Sara's POV

I woke up that morning with a ray of sun on my face. Someone could find it good but for me it was just annoying.

Oh and that ray was accompained by a cat who was meowing very loudly.

-Can I kill him?- I muttered to Ava.
-No you can't- she said turning to me and smiling -He's a good boy-.

-He's annoying- I said and she kissed me.

-Do you...-.

-Regret what happened tonight?- I finished and she nodded -No, absolutely not-.

I kissed and hugged her.

-Meow!- the cat yelled and jumped on the bed where Ava and I were.
-I'm going to kill him- I said standing up and Ava blocked me laughing.
-He's just hungry, I'm going to feed him- Ava said.

-I'm going to have a shower, you come?- I asked smiling mischievous.
-I'm hungry- she said.

I smiled.
-Of me?- I said and she blushed.

-Sara Lance!- she said becoming red and I entered the bathroom laughing.

That night was... special, magic, I don't know how to describe it!

Ava and I just admitted that there was something between us, forgot everything about the world and focused only on ourselves.

After the shower I put on my clothes and walked to the kitchen where Ava was cooking breakfast.

On the table there was already some bread and some orange juice and near it Ava's cat was eating from his bowl.

-I'm cooking some scrambled eggs- Ava said.

-Yummy- I said sitting at the table -You know, anyone cooked me breakfast since ages-.

-Really? We'll I'm doing it now- she said smiling.

After some minutes we started eating: it was all delicious!

Suddenly the bell rang: who could be?
Ava opened the door and Rip appeared.

-Hey Ava, I need you at the Time Bureau now, it's import...- he blocked when he saw me.

-Sara...-.

-Hi Rip- I said with cold voice.

-Why is important that I come with you now?-.

-It's about the Legends, they messed History again and...-.

-It's your team Rip, not mine- Ava said -I'm sorry now but I want to spend some time with my girlfriend-.

Wait: did she just said girlfriend refearing to me????
-Girlfriend?- Rip sajd looking at me and I nodded.

-Yeah- Ava said -We stay together-.
Rip didn't say anything and left but I could see sadness on his face.

-Did you call me your girlfriend before?- I asked Ava and she smiled.
-Yes, what do you think?-.

-That I don't know if I'm ready for this- I said.
She kissed me.

-I think you are. Trying costs nothing-.
Try again with Ava? Yeah, I could try.

Ava's POV

At the end I helped Rip and his Legends to fix History yet again.
-You and Lance?- Gary said while I was leaving my office that evening.
-How do you know that?-.

-I've heard Rip talking about it with the Legends-.

-That's not your business Gary- I said.
-Why? I'm shipping you!-.

I walked away, I was looking forward to go home.
Once I arrived there I found Sara crying.

-What happened?!- I asked worried.
I saw some black halos on her arms and I panicked.

-What happened?!- I repeated looking at her arms.

She looked at me without stopping crying and started telling what happened...

I came back home and I found Rip waiting for me.

We fought, he wanted to me to coming back with him and Legends.

I said no and he lost control: he hit me and I fell on the ground hurting my arms.

I... I didn't want to do that but I had to...

I lost control and my blood lust started to grow and grow...

I hit him again and again until he stopped moving.

I thought I killed him, I was so scared! I brought him on the Waverider and Gideon saved him.

-Oh my God Sara! You were protecting yourself, don't blame yourself!- I said hugging her.

-I almost killed him! I...I...-.

-Shh, don't say anything- I said and started to cuddle and hug her untile she fell asleep in my arms.

Oh God I loved her so much!
