Note: Pls copy and fill in the form. If you're in the mood, please give me a short summary+the form of your character. If you have given me a short summary, and it is detailed enough, I will try my best to write a short chapter of what happened when you received the message(from the Government).

Also, if you need me to reserve a spot for you, pm the spot you want to sign up for. For Elementals, give me Your element of choice + (the word) elemental + Character name. Ex. I chose Energy, so it would be Energy Elemental.

For Humans, give me the type of human you are + Character name. Ex. Human: Archer.

For Shapeshifters, give me the type of shapeshifter you are + Character name. Ex. Aerial Shapeshifter.

You must sign up after 7 days of reserving. After that, I will remove your reserve for someone else.

You can only reserve a spot that hasn't been taken.

Maximum number of characters you can create is 3.

I will require people of both parties to inform me, telling me which person (Wattpad Username) and which Character (he or she has created) you'd like to fall in love with.
