Okay I know this is bad but I got really frustrated and anxious in class today and when I get really angry I run my nails over my arms and before i know it it's been 10 minutes, I feel it stinging, I look down and I'm bleeding rather badly. I'm alright of course but it really burts but like I don't regret it???
