He shut his eyes for a second. He still feel very guilty. She wouldn't have to go through all this if he didn't spill those words. He kept the flower on the small table next to her and sat beside her.

"I'm sorry Sam. I know its my fault , I shouldn't have told you all that. I'm so stupid. I'm so so sorry. Please get well soon fast , I just can't handle another unfortunate incident because of me myself. This guilt will kill me for life." He talked to her slowly.

Even though he knew that she can't hear or feel anything as she was high on anesthesia now , he still wants to talk to her.

Just then "Just give me a reason" song played. He picked the call and it was his mom.

"Yes ma "

"Yes ma"

"No I've not eaten"

There was a long silent gap before he finally nod his head up and down and replied "Yea ! I'll be back in a few minutes , don't worry.

Okay bye". He finished the conversation.

Initially he thought of staying there till Sam awake but his mom was keep on asking him to come back so finally he gave up. He saw a piece of paper there. He write a small note and left it there in hope she will read it after she wakes up. He left.

Right after he left , Raman Uncle , Mala Aunty , Grandma and Suhana rushed inside to Sam's room to see whether she was fine or not. Grandma's eyes was red and her face was dull worrying about her granddaughter. They went inside and saw Sam lied there motionlessly.

Tears welled up from grandma's eyes. Suhana seemed to be worried for her mother's condition too.

She looked up to Raman and asked him "Dadu , will mama be alright ? Why she is not talking to me dadu ? What happen to mama ?" She asked innocently.

"Nothing soha , mama got hurt just now. She will wake up and talk to you soon okay ? Soha shouldn't cry , Soha is a big brave girl right ?" Raman tried to console her.

"Okay dadu" Soha replied and hold Sam's hand. "Mama , faster wake up and talk to me okay ? I miss you mama" She told with a sad face.

Raman asked grandma and Suhana to go back as he will stay at night and take care of Sam. At first Grandma wasn't willing to leave Sam but she eventually leave because Suhana won't go back if she doesn't follow her.

Raman Uncle asked Mala Aunty to stay with them for a few days to take care grandma and Suhana. Suhana left after leaving a peck on her mom's cheek. Raman dropped them in their house.

Sam's POV

I slowly regain my consciousness. "Tit , tit , tit" was the only sound I could hear. I can feel my breath hit on something. My eye lids were heavy. I hear voices but can't understand what is said. There are blurred images of faces peering down at me and moving away then darkness comes again. Consciousness fades in and out. I can't tell if I am dreaming or not.

I feel my body being moved around on a bed and the blurred images and voices are back. I lay there forever and sometimes groaning with every exhalation just to hear something. Gradually things become clearer and I am a little bit more aware during these periods of consciousness.

Seeing a women with nurse attire and seeing white wall around me , I slowly assumed that I'm in hospital now. But I can't remember why I'm here. Trying to move a little , my body was aching badly. Trying to wake from the bed , my head felt dizzy and I lie back. The nurse beside me quickly went out and called a doctor.

Soon doctor came in and checked my pulse and took off my oxygen mask. "Can you hear me Sam ?" was the first question he asked.

I slowly nod my head indicating "Yes". I slowly tried to talk something. "Why am I here doctor ? What's wrong with me ?" I asked perplexed.

"You've got into an accident , your husband admitted you here" He told.

"Husband?" I question.

"Yes , your husband. Okay , I'll come and examine you later alright ?" The doctor replied and walked off from the room.

The nurse handed me over a note. "Here , your husband bought rose and left this note for you" She told.

Sorry for everything , hope

Honestly the note made me smile. Slowly things started to rewind back in my mind , I feel like I over reacted on this. But anyway , he apologized.

I should let go all these things too. He helped me so much. I should forgive him too. Some of my memories began to return. They weren't good, a confusing patchwork of bits and pieces that I couldn't put together. None of them seemed to be pleasant.

I still remember I was half conscious when I realised someone carried me and ran towards something. He or she put me on something and I literally felt nothing in first. I felt someone carried put my head again on something. Some kind of water fell on me drop by drop.

That's when , when I opened my eyes , I saw a man who was crying. He cried while told me "Nothing will happened to you Sam , I promise." I saw a face who I met few minutes ago. Chay Enterprise's CEO Mr. Naga Chaitanya was crying for me. He held my hand tightly and was still shedding tears.

I tried talk to him but my body started aching. Something was flowing from my head. No voice came out from my mouth. Slowly things went black but the last thing I was sure about is I knew nothing would happen to me.

The next thing was I knew he regretted about whatever he talk to me. Again , I heard his voice but I can't do anything. " I'm sorry Sam. I know its my fault , I shouldn't have told you all that. I'm so stupid. I'm so so sorry. Please get well soon fast , I just can't handle another unfortunate incident because of me myself. This guilt will kill me for life." This is why I'll forgive him. He regretted much already. I would be heartless person if I still don't forgive him.

A few days later , Chay went to a school function. He was invited as the chief guest to motivate students to achieve their dream and work hard like him. Chay smirk while thinking about the words told to him by the headmistress.

Nobody knows how and why he achieved 'Businessman of the Year' for 6 years consecutively. But he gave his words as agreement as he loves kids so much.

He was given flowers by the students and the headmistress as the sign of welcoming him. Just then he heard a voice. A small chirpy familiar voice for him was reading a speech.

The flags are flying. The balloons are releasing. It's a great day , we have been planning. Please welcome Mr. Chaitanya.

Glancing at the stage , there he saw his little munchkin again. His little babygirl. He was suprised. Instantly he smiled widely seeing her. The little girl smile and waved her hand to him.

He waved back and soon the headmistress lead him to sit on the stage. From that moment he couldn't concentrate , he really wanted to talk to his babygirl again.

Right after the event finish , they were serving food for him while students start to dismissed. He excuses himself and searched his little munchkin. He was holding a small rose.

"Superhero" someone called , he stopped and turned to the direction of the voice.

"Babygirl !!" He called her.

The girl ran towards him. There was an undescribable happiness on his face. "Your name is Mr. Chaitanya ?" She asked innocently.

"Yeap and can I know my babygirl's name ?" He asked.

"My name is Suhana." She told innocently again.

"Well , that day i didnt have enough time to ask you but today i will. Chay quickly kneeled down on one knee and he asked "Will you be my friend Miss Suhana ?" He asked sweetly while holding the rose in front her.

"Yes superhero" she answered while smiling happily and took the rose from his hand.

That's when a new friendship starts.
