It has been days since Chad saw Adira in his room talking to her and still he had no plan on how they were going to get Adira and the others out of Jack's hold. He had no idea how he was going to do it without putting her or the others in any danger. He wanted to get her out of there as fast as possible but didn't know how to approach the situation. Seeing her like that made him feel so powerless and helpless, it made him angry that there was others involved knowing he can't just do what he wanted without putting them in harm's way.

Chad was currently in the room pacing back and forth thinking of a way to get Adira back while the others were hanging out in the other room. He heard a knock at the door causing him to pause in his tracks and just stare at the door. The door opened slowly as four heads poked through the door and eight eyes scanned the room until they were met by Chad eyes just staring back at them with one eyebrow raised.

"Hey." Erin greeted as she stepped inside followed by three others, "What are you doing?"

"Thinking." Chad simply replied.

"Of?" Ben asked causing everyone to look at him like he was stupid.

"Adira." He replied as he fell on to the bed, "I don't have a plan on how to get her out. It's been days."

"We'll come up with something." Diana spoke up, "Then we will get her."

"Imagine what she's going through these past few days."

"Dude, chill we'll get her." Ben said, "We just need a smart plan."

"We or do you mean me?" Chad harshly said, "If you think we will get her back then how about you shut up and help think of a plan instead of acting like she's not in any danger?"With that they all took a place in the room and started thinking of a plan.

The evening came by and there were hardly anyone outside walking around, they were either inside their rooms or in the cafeteria having dinner. Chad and his group was one of many inside the cafeteria with their new friends.

The cafeteria was nothing compared to outside, while the outside was quiet, the inside was booming with multiple voices. People were chatting freely to the group they were with and every once in a while laughter would emerge but the slowly disappear of chatter. Along with the chatter and occasional laughter was the sound of silver wear clicking against another solid objects.

"No way, you have to be making this up." Ben said between laughs as he threw his head back as he leaned and held his stomach from the pain, "That did not happen."

"I am not joking." Dan said nodding his head in the process as he took a bite of what looked like jerky, "It's all true."

"Oh my god, that is incredible." Ben said as he calmed himself but still had a wide smile on his face, "Wow I wish I had your parents."

"Ben, if mom was like that it would be you who would be mom's target." Chad smirked.

"No she won't." Ben denied, "Mom loves me."

"But you are not her favorite kid." Erin smiled at them proud, "I am which means one of you two would be." She pointed between them Chad and Ben.

Chad rolled his eyes, "I don't know what you're talking about I'm her baby, which means she loves me more and makes me her favorite."

The group laughs as they watch the three siblings arguing.

"I am so glad I'm an only child." Richie joined the group laughing.

"Hey, Richie." Diana nodded her head and smiled at him.

"Hey, so what are we talking about besides the three of them fighting?" Richie asked.

"Listening to Dan tell some stories." Braden answered.

"Oh did he tell the story about the time his-"

"Put the gun down!" A male voice yells interrupting many people in conversation.

Everyone looked around confused before they looked at each other and started whispering to each other.

"Sir, I suggest to put the weapons down!" The male voice yelled out again, "Do not make me fire!"

Then there was banging, which sounded as if someone was banging on metal.

"Step away from the gate!" He commanded but the banging didn't stop, "I said get away from the gate and put down the weapon NO-" A shot was fired and a scream followed right behind.

"Steve!" Another voiced yelled and the sound of running footsteps erupted.

More gun shots were fired and this time everyone was about to go into a panic until Jack stood up.

"Please stay calm, everyone." He yelled, "I am sure the guards have it under control."

More shots were fired.

"Stop the vehicle!" Someone shouted.

"Oh my god everyone get out of the way!" a voice boomed before multiple running footsteps erupted, "Take cover!"

By this time, everyone was out of their seats and was looking out the window. As they watched banging from the front gate come and Jack ran outside. Chad on the other hand was still seated along with Dan and Chad's group.

"Daddy, what's happening?" Vanessa asked worried as she looked up at him.

"I don't know." He shook his head.

"What do we do?" Mari asked.

"I don't-" He stopped as Chad sprinted to the door and left.

They were about to follow him out the door but they stopped as a huge crashing sound came through and gun fire was being fired. Vanessa was almost out the door but Braden grabbed her by the waist pulling her back in before any bullets came flying their way. Right now everyone was alert and already running around some holding guns while others just ran. Some actually looked like they knew what they were doing but others had no clue what was going on or what to do that they just ran away from the chaos.

"We need to get to a safe place!" Braden yelled over the noise.

"Let's get to the rooms!" Diana called out, "Chad might be there."

"Stay close!" Tom yelled, "Do not go off!"

Everyone nodded before they ran out making sure they don't get caught in the cross fire as they made their way to the rooms.

The group hid behind a building as others ran past and unknown people fired at them. Tom peeked out and saw Jacks group was under attack.

"Who are those people?" Diana yelled over the noise.

"I don't know." Tom replied, "And I don't think I want to know." He peeked over to see everyone else was distracted, "Okay, come on." Tom yelled and began running out with others following.

AS they made their way to the front gate of the motel, the group catches a glance at Jack and his group fighting off other people, some with their bare fist while others used guns. Mari made sure her two daughters wasn't watching trying to keep them from seeing such violence.

"Braden!" A female voice screamed in terror.

Braden and Ben both turned around to see Diana trying to fight off two males and a female. Braden immediately reacts and rushes to her rescue as did Ben. As soon as they got close to Diana, the two males pulled out their knife pointed it at Ben and Braden while the other held it to Diana's neck.

"Don't touch her." Braden growled.

"Don't touch her." One mocked as he looked at his friend laughing.

Braden took that moment to tackle them bringing Diana and the female down with them. Ben reacted and took hold of the man, who holding his knife to Diana, wrist and banged it against the cement. While the guys wrestled around, the unknown female pinned Diana down punching her and trying to see if she has anything worth taking. After a few minutes of fighting the guys finally scared the two males off and both stood up looking at Diana.

"Help!" Diana screamed, "Get her off!"

The girl then takes out her own knife and holds it to Diana, "Come near and I slit."

Both of them looked at each other.

"Well help her!" Ben told Braden.

"Do what?" Braden asked, "I can't hit a girl. You help."

"Oh and I can." Ben retorted.

Soon enough instead of helping both of them started arguing about who should help. Mari rolled her eyes at the two while Diana tried to take the knife away but ended up getting herself in a choke hold.

"Dude, help her!" Braden and Ben said at the same time.

Just then the women screamed in pain as she held the back of her head then her head snapped to the side and her body fell to the floor. She didn't move instead she just lied there. Both boys snapped their heads to the scene and found both M.J, standing behind Diana and the unconscious body, and Vanessa, standing on the side of Diana. M.J was holding a stick while Vanessa was holding a pole in her hands as they both smiled looking at the shocked boys.

"No disrespecting your elders!" Vanessa yelled at them, "I'm not supposed to disrespect my elders yet I still helped. Look around you I don't think those rules apply anymore especially when someone close to you is in need of assistance. Now let's go before we get killed."

M.J and Vanessa walk off as they dropped their weapons. Both boys looked at each other in shock and the girl's parents looked at them, not in shock, but impressed at their daughters. Diana walked over to both boys and slapped them before walking off.

"Assholes." She muttered to herself.

The group got into the gate and ran to the rooms not waiting for anyone else to see them or get in. Once they were in all of them let out a deep breath. Tom immediately went to grab the bags they had and started shoving items that were out into them.

"Now is our chance to leave." Tom said to no one in particular, "Before anything happens."

"What about Chad?" Erin told him stepping up, "We can't just leave my baby brother behind."

"Who knows if he's still alive?" Ben told her, "You've seen how fast he ran out without waiting. He could have gotten shot easily."

"So you're just going to leave our baby brother out there?" Erin yelled.

"We can't just leave the kid, Tom." Mari said looking at him.

"We can't just stay here either." Braden said, "We have to find a way out."

Just then they heard banging at the door. Everyone paused before Mari went to open the door.

"It might be Chad." Ben told Erin.

"Shut it."

When she opened it, the door swung open not giving Mari to move to the side.

"Tom!" Mari yelled as she fell to the floor holding the man, who was trying to bite her, up, "Tom!"

"Mari!" Tom yelled grabbing a lamp on the night stand and swinging it at the man making his head go back and his body to fly back.

Tom looked down at Mari, who was in shock, "Are you okay?"

Mari went to open her mouth to say something but a piercing scream erupted causing Tom to look up. He found multiple others rushing in as they stumble over the man on the floor. Braden grabbed the other lamp and started swinging it around at the infected head. M.J and Vanessa ran to the other side of the room and hid in the bathroom. Braden grabbed hold of Diana and pushed her behind him as he kept some space between her and the infected. Ben looked around for a weapon while Erin climbed over the bed and went to the other side. Ben looked around before opening the closet door and breaking the wooden pole holding the hangers up and using it as his weapon. Every time as the guys swing they took a step back.

"Get to the girls!" Tom looked over his shoulder for a second before looking back and taking another swing.

Mari grabbed Diana and Erin and went to the bathroom to wait.

"How are we going to get out of here?" Braden questioned as he smashed the lamp to ones chin, "They're blocking the only exit!"

"Get to the bathroom quick!" Tom yelled.

"So your only plan is to trap us in a small space?" Ben yelled taking a jabbed at one.

"The door might hold them for a while." Tom swung, "At least it gives a chance to think of a way."

"That door won't hold for shit." Ben yelled.

"Just do it." Tom yelled, "It's our only chance."

Tom and Braden started taking steps back towards the bathroom as they kept swinging. Ben finally growled and took one last stab before rushing into the bathroom and closing the door shut behind him.

"Now what are we going to do?" Diana asked.

"I don't know that was our only way out." Tom answered.

They all let out a sigh as they looked at the door where the banging and growling continued.
