"You lot are being dispatched along with a majority of our shinobi. I want you to work together and defeat the Akatsuki. I shall join you all as soon as possible, and will leave the village in the hands of Shizune, Shikaku and the rest of the Naras, although some will still be accompanying us. Be prepared to leave at dawn."

And so, here they are. They march to the battlefield, stopping every so often.

And then, they spot the enemy. Sakura helps the medical ninjas set up their camp a little ways behind their forces as the battle begins. She glances at Naruto's blonde hair and his clones before looking away and assisting the already injured shinobi.

Soon, She starts running around the battlefield and help the injured. Eventually, she joins Naruto and heal him in a corner, then Kakashi. Naruto gets hit once again and Sakura starts to heal him.

"We're surrounded!" Kakashi says, and the pink-haired medic ninja groans in frustration.

There's nothing we can do.

Suddenly, a whirl of purple, white, and raven jumps in front of us. She gasps, eyes widened.

"S-Sasuke?"

"Sakura." He acknowledges, unsheathing his sword. Just him saying her name has affected her so much. He starts to fight and Naruto joins in, along with Kakashi. Sakura stands off to the side, watching the three in amazement, but her eyes never leaving Sasuke.

He's here... but why?

Once the enemies are defeated, She heals their injuries and Sasuke, Naruto and her stand on a nearby rock, overseeing the battle. Sakura suddenly smirks, realizing her chakra reserves are full. A purple byakagou seal starts to form on her forehead.

"It looks like Team 7 is back!" Naruto yells, and Sasuke and Sakura smirk.

They jump down to the battlefield. "It looks like it's time for me to release my full power!" Sakura yells, running to a line of enemies.

"Sakura, wait! You'll get hurt!" Naruto yells.

Not anymore. You, Sasuke and Kakashi will watch my back this time. Watch me. I'll protect you all.

"SHANNAROOOOOOO!" She screams, punching one enemy, which goes zooming and taking the rest of the others with it.

She can feel their incredulous stares on her back, even Sasuke. She smiles. "S-Sakura..." Naruto says, awestruck.

"Let's do this!" She yells, and her and her team start to fight, her taking out a lot of enemies using her new strength.

She heals allies around her with her seal, and she activates it for her own useage as well.

It's halfway into the war, and they're winning. She smiles to herself. She stands alongside her Shishou, then starts fighting.

And then, everything goes downhill.
