In a few minutes, In the lair the creature places Lightning down on a hay bed and waits for her to wake up.

She finally awakens and stared right into Primeape and Infernape's face, startling her and made her jump but not high knowing that she was tied up in vines again.

"Nice of you to wake up at this time," Infernape chuckled as he saw her reaction.

"W-what am I doing here? W-where's Dusk" she mumbled trembling in fear.

Primeape laughed. "Check it out, she's trying to say something," he said as all he heard was her muffled voice.

Infernape just grinned. "You two are going to pay for what you have done with our plans".

"What are you going to do?" She mumbled, under the tree sap.

Infernape walked up to her and placed his paws on her chin and tilted it up to meet at eye level. "You're probably wondering what we are going to do to you huh." Lightning nodded slowly trembling in fear as Infernape felt her shaking. "It's simple really. You're going to kill your boyfriend Dusk".

"WHAT! NO!" She screamed under the tree sap.

Infernape chuckled. "I knew you wouldn't comply so easily, so I brought someone to help convince you"

"Huh?" she questioned.

At that moment a Drowzee entered the lair. "Drowzee would you be so kind as to convince our little Pikachu here to obey us?" Infernape asked. Drowzee nodded, "consider it done," he said as he walked towards her.

"Huh!" she gasped keeping her eyes away from the movement the Drowzee made. Suddenly, she began to get stuck in the trance following his arm movements. "Drowzee...Drowzee...Drowzee!" he sang.

Lightning struggled to break free from the trance but his soothing voice lulled her into a state of serenity she opened and closed her eyes slowly swaying back and forth to his arm movements as her mind and consciousness drifted off into darkness. As she opened her eyes once more they were no longer a sparkling amber, but now a dull pupil less brown.

"What do you wish me to do, master" she responded like a zombie.

Infernape grinned. "May I take her for a while sir?" Primeape ask. "We'll have a while before Dusk wakes up and finds us"

Primeape walked towards her. "No... I got to stop this now...I got to break through this trance" Lightning thought stuck in her mind while the trance took over her body.

"She's all yours for now Primeape" Infernape replied. Primeape grinned, "come along now Lightning" he said as he walking toward a private room.

"Yes master" she replied following him. "No...!" she screamed in her thoughts as her body was being controlled by Drowzee and she followed Primeape in the private room, away from everyone else.

Once inside the private room Primeape looks towards her "now give me a cute pose Lightning," he said with a grin.

She turned her head to the left, ears down with her paws covering her mouth. "Uh! Why am I being cute for him" she thought.

"Now freeze" he said.

Primape continued eyeing her slender figure.

She froze just starring like a statue in her cute pose.

Primeape grinned as he walked around her running his paw gently up and down her arm.

Oh...please, not this again" she thought.

Primeape then takes her paws from her mouth and moves them around placing her left paw on her hip and her right paw on her right ear. He looks at her face.

He then adjusts her mouth into a smile. "Perfect" he said as he backed up and looked at her whole figure.

"Huh..." Lightning sighed in frustration, "I am not your action figure."

Primeape then picks her up and brings her to his bed, "now let's have some fun," he said as he laid her down.

Lightning felt like hitting him and running away but her body just wouldn't respond like the statue.

He held onto her and caressed her all throughout the night kissing her, and moving her arms around like an action figure.

"Uhh..." Lightning groaned in frustration again in her thoughts.

Primeape laughed all throughout the night as he continued playing with her like his own toy.

When morning comes Dusk finally wakes up groggily. His head was pounding. Dusk got to his feet and noticed everyone was still asleep. It took him a while to recollect what happened last night. He looked towards where Lightning was sleeping and saw she wasn't there. Then it hit him...."Lightning!!" Dusk sniffed where she was and picked up her scent as he dashed through the woods to find her.

"Oh..." Lightning groaned in her thoughts again sitting on Primeape's hay bed while he snored in his sleep.

"Don't worry Lightning I'm coming for you..." Dusk said as he rushed through the forest up the hillside.

She sat on the hay bed worried about if Dusk comes to try to rescue her and falls for their trap.

He picked up her scent at the entrance to the lair. Dusk took a deep breath as he entered inside, as Infernape watched from a distance.

"He finally arrived" he whispered walking in Primape's bedroom.

"Lightning, get ready! He's here" he spoke to her when she rose off the bed. "Good" Lightning grinned.

"No..." she thought.

He walked through the lair gingerly making sure his paws don't echo throughout the room. He sniffed the air for her scent.

All the Mankeys walked towards him as the Mankey minions approach him.

She waited for the perfect time for her to come out.

Dusk saw as the Mankeys surrounded him along with a figure that looked like...."Lightning...?" He asked, "is that you?"

"Dusk..." She spoke in her thoughts to him.

"Dusk help!" she yelled out loud as a trick to say she was in trouble.

"Don't worry Lightning! I'm going to save you!" He uttered to her as he fended off the Mankeys around him. "Are you ok?" Dusk asked her as he walked up to her.

He looked at her with a worried expression.

All he saw was her shadow.

"Hahahahaha!" She laughed evilly using quick attack before he saw her, all he saw was her tail.

"Well we might as well take the secret weapon out, now" Infernape replied out loud.

"H-huh!?!?" He gasped. He looked around for where she went.

She was next to Infernape. "You can show yourself to him now" he replied.

"Yes, master, but can we make it a surprise?" she replied evilly.

"Whichever way you would want to do it" he replied. She used quick attack and showed up behind Dusk. "Hey Dusk, over here!" Lightning taunted.

"No... I can't do this" she thought trying to break through the hypnosis.

Dusk looked towards her direction. "Lightning? What's wrong with you? Why do you sound so odd?" he started walking towards her.

"Hehehehehe! I've changed, Dusk. I am even stronger now" she replied.

"Lightning what's going on? This doesn't sound like you." Dusk asked worriedly.

"Because this isn't the old me. It's the new me, and I'm going to break you like a twig; just like Spike!" Lightning yelled using iron tail and tripping him.

"Huh! No! I can't do this, Dusk I'm sorry but I can't control my body" she replied in her mind.

Dusk gasped and he fell to the ground in pain. " Lightning what are you doing?!" Before he could respond she shocked him with Thunderbolt as he screamed in agony.

"I'm sorry Dusk I am not in control of myself anymore" Lightning thought.

Infernape just laughed at Dusk, knowing he had no advantage against his mate.

"Lightning...she...she must be under Infernape's control..." Dusk thought. "I have to stop her.... But....I can't hurt her.... I don't want to hurt her..."

Dusk watched as Lightning laughed and prepared another attack.

She used her strongest attack but stopped. "Dusk..." she whispered, but she lost her chance to speak and used thunder shock on him. Dusk squealed in pain. She was about to use electro ball.

Dusk screamed as his muscles locked up from the shock. He had been paralyzed. "Ngh...." he looked up into her eyes now deprived of life and spark once more.

"Dusk...I'm sorry...Ahhh!" she screamed in pain fighting the hypnosis and used electro ball on herself but nothing worked.

Lightning was still stuck in it. She kept smacking Dusk starting to cry a little bit and pant in exhaustion.

Lightning fell on his shoulders in exhaustion but he kept her up.

Dusk was breathing heavily from the blows he took. Each one hurt more than the previous hit. He didn't bother fighting back...he couldn't fight back.... His motivation was gone...just when he was going to break and collapse, he saw her fall limp towards him and he caught her. His body screamed to drop her weight but his heart said no... he couldn't let her fall, even after the punishment she gave him.

Dusk struggled with all his might to keep them up, but it was no use, they both fell flat on the ground exhausted and weak.

Lightning was still laying on the ground next to Dusk panting in exhaustion.

Dusk has a flashback of Spike and him sitting under the stars conversing with each other. "Man...it sure is beautiful tonight eh Spike?" he said.

"Yeah, Dusk" Spike responded.

"Hey Spike?" Dusk asked him.

"Yes Dusk?" he answered.

"I've been thinking about this for a while. Like ever since we became friends..." Dusk said as he turned towards him. "what would you do if we ever had to fight each other?

"What? Why would you think of that? We're friends we would never fight each other unless we were frenemies" Spike replied.

Dusk smiled at him. "Ha-ha! I know Spike, and I'm glad that we are best friends!" His face then sank. "But...in the case that we did have to fight each other.... what would you do.... I don't know if I have the will to fight you Spike...."

"Hehehe! Yeah, you need to be a water type to beat me that easy, but I still won't be easy with a water type" Spike the Charmander laughed.

"Ha-ha that's true!" Dusk laughed with him as well. "Especially that group of Geodude we came across yesterday".

"Yeah, them bullies almost got me there, but we've managed to beat them together with a little teamwork" Spike replied.

"Ha-ha! Nothing can beat us if we are together" Spike responded.

"Ha-ha yeah..." Dusk said as he droned off worried. "Spike...what if something does happen to us and we have to fight each other...you never did answer that question for me..."

"Oh well, if we did have to fight each other I would probably injure you severely. I would probably put lots of scars on you. As for you, you'll probably won't harm a friend of yours especially your mate, and you'll be defeated out there" Spike replied.

"You'll be like a Caterpie against a Pidgey, well much stronger than that though, of course" he joked.

"Yeah....I figured that would be your answer..." he said as his ears drooped.

"What's wrong bud, you're my strongest and best friend out there, don't look upset" Spike replied.

"Thanks...but...I just.... I just want to be strong like you Spike! I want to be able to handle my own in this world in case you aren't around!" Dusk told him.

In the case I do have to fight someone I know and love...I just.... I just want to know how to handle it.... I don't think I could even think about hurting you Spike...even if it meant saving our home let alone the world." Dusk told him sullenly, ears drooped downwards.

"Well, all you got to do is train and you'll get stronger and stronger; that's how I got very strong, soon enough I'll evolve into a big bad Charizard" he replied looking strong.

Dusk couldn't help but smile at him posing so confidently.

"Don't worry Dusk; by that time, you think of an idea to stop it without hurting the ones you know and love" Spike replied to him, patting Dusk's back calming him down.

Spike smiled back seeing his friend smile once again.
