Prologue: She Comes and Goes

As I am walking down the trail I can feel the foggy mist of the rain sit on my cheek. I trip over a palette of hail that is unseemingly starting to fall. I hear the settling laughter of my gentil girl, my life, my love, my Sara.

As I try to get up I feel a rush of wind pushing me down. I can feel it. She's telling me to stay. But she's not even here. I can feel her. Right when the raindrops fall, our love starts all over again from the beginning, just like it did when we first met. I attempt to stand again. But I can't. If I do she'll leave and won't return until the next storm. She won't leave me until she pitys my love for her to grow for another. As the rain falls, she captures me with her smiles and her tears. As the raindrops skip across my windows, I can feel her existence all over again. She'll come inside and rock on her rocking chair. She'll stare at her fishes and watch then swim back and forth. I feel her there. But she'll never show herself. She isn't hiding. She's just not there anymore. She won't return herself. But her soul will come wandering back, for some love as long as the raindrops fall.

No one can break our love. It can't be touched. It can't be hurt. It can't be changed. It will last forever and continue in this world, as long as the rain keeps falling.

Our love is unbreakable. It won't be seen, it won't be alive unless the raindrops fall.
