This displays that I’m not the person that my thoughts want me to be. I’m neither flawed nor persuaded by others' opinions. I can now smile and laugh, finding joy in the present moment, as opposed to the past, when I was trapped by the weight of my own thoughts.

I made mistakes along the road, but I embraced my unique qualities. I may finally reveal the essence of my authentic self.

I return to my keyboard, pursuing the passions that fill my heart. To write again, to lend a hand, to help others again. I appreciate each scar, learning from it and promising to rise beyond it, never returning to that place.

I’m no longer the weak spirit I once was, plagued with toxicity. In a matter of months, change has revealed itself. 

I'm no longer trampled, because I have found the importance in everything around me. When I journey through the shadows of uncertainty, a guiding light emerges, illuminating the route ahead of me.
