Omkara and Gauri became busy in their daily lives.

Gauri preparing for her upcoming exams and Omkara painting the canvas to surprise Gauri.

One night after picking up Gauri from her college, Omkara noticed that she was unusually silent. He thought to ask about it late. They reached home and had dinner in silence.

Later at night, when Omkara came take water, he saw Gauri is still awake. So he went to her room.

"Gauri." He called her seeing her leaning on the chair closing her eyes.

"Omkaraji... You need something." She asked.

"No. Is everything Okay, I am observing you from evening. You are nervous and thinking about something, did something happened at college. You can share with me Gauri." Omkara asked standing in front of her.

"O.. Omkaraji, Today my lecturer Ms. Dwivedi, called me and said being impressed by my project they selected me to represent our college in inter college competitions held on this weekend. Where I have to give a presentation on the project I prepared. " Gauri said looking at Omkara.

"Wow... Congrats Gauri, I am proud of you. " Omkara said hugging her.

"Omkaraji. I can't participate in that competition. I never participated in any of such kind. I can't Omkaraji, I am afraid to give a presentation before so many people. " Gauri said.

"Gauri, never underestimate yourself. you got an opportunity and never waste opportunities. Many are waiting for that one opportunity and you are luck to get one, so never waste an opportunity. I will help you in your presentation, please don't back off. You are my Dabang Chiraiyya, you should never be afraid of anything. You are participating and that's final." Omkara said cupping her face.

Gauri smiled at him nodding.

"Now come let's start working on your presentation. We have only 3 days to complete it. " Omkara said sitting on the chair folding his sleeves.

Gauri and Omkara began to work preparing Gauri's presentation for her inter college competition.

They worked together and completed the presentation.

On the presentation day Gauri got ready early in the morning even though she was confident all these days due to constant encouragement from Omkara but on presentation day she was nervous wreck and began to fear.

"Gauri, shall we start for the competition. " Omkara asked coming down from the stairs buttoning his sleeves.

Not getting any response he looked around for Gauri and saw her walking to and from in the kitchen mumbling herself with nervousness written all over face.

Omkara smiled and walked towards the kitchen. He caught her from her shoulders and stopped her from oscillating further.

"Gauri did you took the duty of pendulum or what? Why are you moving to and fro. " Omkara asked smiling.

"Omkaraji I am afraid about the presentation. " Gauri said hurriedly.

Omkara smiled at her nervousness stricken face and gave her a glass of water to drink.

"Relax meri chiraiyya, it's just a presentation and not any world War you are going to fight. " Omkara said rubbing her shoulders to ease her tension.

"It's seems nothing less than a war for me omkaraji. " Gauri said getting tensed.

Seeing her tension and nervousness Omkara pulled her into a hug and Gauri tightened her hold around him, Omkara wrapped his hands around her pulling her more closer if possible and began to cuddle her.

"Gauri, it's okay you can do it. Be confident. Didn't I told you already it's an opportunity and make use of it. You are Dabang Gauri who overcame even more difficult situations like this."Omkara said rubbing her shoulders trying lessen her nervousness.

" Now come on take some deep breaths and show you million dollar smile. " Omkara said.

Gauri did as he said and smiled at him.

"Okay Gauri listen, I know this is your first presentation, so feel free and be confident. Try to say whatever you want to say and maintain eye contact. If you feel nervous then take a deep breath and continue. And remember I will be with you always. Say what you have to say don't worry about people opinion and results." Omkara said.

"Thank you Omkaraji, I am feeling better now. Let's go we are getting late. " Gauri said.

"Good. Now go and rock the presentation and after coming home I will give you a gift. " Omkara said and Gauri looked at him wide eyed.

"No baba I don't want any gift or treat. What happened last time when you took me for treat is enough. " Gauri said making Omkara chuckle.

"Don't worry this time I am not gonna take you to any marriage. Now come let's go. " Omkara said pulling Gauri with him.

They reached the venue where the inter college competitions are held and Gauri got down the car.

Gauri said bye to Omkara and began to walk. Omkara followed her.

"Omkaraji, are you also coming inside? " Gauri asked.

"Yes my chiraiyya. Didn't I said that I will always be with you. The person who is managing this event is my client, so he arranged an entry for me." Omkara said.

"Wow Omkaraji, you will be with me during presentation... " Gauri squealed smiling widely and walked towards the presentation place dragging Omkara with her.

Next presentation is by Gauri Kumari Sharma came the announcement.

Gauri walked on to the stage and her eyes searching for Omkara. She saw Omkara smiling at her encouragingly sitting among the audiences.

She took a deep breath and began her presentation, whenever she felt nervous she looked at Omkara, who was cheering at her silently and began to continue. Finally she completed her presentation and everyone clapped.

Results where announced and Gauri's presentation got second place.

"Omkaraji, I can't believe I made second place. " Gauri said showing her certificate and trophy to Omkara.

"I know my chiraiyya. See you got second place. " Omkara said.

"I still can't believe Omkaraji. "

"See you are my Dabang chiraiyya got second place in your very first presentation itself. And next time I am sure you will get the first place. " Omkara said.

"Sure I will get a first place and give that trophy for your since you are the one who is helping me with my project presentation. Now I can't wait for my gift you said that you will give after the presentation. " Gauri said.

"Come let's go and get your gift. " Omkara said starting his car.

"Omkaraji, why did you blindfolded me. Open it I wanna see my gift."

"Arre surprise gift hai, patience chiraiyya, How can I let you see it. I will open your blindfold once we reach your near your gift. " Omkara said walking her towards his room.

"Gauri stand her and don't move anywhere. " Omkara said and disappeared.

"Omkaraji, where have you gone leaving me. " Gauri asked but still she stood with closed eyes.

After a few minutes she felt someone standing behind close to her that her back is in contact with their body. She immediately recognized it is Omkara.

"Omkaraji.. " She called.

And Omkara hmmed opening her blindfold.

Gauri opened her eyes and was shocked seeing the her portrait in Omkara's room which is decorated with balloons and lights.

"Kaise laga gift? " Omkara asked keeping in chin on her shoulder while wrapping his hands around her waist from behind.

"It is very beautiful. You painted it? " Gauri asked turning around to face him.

Omkara nodded his head.

"Remember you asked a gift from me on your birthday. This is the best painting I painted till date. And it will be the best one forever because it is the painting of the Girl, who is my inspiration and the light of my lifelife and reason for my artistic rebirth. My love Gauri." Omkara said looking into Gauri's eyes.

"Thank you Omkaraji, this is the best gift I received. I love you."

She hugged Omkara hiding her face in his chest.

Omkara came out of the hug holding her hand in his he said.

"Thank you Gauri for coming in to my life and making it colorful and lively. Thank you being on my side when no one was and encouraging me to pursue my passion. I want you to be on my side always in every step I take and every moment I spend. Will you be with me always by my side as my friend, wife ,mother of my kids and love of my life. Will you marry me Gauri? " Omkara said kneeling down on his leg.

Gauri has tears rolling down from her eyes with happiness. And she nodded her head.

"Yes." She managed to say.

Omkara slid a ring on to her finger. And hugged her wiping her tears.

They stood there for few minutes and Gauri started to speak.

"I am feeling happy today with the fact that I am having someone in my life after my parents, who cares for me and loves me whole heartedly. Whenever Richa used to say that One day a prince will come breaking the darkness filling the light. I never believed thinking that I don't have happiness written in my fate and began to accept my fate. But deep inside I wished for someone to fill my life with happiness and give me the love and care I deserve. I am indebted to Shankerji forever for sending you into my life. Today I am feeling happy again. Thank you for letting me into your life. " Gauri said looking into his eyes.

They both looked into each others eyes conveying the feelings that words can't speak.

Omkara cupped her face with his hands and kissed her on her lips and Gauri gladly accepted wrapping her hands around him. They kissed each other until they have to give up for the cruel need of oxygen. Omkara rested his forehead on Gauri while both tried to catch their breath closing their eyes.
