Y/N Rose a working teen, who found many joys in life; he mostly enjoyed peace and quiet for he had no desire to become a huntsman. He often would help out people less fortunate than no matter who they were, unlike some humans disliking Faunas, Y/N had no negative feelings for both humans and Faunas. He saw both as equals, he only wished both of them could just get along.

The young Kryptonian male despite growing up with Yang and Ruby, he never cared about growing up to be a huntsman, rather he wished to live a quiet life in Remnant away from all the violence. But conflict follows everyone as Y/N's kind nature often led him to fight for others, one fateful day changed Y/N want for a quiet life. But he tends to keep his other lifestyle a secret from everyone, even his family.

The Kryptonian had undergone the initiation, though this little test was easy for young Y/N. Though he only had wielded a sword that was not like many of the weapons at Beacon, it wasn't a gun/sword just a regular sword. He didn't want a flashy weapon, for he never needs to use a weapon in combat. Though he proved to be able to defend himself, what he didn't expect was for this moment. After finishing the initiation, Y/N was in Ozpin's office as he went over what was going to happen for the young Y/N.

Ozpin: "By reviewing the skills you've shown are impressive, though with you holding back your abilities you can't fight to your fullest potential."

Y/N: "I only do this to protect the people I care for, if the world knew what I could do then I would paint a target on my family."

Ozpin: "I understand your concern for those you care about, but I think it would be wise if I were to put you with your sisters."

Y/N: "HOLD THE FRONT DOOR!!! You said I could be on a team by myself when I completed the initiation, that was the deal Ozpin!"

Ozpin: "I know what I promised you but, it is only temporary until we get a dorm for you."

Y/N: "Okay... That's better... But that is a team full of girls. It would be awkward for me to sleep in their dorm."

Ozpin: "Yes you're correct, but since you were separated from your sisters for a while, it would help you build more relationships while you are here."

Y/N: "You are impossible, but... I guess it wouldn't be bad to spend some time with my sisters but I just don't want it to be completely awkward."

Ozpin: "I'm sure they'll understand the circumstances."

Y/N: "I hope so."

Y/N grabbed his stuff from the office and he slowly made his way over to the dorms, he memorized where team RWBY's dorm was at and he knocked on their door again. But this time it wasn't Ruby who answered the door, instead, it was Blake.

Y/N: "Hello Blake, um, are my sisters here?"

Blake: "Actually they stepped out for a bit."

Blake noticed the luggage that Y/N was holding, she raised an eyebrow from seeing this.

Blake: "So did you find your dorm room?"

Y/N: "Actually that is the awkward part about it... Professor Ozpin said I have to stay here temporarily until I get my own dorm room. I know it is really awkward for a guy to stay in a room with all girls, but I swear I am not a pervert."

Blake: "Umm, yeah that is awkward, just come in and wait for your sisters to return to explain what is going on."

Y/N walks into the room and saw that the beds were bunk beds, he saw how unstable they looked but he admired how creative they were. He sets his stuff in a corner, for the time being, and Blake went back to her bed and picked up a book from the bookshelf and started reading. Y/N could tell she wasn't really a social person as it seems like she was trying to avoid talking with him.

But this didn't bother the Kryptonian as he goes in his bag and grabs out a book that he personally enjoyed, it was an adventure book about a hero who overcomes many great challenges to develop into the hero he thought he never could. Blake saw he had a book in his hand but she just kept reading, though she did want to know what genre he liked reading.

Blake: "What is that book about?"

Y/N: "Oh this, it's a just story about a young man overcoming the many challenges to become a great hero. Like Ruby, I also like the stories of heroes helping those who need it the most whether they're strong or weak. I also think that one day a hero will rise and become the beacon of hope and show people that light will shine through the darkest times."

Blake: "That is inspiring, but what if whatever you do you feel like it is not going anywhere?"

Y/N: "Yes there are times where I doubt people, but I think despite many flaws the world has I still believe one day there will be a Remnant full of hope, honor, and dignity."

Blake: "You sound like a motivation speaker, but not to bring you down, that seems likely impossible."

Y/N: "Yes that is true, but no matter what I'll help fight for that future."

Y/N sits down on the floor and began reading his book while Blake went back to reading hers, there was complete silence but Y/N is not gonna pressure her into a conversation to make a new friend. That's when Yang and Ruby returned to their room and they saw Y/N.

Yang: "Hey Y/N, what're you doing here?"

Y/N: "Well I just talked with Ozpin, he said I have to stay with you girls until I get my own dorm room."

Ruby: "So that means you're staying with us?! That means we spend more time with each other!"

Yang: "Yeah! What were you and Blake talking about?"

Yang had a smirk on her face which Y/N knew all too well, though Y/N didn't feel embarrassed because of the little conversation they had. Though he had a feeling that Blake really isn't looking to be friends with him.

Y/N: "We talked about what book I was reading then talked about what maybe will happen to Remnant in the future."

Blake: "Well now that you three are going to bond again, I'll be in the library."

Blake got up from her bed and walked out of the dorm while Y/N felt like he did something wrong, he didn't want to leave a bad impression on the team he was gonna be with for the time being.

Yang: "Don't worry, she tends to spend a lot of time in the library, by the way, what you did during that initiation was awesome!"

Y/N: "It's cool, I mean I will try to make some friends here."

Ruby: "We got some people you have to meet, come on big bro!"

Ruby grabbed onto Y/N's shoulder to which he got up as Ruby and Yang walked out of the room, but he wondered where was Weiss at. Y/N followed his sisters to another dorm room and Ruby knocked on the door. The door opens to reveal a blonde-haired male.

Ruby: "Hey Jaune!"

Jaune: "Hey Ruby, Yang. Who is this?"

Yang: "This is our brother, he finally got accepted into Beacon."

Y/N: "Hello, my name is Y/N Rose."

Jaune: "Hey Y/N, the names Jaune Arc. short, sweet, rolls of the tongue. So you're their brother, but you look nothing like either of them."

Y/N: "I'm adopted, I have no clue what happened to my real parents."

Jaune: "Oh, well I'm sure you'll enjoy it here at Beacon."

Jaune lets the siblings in his dorm room and they saw three more people in the room. His entire team began to greet them.
