BONUS CHAPTER #47: Kiba Shoves a PIE in Nia's FACE 😡😤

"Doesn't it make you mad?" Kiba flipped through a magazine, feet on the table as he sat in a cafe with Shikamaru and Lee.

"What exactly?" Lee questioned.

Kiba lowered his magazine until Naruto and Nia came into view, the pair openly flirting with one another and laughing together as they sat at a table further ahead of the group.

"That Naruto could ever like that... wildebeest of a thing."

"Come on now, man. Please don't start," Shikamaru sighed.

"That's rude to say, don't you think?" Lee said.

"You know I'm right," Kiba spat. "Girls that look like her are just disgusting. They don't deserve anything. Especially not love and not with a guy like Naruto. Just admit, you all KNOW he could do better. I don't get why he has such low standards. I thought better of him."

"Okay, but he didn't ask for your opinion," Shikamaru responded, making a face. "Nia really loves him. Sure, she isn't a knockout but at least Naruto sees her for her. At the end of the day, as long as he's not getting treated bad, I couldn't care less who he dates."

"I agree!" Lee nodded. "It's not always about the looks. Sometimes you can love a person for their soul. I love pretty women, but even I know it takes more than just their beauty to make me stay."

"Yeah right," Kiba rolled his eyes. "Naruto sure likes to put on a front that he's all macho and confident but seeing the girl he chooses to be with, he has to be insecure or have low self esteem in actuality. Why would you, as a guy, accept to be with a girl who looks like that? It boggles my mind. And to make matters worse, not only is she ugly as shit, but she's fat TOO. Like, dude, stand up. Have standards for yourself."

"You are truly something else, you know that?" Shikamaru took a sip of his coffee.

Kiba's nose scrunched. "I just don't like her. Just ugly... ugly as hell."

"Why are you so mean to her? She hasn't done anything to you," Lee responded. "She's a really nice person and she clearly loves Naruto. Do you see how well she treats and adores him? It makes me so happy to see Naruto being appreciated like that for once by a girl."

"But that's what I'm saying. The reason he dates her is because he feels he has no other options. He probably thinks she's the only girl that wants him. Seriously guys, you think if other smokin hot babes wanted him too, he's really gonna choose that ugly, fatass over them just because, oh, she's nice? Get the hell out of here."

"Well, Naruto wouldn't choose a girl sorely based on looks."

"Uh, did you forget his crush on Sakura? He literally only liked her just cause he thought she was hot even though she treated him bad. Let's get real, if Sakura told him right now that she truly loves and wants to be with him, he's leaving Nia faster than the speed of light."

"Don't say that, Kiba," Lee shook his head. "Naruto's not a little kid anymore. He's matured a bit enough for that not to be true. He wouldn't abandon or cheat on Nia for another woman no matter who they are. He's not like that and you know it. He's extremely loyal."

"And stupid as hell too," Kiba spat.

"Man, why do you care so much about who he dates? You act like Nia's out there cheating on him or using him for money or mistreating him or just, I don't know," Shikamaru groaned. "You are literally so weird for caring so much about it. It's like you're in love with the guy or something."

"Are you kidding me? Of course not. I only like women—BEAUTIFUL women."

Shikamaru sighed as he glanced over at Naruto and Nia, who were engrossed in their conversation. Naruto was animatedly sharing a story, and Nia was looking at him with a gaze that spoke volumes. She was blushing, giggling at his jokes, and her eyes were filled with adoration.

"Hey, Kiba," Shikamaru said, gesturing subtly towards Naruto and Nia. "Look at them. She's genuinely into him, treating him well, and enjoying every moment. Can't you see that?"

Kiba glanced in their direction, his expression unimpressed. "So what? She's still not attractive."

Shikamaru rolled his eyes. "It's not all about appearances, you know. Look at the way she listens to him, laughs with him. There's something deeper than just physical attraction."

"Deep or not, Naruto could do better," Kiba muttered.

"You're missing the point," Shikamaru retorted. "It's about how she makes him feel. You can't deny he looks genuinely happy with her."

Lee chimed in, "Love goes beyond looks, my friend. It's about understanding, companionship, and supporting each other. Nia clearly provides that for Naruto."

As Kiba continued to scowl, Shikamaru continued, "Besides, you're making assumptions about Naruto's self-esteem. Maybe he genuinely sees something special in Nia that you're overlooking."

Naruto caught Shikamaru's eye and flashed a thumbs-up, a goofy grin on his face. Nia blushed even more, clearly basking in the attention from the blonde ninja.

Shikamaru leaned closer to Kiba, lowering his voice. "Look at how she makes him feel like the greatest man alive. Maybe there's more to Nia than meets the eye."

Kiba grunted, still skeptical. However, as he observed Nia's genuine affection for Naruto, a flicker of doubt crossed his face. He couldn't deny the warmth in Naruto's smile, the way Nia hung onto his every word.

Naruto excused himself momentarily, heading towards the counter to get more drinks. Nia sat there, her eyes following him until he disappeared from view. Lee nudged Kiba.

"See that? She can't take her eyes off him. That's love, my friend."

Naruto returned, a tray of drinks in hand. Nia's face lit up as he approached, and she eagerly took the drink he handed her. They continued chatting, and Naruto draped an arm around her shoulder, pulling her in for a quick side hug.

Shikamaru smirked at Kiba. "Look at them. Naruto's happy, and Nia's happy. Isn't that what matters?"

Kiba grumbled but couldn't tear his eyes away from the scene unfolding before him. Naruto was sharing another story, and Nia was hanging onto every word, her laughter filling the air. It was evident she admired Naruto not for his looks, but for who he was.

Shikamaru leaned back, taking a sip of his coffee. "Sometimes, you need to see beyond the surface. Love isn't always about finding the most conventionally attractive partner. It's about finding someone who makes you genuinely happy, someone who sees you for who you are."

The group continued to observe Naruto and Nia from their table, engaged in the lively atmosphere of the cafe.

Shikamaru leaned towards Lee, a sly smile forming on his face. "Looks like Naruto is really laying it on thick today. Let's see how this unfolds."

Naruto grinned at Nia, his blue eyes sparkling with sincerity. "You know, sweetheart, you're absolutely beautiful. I don't think I tell you that enough."

Nia blushed, a bashful smile playing on her lips. "Naruto, stop it. You always make me blush."

"No, seriously," Naruto insisted, his expression earnest. "Your kindness, your smile, it all adds up to this incredible beauty. I'm lucky to have you, ya know."

Shikamaru and Lee exchanged knowing glances, their smiles widening as they witnessed the genuine affection between the two. Meanwhile, Kiba scowled, frustration evident in his expression, as he half-heartedly flipped through his magazine.

Naruto continued, "You make every day brighter, Curly Brow. And when I look into your eyes, I see someone incredible. Someone I want to spend my life with."

Nia's eyes widened, her cheeks flushing even deeper. She stammered, "Oh honeybun, that's... that's so sweet. I never expected..."

Naruto reached for her hand, squeezing it gently. "Well, get used to it. Because I'll keep telling you how amazing you are every single day."

Unable to contain her emotions, Nia impulsively kissed Naruto on the cheek. The gesture surprised him, and he chuckled, turning it into a playful peck on her lips. The cafe seemed to buzz with warmth as the couple shared a tender moment.

Shikamaru and Lee grinned at each other, silently acknowledging the beauty of Naruto and Nia's connection. However, Kiba slammed his magazine shut, pushing back his chair with a disgruntled expression. He muttered something about needing fresh air and stormed out of the cafe.

Shikamaru sighed, watching Kiba's exit. "Guess he still can't handle seeing Naruto with Nia."

Lee nodded, his gaze sympathetic. "Some people take longer to understand the depth of a relationship. We can't force them to see what's right in front of them."

Back at Naruto and Nia's table, the couple exchanged a tender gaze. Naruto cupped Nia's face, whispering words that only the two of them could hear. The affectionate moment continued, and Naruto reached for Nia's hand, intertwining their fingers.

Shikamaru turned to Lee, his tone thoughtful. "One day, Kiba will realize what a gem Nia is to Naruto. She makes him happy, and that's what matters."

Lee nodded.

Kiba stormed back to the table with Shikamaru and Lee, frustration etched on his face. As he approached, he noticed that the pie sat untouched, and his soda remained undisturbed. His eyes flickered between the items and a realization struck him. An impulsive plan formed in his mind.

Without a word, Kiba hurriedly grabbed the full pie and his drink, causing Shikamaru to raise an eyebrow. "What's going on, Kiba? Where are you going in such a hurry?"

Kiba's expression shifted, a mix of guilt and determination. "I just... I realized something. I need to make things right."

Shikamaru exchanged a glance with Lee, both puzzled by Kiba's sudden change in demeanor. "Make things right? What are you talking about?"

Kiba ignored the questions, his focus solely on his mission. He practically bolted toward Naruto and Nia's table, the pie and drink in hand. Naruto frowned at Kiba's abrupt approach. "What's your deal, Kiba?"

But Kiba paid him no mind. He turned to Nia, a faux-apologetic look on his face. "Hey, Nia, I... I wanted to say sorry for being a jerk earlier. I got you something to make up for it." He extended the pie toward her.

Nia, surprised by the sudden change in Kiba's attitude, smiled politely. "Oh, Kiba, you really didn't have to. But no thank you."

Naruto, still puzzled, crossed his arms. "What's going on, Kiba? You're acting weird."

Kiba brushed off Naruto's question, insisting on making amends.

"No, really, Nia, I insist. It's a special pie made... JUST FOR YOU!" Kiba abruptly shoved the entire pie into her face. Shocked gasps echoed through the cafe as pie filling smeared across Nia's face. Naruto's eyes widened, and he took a step back, his confusion turning to anger.

"What the hell, Kiba?!" Naruto exclaimed.

But Kiba wasn't done. He lifted his drink above Nia's head and poured it, adding insult to injury. "Don't forget your drink."

Naruto's patience snapped. In a swift motion, he smacked away Kiba's drink mid-pour and grabbed his own glass, splashing it on Kiba's face instead, his eyes and fists blazing with anger. "T-THAT'S ENOUGH! You've gone TOO far!"

The cafe erupted into chaos as Naruto lunged at Kiba, fists flying. Shikamaru and Lee rushed to restrain them, attempting to quell the escalating brawl. Tables toppled, chairs clattered, and shocked patrons gasped at the sudden turn of events.

Naruto's frustration manifested in every punch, his words a furious barrage. "You think you can humiliate my girlfriend like this? I won't let you get away with it!"

"That's what she gets! She's UGLY AS SHIT! Quit dating her fat ass!" The Inuzuka yelled.

"ARGH! SHUT THE HELL UP! YOU'RE THE UGLY ONE AROUND HERE! I'M GONNA KILL YOU FOR WHAT YOU DID TO HER!"

Kiba, initially smirking, found himself caught off guard by Naruto's intensity. The once self-satisfied expression faded as he tried to defend himself. The cafe staff scrambled to intervene, attempting to separate the two determined fighters.

Shikamaru, using his strategic mind, stepped in to mediate. "Enough, both of you! This won't solve anything." He grappled with Naruto, struggling to keep him away from Kiba, while Lee did the same on the other side.

The brawl continued for a tense moment, the air thick with tension and the sound of scuffling. Naruto's anger burned brightly, fueled by a sense of justice. Kiba, realizing the severity of the situation, attempted to break free and back away.

Finally, with the combined efforts of Shikamaru and Lee, they managed to pull Naruto away, the conflict simmering down. The cafe, now a scene of disarray, watched as the two were separated.

Naruto, breathing heavily, shot a final glare at Kiba. "You're not worth it. Don't think you can get away with this."

Kiba, nursing the aftermath of the scuffle, looked around at the disapproving stares. But he didn't care. In his mind, Nia got what she deserved.

As the commotion subsided, Shikamaru sighed, his frustration evident. "This is a mess. Kiba, you need to seriously reevaluate your choices."

Lee, disappointed, added, "Violence is never the answer. You've lost sight of what's important."

Naruto, still seething, decided to focus on Nia, who was left stunned by the chaotic spectacle.

Amidst the scattered chairs and toppled tables, Naruto knelt beside Nia, his eyes filled with concern. The cafe's atmosphere hung heavy with tension and disbelief as Naruto reached for napkins to clean the pie and liquid off Nia's face. She sat there, silent tears streaming down her cheeks as he worked gently, whispering apologies with every motion.

"I'm so sorry, beautiful. This wasn't supposed to happen. Kiba had no right to treat you like that," he murmured, his voice laced with regret.

Nia couldn't find words. Her attempts to wipe away her tears only seemed to smudge the pie filling further. Naruto, noticing her distress, paused in his cleanup and pulled her into a gentle hug. "It's okay, sweetheart. We'll get through this."

As Nia sobbed into Naruto's shoulder, he continued to clean her face with a tender touch. Shikamaru and Lee, observing the scene from a distance, exchanged annoyed glances, thoroughly disappointed in Kiba's reprehensible actions.

"You're horrible, man," Shikamaru spat.

"How could you ever treat someone like that?" Lee folded his arms. "What you did was awful. You threw a pie in her face and poured your drink on her because you don't find her attractive? What's wrong with you?"

Kiba, displaying a complete lack of remorse, rolled his eyes at Shikamaru and Lee's disapproval.

"I did what I had to. She had it coming. I'm out of here. I've done my job to her worthless, ugly, fatass," Refusing to acknowledge his wrongdoing, Kiba stormed out of the cafe, leaving behind a trail of disdain.

Shikamaru and Lee approached Naruto and Nia, expressing their apologies. "We're truly sorry for Kiba's behavior. It was unacceptable," Shikamaru sighed, looking genuinely concerned.

Lee added, "Kiba needs to realize the consequences of his actions. It's disappointing to see him act so heartless."

Naruto, still focused on comforting Nia, nodded appreciatively at his friends. "Thanks, guys. It means a lot."

As the cleanup continued, Nia couldn't hold back her emotions any longer. She whimpered, "Why do people hate me because of how I look? I don't understand."

Naruto gently kissed her forehead, wiping away her tears. "Curly Brow, it's not about you. People like Kiba are just shallow and heartless. They lack the compassion to see beyond appearances. You don't deserve any of this."

Shikamaru and Lee, listening to Naruto's words, shared a silent agreement. Shikamaru shook his head, muttering, "Kiba really needs a reality check. Treating someone this way because of their looks is unforgivable."

Lee, his disappointment evident, added, "Kiba has lost sight of what truly matters in a person. It's disheartening to see someone act so callously."

As Naruto continued to comfort Nia, he reassured her, "You're not defined by how you look. I fell in love with your soul, your kindness, and your beautiful heart. It doesn't matter what anyone else thinks."

Nia, overwhelmed with gratitude, hugged Naruto tightly. "I love you so much, Naruto. Thank you for being there for me."

"I love you too. And I'll always be here for you, no matter what," Naruto whispered, his sincerity echoing through the cafe.

Shikamaru and Lee, observing the genuine connection between Naruto and Nia, couldn't help but feel a sense of vindication. Shikamaru sighed, "At least some people understand the true meaning of love and compassion."

Lee nodded, "It's a shame Kiba couldn't see beyond superficial judgments. But Naruto's love for Nia speaks volumes about what truly matters in a relationship."

In the aftermath of the chaotic incident, Naruto, Shikamaru, and Lee worked together to clean up the mess left behind. The cafe slowly returned to a semblance of normalcy, and the other patrons looked on with a mix of sympathy and disapproval.

Nia, with Naruto by her side, began to regain her composure. Shikamaru and Lee stayed close, expressing their ongoing support and disdain for Kiba's actions. The trio shared a moment of unity, a silent acknowledgment that true connections went beyond physical appearances.

As Naruto and Nia left the cafe, hand in hand, the lingering stares and whispers faded into the background. Shikamaru and Lee watched them go, hopeful that the love they witnessed would overshadow the shallow judgments that had marred the day.

A/N - Lord, Kiba needs to be whooped BAD! No, but there are really men out there who will literally HATE a woman with a PASSION for being unattractive. I've experienced it plenty of times.
