Sasuke runs right at Kaguya, then suddenly disappears. "W-where'd Sasuke go? What did you do?!" Naruto yells at her.

Kaguya smirks. "He's in another dimension... you won't be seeing him anytime soon."

Kinryu, how's it coming?

Another twenty minutes and you'll be fully healed, chakra restored. It's taking so long because of your lack of chakra, so I'm pumping my own reserves into you. Use it wisely.

Arigato.

The pinkette grits her teeth, watching her blonde haired teammate angrily attack Kaguya, wishing she could help.

"Sakura." A male voice says, kneeling beside her.

"Hm?" She asks, turning to Obito.

"I can open a dimension so we can pull out Sasuke. But I'll need your strong chakra reserves to pull him out."

"Hai." The pinkette responds, putting her hand on his shoulder. Immediately, the two disappear into another dimension. "W-what is this?!" She exclaims, examining the landscape. Everything is a pale green, including the multiple lakes throughout the area. The bright green sun beats down on the pair.

Obito throws a kunai into the lake, only to hear a faint sizzling. "Acid." The pinkette's eyes widen slightly, but she nods in agreement.

"How will we find Sasuke-kun?"

"I guess we'll have to start walking."

The pair stop, sweating profusely. "Curse this sun!" Sakura yells, pretending to punch it.

"Sakura, that won't do any good."

"I know. I'm just frustrated. If only we could find Sasuke!" The pinkette yells, stomping her foot, which proves to be a bad call. The rocks beneath her shift and she has only seconds to dodge before acid spouts from the crack in the ground.

"Sakura, watch your temper."

"Yeah." She says as the two start walking again, Obito a few steps in front of her.

"We need to be on guard at all times because we are in Kaguya's domain. She can control everything in here." Obito says.

"Yeah." The pinkette agrees, watching her surroundings.

Sakura, I have replenished your chakra.

Why did Astarot's armor protect me from Kabuto, but not when I stepped in front of Naruto?

Sakura... you're still new to these powers. You need to train to be able to call upon it. Astarot himself protected you during Kabuto's attack. You have not unlocked that power yet.

With that, the dragon's voice ceases in her head. The pinkette scans her surroundings and upon noticing nothing out of the ordinary, continues walking.

Behind!

Sakura whips her head to the side, sensing something, and it seems as if Obito has not as he continues walking. "Obito, there seems to be something heading towards us."

"Really?! How far away?"

"At least two miles away, but it's coming quickly." She informs.

"We should pick up the pace." Obito says, and the pinkette agrees. After a little while, he adds, "it seems as if you have a very wide range of sensing enemies."

"Yeah. Ri also helped me out a bit." Sakura replies. Obito nods in understanding as the pinkette continues to concentrate on the large unidentified thing coming their way. It gets closer and closer.

One mile...
Half a mile...
Eight hundred meters...
Four hundred meters...
One hundred meters...
Ninety feet...

Suddenly, it disappears. "Obito, I have lost it. It seems to have disappeared at ninety feet away..."

"Stay on your toes." The man says.

"Hai!"

She senses it before she sees it. "Left!" The pinkette yells, and the pair immediately jump to the right. Her eyes widen as she realizes what the creature is.

Dodomeki.

A 100-eyed demon, thought to be an old Japanese legend. It looks like an oversized human at first, but its multiple eyes say otherwise.

The pinkette's eyes widen. "Back!" The two jump back as an enera appears from underground, exactly where they were standing seconds ago.

Enera. Another demon, made of smoke.

"Sakura, you take the dodomeki. I'll take the enera."

"Hai!" Sakura yells, running straight for the 100-eyed monster. At the last second, the pinkette jumps over it, the demon's eyes watching her every move. The pinkette kicks its back, hitting four eyes and sending the monster flying into a rock. It hisses in pain, yet manages to stand up.

The pinkette gasps as an image and memory forms in her head. This... thing... it can't be...

"Sakura. I know Sasuke killed Danzo, but there is a way he could be resurrected."

"How?!"

"If he joins souls with the dodomeki, he can be reborn." Tsunade pauses, and Sakura nods.

"Why are you telling me this?"

"As of right now, he is of no threat to our village. But, if he does manage to be revived, you will be the only one that can defeat him."

"W-what?! How?!" The pinkette asks.

"You'll find out when the time is right."

Sakura grits her teeth and clenches her fists.

The pinkette charges...

KILL YOU!

The pinkette winds back her fist and launches it straight at Danzo/the dodomeki's face. He manages to dodge and the pinkette grabs him by the throat, his numerous eyes pulsating beneath her touch. She punches him right in the face and he slumps to the ground. The pinkette smiles at her easy victory, starting to walk away. But then she realizes that it was an easy victory. In a flash, the pinkette summons one of Fuku's broadswords to block the attack.

How do I defeat this thing?

Sweat drops from her brow as she considers her options, each one more difficult than the last. The dodomeki before her changes its 100 eyes into sharinigans, and that is when the pinkette realizes she needs an unreliable power to defeat the beast before her.

Orichi!

No response.

Orichi!

... Nothing...

The pinkette frowns, then decides to charge the beast, only to be kicked backwards and closer to an acid pool. She glances at Obito, who seems to be doing fairly decent against his opponent. The pinkette slowly stands and runs at the beast again, this time rolling to the left and kicking him in the side. However, the beast grabs her foot and tosses her back.

Orichi, please!

The pinkette groans at the dragons' silence, yet continues to fight. She runs at the beast, jumps over it, and swings an arm at his face, only for the multiple sharinigan eyes to counter her movements and grab her wrist. The beast flings her towards the acid pool. However, unlike the previous times, she is resting on top of the ledge above the pool. The pinkette watches as the beast corners her, and it seems as if Obito has realized what is happening, yet he cannot stop it. His eyes widen in surprise, as does her own, as Danzo the dodomeki stomps on the ground, causing it to crack and acid to seep through violently. The pinkette loses her balance and slowly falls backwards, her eyes looking up at the sky, and then Obito's terrified face.

So... this is how I die...

The pinkette reaches out to the green sun, hoping to touch it and seek warmth from it in her final moments.

I'm sorry, Naruto, Sasuke. I don't think there'll be a next time.

Her feet hit the acid first, her skin being torn away. Then, her legs, stomach, and upper body. And finally, she is sucked under.

Pain. Immense pain. The acid seeps into her skin, tearing away at it as violently as a predator would to its prey. Then, the bones. The pinkette wants to scream, yet she knows that if she does, the acid will enter her mouth and the pain only worsen. Her eyes start to slowly close due to the unbearable pain.

Her byakagou activates.

W-what?!

Her bones and skin start to heal, and the pinkette jumps out of the acid, landing on her stomach. She breathes deeply as Obito looks at her, incredulous and disbelieved. However, the pinkette has only one thought in mind.

Orichi! Get your fat ass over here and help me kick ass before I kick yours!

H-hai...

The pinkette smiles as he lends her his powers and dark chakra flows throughout her body.

"Death pillar!" Sakura and Orichi yell. A large black pillar forms, and the pair send it straight for the beast.

Fuku, lend me your best sword that can wield darkness!

Hai.

Seconds later, a long, thin katana is in her palms. "Kuro hi!" Black fire erupts from her blade and hits Danzo right in the chest. It starts to overwhelm his body.

Astarot!

"Underworld!"

A black cloud surrounds the dodomeki and enera and drags them into the ground and to Astarot's lair. Sakura wipes the sweat from her brow, then collapses.

"Sakura? Sakura, are you all right?!" Obito says, falling beside her.

"Y-yeah... I've just never used that before."

"... Your arm..."

The pinkette looks at her right arm, only to see it burned. "I can't seem to heal it right now."

"Well... we better get moving." Obito says, extending a hand for her, which she takes.

"Maybe we should try it now." The pinkette says, and the Uchiha considers it.

"I guess it wouldn't hurt to try."

The pinkette puts her hand on the elder Uchiha's shoulders and activates her seal, chakra being absorbed quickly as Obito opens a portal. The pinkette looks in disbelief.

H-he's not... S-Sasuke's not...

A flash of raven catches her eye. "Sasuke-kun!" Sakura yells, and the said raven turns to her voice. "Sasuke-kun, hurry!" The pinkette says as her chakra starts to drastically drop and the portal start to close. The raven starts to run, but the pinkette realizes that he won't make it as the portal closes completely. "No..." The pinkette mutters, shocked. She falls backwards, yet something soft and warm stops her from falling. She doesn't even have to look to know who it is, but she does anyways. His sharinigan looks into her emerald eyes, and no words are passed between the two, rather, their eyes tell the story. "S-Sasuke-kun..." His grip on her injured arm tightens and in that moment everything is gone; just her and the man she loves is all that matters in the world.

However, Obito ruins the SasuSaku moment.

"We need to get back to Naruto and the others."

"Hai!" Sakura replies, putting her hands on his shoulders. Sasuke puts his own on her shoulders, and Sakura pumps her chakra into Obito. The three appear next to Kakashi.

"How long were we gone for?" Obito asks his friend.

"Almost two hours." He responds. "And it looks like Naruto isn't doing too good."

Both Obito and Sakura's eyes widen as they see Kaguya throw a spear headed straight for Naruto. Obito jumps in front of him as the kunai impales itself in his chest.

"O-O-Obito-san!" Sakura says, hands over her mouth.

"W-why?" Naruto asks, fists clenched. "W-why would you do that?"

Obito smiles. "You and Kakashi taught me how to change."

"That's no reason to-"

"Besides, I've been alive too long. I need to... I need to be with Rin." Obito adds. He smiles as his skin starts to peel, until he is completely gone.

Sasuke heads to assist Naruto. The pinkette watches as the two work together perfectly, their movements in sync as the duo attacks Kaguya. Her eyes widen as she sees the two preparing their final attack and watches as Kaguya glances upwards. Immediately, Sakura activates Ri's enhanced speed and appears above the woman.

"Don't forget about me, shannarooo!!" The pinkette yells, punching her down and right into her teammates, where they activate their powers to seal Kaguya. The woman screams in pain and anguish, yet disappears. The three teammates fall to the ground, catching their breath.

"W-w-we did it!" Naruto cheers.

"Hn."

"That's right, shannaroo!" Ehhh... Naruto's rubbing off on meeee....

"You three made a pretty sight out there. I'm proud of you all." Their sensei says, walking towards the trio.

"Kakashi-sensei!" Sakura says, slightly blushing as Naruto and Sasuke smirk.

"Oi, what now?" Naruto asks, and the four exchange looks.

"Now, we-"
