As Sahika looked around, she almost stumbled into another woman who seemed to be in a hurry. "I am sorry," the other woman said, her voice sounding anything but apologetic.

Sahika smiled and asked, "Are you Yildiz?" Her assistant, on further inquiry into the company, had told her about another woman.

She was wearing a purple dress which did not reach her knees, and Sahika thought she looked quite fat. Her hair was kept loose over her shoulders.

The woman nodded, looking at Sahika for the first time, and asked, "And I suppose you are Sahika Ekinci?". Sahika nodded and they both parted ways, Yildiz again running to wherever she was running to before.

Sahika thought she seemed a nice yet foolish woman who she could use to get closer to her plan. On the other hand, Yildiz thought of Sahika as one of the typical rich women who have too much arrogance and too little modesty.

Ender gave herself one last sweeping look in the mirror, and after she felt satisfied with her look, she picked up her car keys and moved towards her car.

Today she had decided to wear another one of her many suits, which was white and went really well with her brown-black hair. She hadn't worn a lot of jewellery, aside from small earrings and a necklace.

Her brother Caner sat down with her and clapped his hands together nervously. "Why are you so nervous, Caner?" Ender asked, smiling. "It's not like you're getting married; I am."

Caner laughed sarcastically, "If I keep running around after you doing everything you tell me to, I don't think I'll ever be able to marry, much less date."

Ender gave him an offended look and pinched his cheek, saying, "Now don't say that, you know how dear you are to me." Caner decided to change the topic and so, after a moment of hesitation, asked, "Will you be able to face Kaya again?"

Ender looked disturbed for a second but then her normal facial expressions came back and she replied with her tone grave, "We weren't a thing for long and I swore to forget him from the moment he left me and so I think I have." Caner nodded, but he didn't feel satisfied with the answer he was given.

Sahika was shown to the meeting room by one of the staff, where she was later joined by her brother. Now they both sat waiting for Ender to arrive and for this to finally end. Sahika had already seen her office and felt satisfied with its arrangement.

After some time, the door finally opened and in walked Ender and her brother Caner. Both women looked at each other for the first time and shook hands before sitting down, the official documents spread in front of them.

Ender felt her heart stop from the very first moment she looked at Sahika. Words failed her when they had never done it before, and so did courage. Ender would never have admitted another woman to being better looking than her, but at the moment, her thoughts ran off into another line, describing Sahika with the only word she could think of, exquisite.

Sahika cleared her throat, breaking Ender out of her trance. Ender smiled, moving the papers in front of her.

She looked at Sahika, speaking her vows in a voice loud enough for everyone in the room to hear, and then signed the papers. Sahika also said her vows and signed the papers, and so they were married.

Sahika stood up, holding her hand out for Ender once again. Ender shook it and Sahika said, "I hope we can work well together." "I hope so too," Ender replied, her voice careful.

Ender now got up and started walking out of the room to attend to her business, and after a moment, so did Sahika.
