Sara's POV

Ok, maybe pretending to love Ava wasn't that easy as I espected it. I mean, we were perfect together but after some weeks a lot of people were a little perplexed.

For example, my father wasn't sure that I was in love with a woman. Yeah he knows that Nyssa and I were together but it was still difficult for him to understand that I love women.

Laurel, instead of him, believed that we really loved each other. I don't know if she really thought that or if it was only to convince me that I could trust her.

That night I met Nyssa. I was walking on the street once I finished work when I received a message on my phone where she said she wanted to meet me.

I went to one of her houses (yes she owned a lot of houses in Star City where we used to hide during missions) and found her in the living room with a lot of weapons around her.

-Hi. You wanted to see me?- I said.
-Yes. I know who there's behind all of this "assassins thing"-.

Oh... well it was a good news! But if it is so, why is Nyssa so worried?
-Who?- I asked.

-A group of rebels. They don't accept that the League is dead and they want revenge against all of people who destroyed it. This includes me, you and your friends-.

Oh no...
-They don't have to touch my friends and family!- I yelled.

-They won't risk anything if we stop them in time. There's a group of three of them here in Star City and this is why I called you- she said showing me the weapons she prepeared -You wanted to help me? Well it's time now-.

I nodded.
-Where are we going to start?- I asked and Nyssa smiled.

Ava's POV

Finally a quiet evening at home! It's supposed that I spent it with Sara but she had work that day so I was at home alone with my cat.

-It's only you and me- I said to my cat while he jumped on the sofa and started to purr hitting his head against my leg.

-I know you're hungry but you already ate- I said to him and he started to meow.

I laughed and cuddled him until he felt asleep on my legs.

Suddenly the phone rang. That's weird, who calls at 11.00 pm?

-Yes?- I said.

-Ava?-.

Oh that's... Wait what was Sara's friend name? Oh yes, Nyssa.

-Yes it's me-.

-I need your help. It's Sara... she...-.

I didn't let her finish: -What?! Where are you?!-.

She gave me the address and I arrived at an abandoned warehouse.

There were three dead men on the ground and Nyssa was standing near to one who has been almost divided in pieces.

-What happened?!- I asked.

Bye bye quiet evening! It was good meeting you for a few minutes!

-Sara did this- she said pointing the man near to her.

What? How was it possible?!
-How? And where is she now?!-.

Nyssa sighed and moved near to a box; behind it there was Sara chained to the wall... but she wasn't Sara, she was like... a monster.

When she saw me she stood up and tried to hit me but I was standing too far from her and she couldn't do it.
-What happened?- I asked.

It hurt so much seeing her in that state!

-She lost control and her blood lust took control. Maybe you can bring her back. She loves you, she would never hurt you-.

I moved close to her and smiled.
-You remember me? I'm Ava-.

She looked at me with anger in her eyes.

-I saved you, remember? I healed you and we stay together. We love each other-.

When I said the word 'love' all the anger in her eyes disappeared and she return normal.

-Sara...- I said.

-Ava...- she said crying.

I hugged her while she continued to say that she was sorry.

I brought her to my home and prepeared some hot tea.

-What happened out there?-.

-You read everything about me and Legends, you should know that I died and came back- she said drinking her cup of tea -You should be disgusted by me-.

I approached to her.

-This is never going to happen. Never-.

I kissed her and she returned the kiss.

I think I'm in love, I thought while we hugged kissing.
