Meghan's pov :

Meghan's heart was beating heavily , she was worried about If something went wrong with Charlie , she called him 5 more times and He didn't reply .

Finally she heard the noise of a car being parked outside Kelsey's House , Meghan opened the door and went out quickly , Charlie got out of the car and walked towards Meghan .

Meghan : Charlie ! Where have you been ? I called you 8 times and you haven't pick up ?

Charlie : sorry I .... I forgot , I had some work to do and I got carried in it

Meghan : I was worried about you , don't do this again to me

Charlie : OK I promise to try not to

Meghan : shall we go on our romantic date ?

Charlie : ahhh , I don't feel well , sorry but can we postpone it into another day , we can go home , order pizza and watch a movie .

Meghan : it's OK but , Charlie are you OK?

Charlie didn't answer instantly , he cleared his throat then replied

Charlie : yeah I'm fine , let's get going

Meghan : OK? Don't you want to say hi to the girls first?

Charlie : yeah sure .

Charlie and Meghan walked inside Kelsey's House , Charlie hugged and greeted Emmy , Ashlee and Kelsey , they talked a little then Meghan and Charlie went out and got into the car .

Meghan could feel that there was something wrong going on with Charlie , she knew that he was hiding something but she doesn't know what is it and Why?

He was silent the whole way back home , he didn't say a thing and He seemed Confused .

They went home , ordered pizza and ate it while they watched a movie ....

/the next day/

Charlie and Meghan went to Emily's office .

Emily : it's nice to meet you again , Meghan , Charlie , have a seat please

She said as she turned from Meghan to Charlie .

Emily : I want you to know that there is no tension between us , and we're totally focusing on your case

Emily said to Meghan , Meghan nodded her head (I understand ~ she said) and gave Her case's files to Emily so that she can know what they're up against .

/3 minutes later/

Emily : I see , Meghan you know that our opponent is strong , but Its your right ! And I'll do everything I can that the law grants me to do to help you win the case .

Meghan : I understand , tell me what should we do?

Emily : you still have the contract right?

Meghan : I do

Emily : very well , we will present it in the court and remind them that they signed this contract ! And they have no right to dismiss it .

Meghan nodded , Meghan and Emily kept discussing everything there is about the case while Charlie was listening to them .

Charlie's pov :

Charlie wasn't paying full attention to what Meghan and Emily were talking about , He was Thinking of what had happened last night , What Happened in the hospital .

Flashback

Charlie Entered the hospital horrifyingly , His head was Hurting Him badly to death , one of The doctors was passing by saw how His condition was and immediately called the nurses and put him on a moving bed , then got him into the Emergencies room , The doctors injected Him with some serums to cool him down and then they started doing tests and Examining him .

He woke up and he was staring at the roof of a room in the hospital , He looked around and he was alone in the room He was wearing comfortable Patients' clothes , He immediately looked at the clock and he realized that he has been in the hospital for 45 minutes .

He stood off the bed and walked slowly out of the room , As soon as he opened the door a nurse crashed his way .

The nurse : sir you need to have some rest

Charlie : no I need to go

The nurse : the doctor will decide if you can go or not , wait in your room he will come to visit you very soon .

Charlie couldn't do anything he just returned to the room and sat on the bed .

6 minutes later the door was opened ,the doctor entered the room ....

Flashback end

As Charlie was remembering His last night he was interrupted with the voice of Meghan calling his name and he didn't finish remembering ...

Meghan : Charlie !? Charlie

Charlie : ahhh yes?

Meghan : we should go now

Charlie : yeah sure

Meghan and Charlie left Emily's office , they got into the car .

Meghan : babe are you OK you seemed distracted?

Charlie : yeah I'm fine I was just thinking about something else

Meghan : fill me in

Charlie : no it's nothing , whatever where would you like to go ?

Meghan : to your mind to figure out what you were thinking about back there

Charlie : OK I was just remembering an old situation that happened to me in highschool when Tommy was best friend .

Charlie started driving .

Meghan : tell me about it

Charlie was telling Meghan a fake story , just so they could end The subject .

/5 days later/

Meghan's pov :

Meghan , Charlie and Emily were sitting in the right side of the court , While Meghan's manager , And Epic records' Best lawyer were sitting in the left , the judge was in the middle and four of his council men were sitting beside him .

The judge : The court has started !
