Sara's POV

-Are you ok?-.
I jumped on the chair hearing Laurel speaking.

I looked at her and nodded.
-Yeah don't worry- I said.

-You sure? It's two weeks that you sigh, lost in your thoughts-.

There was something in my mind, that's true, but... I didn't trust her very much yet.

-Listen, I know I'm not like your sister but I care about all of you- she said like she read my mind.

-I know it's just... It takes time before I trust people-.
The truth was that in those two weeks my mind was focused on one person: Ava.

I couldn't stop thinking about her! I couldn't stop thinking about the kiss she gave me...

I knew I wasn't ready for that but... I don't know, it was like my mind wanted to convince me that it was the right thing to do.

-I have to go to work- I sais standing up.
After a few minutes I was out of my home and walking on the street.
Work was only an excuse, I only wanted to leave.

I was walking when I saw a male shape in the distance: Rip.
Oh no! Not him!

I turned around and started to walk in the opposite way, hearing Rip screaming behind me.
-Sara! Sara is that you?!-.

I didn't look at him and kept walking. Suddenly a hand grabbed my wrist and I turned around, finding Rip in front of me.

-Sara? How... I thought you were dead!- he yelled.

-For you I am- I said angry.
-Who saved you? Who?!-.

-It's not your business! Now let me go- I said.
-I won't let you disappear another time!-.

-What are you going to do? Putting me in a cage? Tie me?- I said.
He didn't know what to say.
-Let. Me. Go- I repeat.

He sighed and I started to walk away.

Ava's POV

When I finished the meeting that evening I found Sara waiting for me in my office.

-Hey Sara, what are you doing here?- I said.
-I met Rip today-.

Oh.
-You told him I was dead?- she asked.
-I thought it was a good idea, thinking that you were dead he would have stopped looking for you-.

-That was a good idea. But now he knows I'm alive. He tried to looking for me again-.

-He wants you go back to him- I said and she nodded.

-Yes. I was thinking... remember the kiss you gave me weeks ago?-.
I nodded.

-What about let him thinkung that we stay together?- she said.
I wasn't so sure that it would have worked but it wasn't a bad idea.

-I think it's a good idea- I said and she smiled.

-Thank you- she said and approached to me kissing my lips.

Well... maybe it wasn't that bad.
