I told dad I'm a big girl and I have my bodyguards with me."

I said." Speaking about dad.... I heard him yelling what happened?" I look away from her." We...we just got into a disagreement that all."

I said and she narrow her eyes at me." Karina a disagreement is that all?" I nod my head and she look away. "Well I should let him  know."

"Mom." I said before she left the room and I bit my lip as I tried to think about how I was going to tell her about this idea that I had in my mind.

"I....I was thinking since I have my personal bodyguard it would be better not to have my other bodyguards at my new house." I said to her and she frowns.

" you want to just have your personal bodyguard with you? Just one honey that dangerous I don't think your father would like that very much and I disagree with it."

She shook her head." Mom think about it. If I just have Logan with me the attacks won't happen because they wouldn't be able to tell that I have one bodyguard and they wouldn't know where I'm at."

I said." The reason they won was because they knew exactly what time I got of work and where I would be. This will be a way for I can stay safe."

She stays quiet for a minute or two and she nods her head." Don't get your hopes up. But I will speak to your father."

I scream with joy and I gave her hug and she left me alone. I look down at my phone to see the same number of the man who spoke to me.

I picked up." I use to work with your father. Karina I met you when you was 9." He said. " I would never lie to you,but you need to help me."

He said.

"Why?"

"Because I know information about your family and I am on the wanted list. I am being hunted I'm going to get killed."

He said." Please meet with me." I stay quiet not really knowing what to say." Karina."He said again and I hung up the phone."it can be a prank." I told myself.
