Your POV

After that whole robbery, I talked with the authorities about what I saw and what happened. Well, I lied about some of the details. Luckily I had changed my clothes before they got there since the clothes I was wearing were scratched up to all hell.

You: "I told you, my shift was over after I finished cleaning up the shop. I was about to leave when that Roman Torchwick guy and his crew showed up."

Detective: "Yeah, but some locals said you chased them down like you were some huntsman."

You: "I am not a huntsman, I have no interest in becoming one. Sure my family does that stuff, but I chose to live a quiet life without all the fighting."

Detective: "Alright, now you stay safe now Mr. Rose."

The detective left to investigate while I prepared to go home for the day, I was stressed about this because I could now be jobless. I grabbed my bag and began to walk home until I heard someone behind me.

???: "You seem able to defend yourself, though you don't want to use your skills to help people."

You: "What the... For the last time, I don't want to become a Huntsman."

???: "Your sisters seem to enjoy it, but you've never applied, Mr. Rose."

You: "Well I have my reason for not going to Beacon during that time, Ozpin."

Ozpin: "What might that be?"

You: "I didn't feel the need to go to Beacon, my sisters should be fine there without their brother. I don't want to be a huntsman, rather I want to live a normal life away from all the action. But that seems to be impossible now since the word is out that I fought them."

Ozpin: "It would seem that way, Mr. Rose. Do you need some time to think about Beacon?"

You: "No, I'll go. My chance at a normal life is gone. Only because I want to make sure my sisters are alright. But, I want one thing from you."

Ozpin: "What would that be?"

You: "For now I want to be on a team by myself until I can trust people enough with my secret. Also, don't consider me a Huntsman."

Ozpin: "I could make that happen, but you'll still have to do initiation, I have no doubt that you'll pass. The students will only think you are just a skilled fighter if you use your abilities wisely."

You: "Alright." I spoke with a disappointed tone.

Later...

I sat in silence as the bullhead was on its way to Beacon, though the feeling I had was that of regret, I also had a feeling of happiness. The only reason for that was to see my sisters again. The ride was long so I just laid on the ground with my hands behind my head.

I started to drift off into a nap, the ride was pretty boring as I didn't want to go to Beacon. But the one thing on my mind was  "it is what it is".

Eventually, the bullhead landed at Beacon, finally, after a long ride, I walked out of the bullhead with my luggage. I look up at Beacon Academy, it was a magnificent sight.

You: " So... This is Beacon, maybe I'll like it here."

I began walking into the building, I've walked past a couple of classrooms, though they were empty since it was a weekend.

You: "I should pay my sisters a visit before I go to see Ozpin, but what is their dorm room?"

I keep looking for their dorm room, I knocked on a door hoping someone would help me find them, but it was by luck that I found their dorm. Ruby answered the door, the way she answered the door is like someone who wasn't expecting company.

Ruby: "Hello?"

You: "Well, it's been a while hasn't it Ruby?"

Ruby: "Y-Y/N!"

Ruby's eyes widen, but despite being in total shock she immediately hugged me as she was excited to see her big brother again, I hugged her back and then pat her on the head.

You: "I got you these as well Ruby."

I gave her some cookies I picked up before getting on the bullhead, though I lost the job I still had lien to spare. Ruby smiled and grabbed the cookies and start munching on them, this causes me to smile. Then it looked like the rest of her team walked to the door and saw me.

Ruby: "What are you doing here Y/N, I thought you didn't get in? Are you visiting?!"

You: "Actually, I'm staying. It's complicated but everything will be fine."

Yang then hugged me as well which I hugged her back, we both stopped hugging and their teammates looked at me in confusion.

Yang: "I thought you didn't get accepted into Beacon, but it's nice to see you again."

You: "I did, but something happened. I lost my job, so there's that. I failed to stop a robbery, well now they want to tell what happened to the public."

???: "Is this your brother?"

I look at both of the girls that were apart of their team, I knew who one of them was.

You: "Oh, you two must be Ruby and Yang's, teammates. Sorry for not introducing myself, my name is Y/N Rose."

???: "You don't look related to them."

You: "I'm adopted, I don't know what happened to my real parents. But enough of the sad sappy stuff, I can tell you're Weiss Schnee."

Weiss: "At least you know who I am, you do seem to have good manners."

Blake: "I'm Blake."

You: "Nice to meet you two, hope Yang and Ruby have been behaving. I just stopped by to see how these two, hopefully, I get to know you two more. Ciao ladies, I gotta go see Ozpin."

I pick up my bags and began walking away from team RWBY.

Third Person POV

The Kryptonian left his sisters and their teammates as the girls went back to their dorm room. Y/N wandered around the hall, looking at this place; he wanted to get a better layout of the academy. As he made haste to Ozpin's office.

He soon found his office and he walks in, the young Kryptonian saw Ozpin sitting there waiting for him. The professor looked at the alien, he was glad that he had decided to come to Beacon.

Ozpin: "I see you got here fine, find your sisters?"

Y/N: "Yeah I did, by the looks of it they are enjoying it here. They did want to become huntresses. But my passion was never in that, my passion was just to have a normal life."

Ozpin: "But how can you live a normal life using your powers to help people?"

Y/N: "Wait, what are you talking about?"

Ozpin: "'The Masked Hero' the guy who has been saving a lot of people's lives and interfering with any criminal activities that have or were going to happen."

Y/N: "So you know that was me?"

Ozpin: "Yes, if it makes you feel better Y/N. I won't tell anyone else it is you, though to keep that secret. I need your assistance with one thing."

Y/N: "That would be?"

Ozpin: "I will let you know in due time, for now, enjoy your time here at Beacon. I'm sure you will like it here."

Y/N: "Um... Okay..."

Y/N left Ozpin's office, though he had one thought on his mind. He wanted to know if his family knew he was secretly being a hero, he was living two lives. One side was quiet and carefree, the other a life full of action, adventure, and heroism.

Y/N: "For now on I have to be carried and have careful use of my powers, who knows who else will find out I am secretly saving people's lives."

One Month Ago...

This day was normal for the Kryptonian, he was walking home after a long day of work. Though he didn't feel a sense of fatigue despite him having to deal with many difficult customers.

But the quiet day never lasts, as a car was out of control, but that's what it looked like. But the damage the car looked like the car was attacked by someone, and guessing right the pursuers were right behind the car. It looked like a group of common criminals, this caused Y/N to look at them.

Y/N: "Wonder why they are attacking that guy? Have to be an important guy, nonetheless, there aren't any huntsmen or huntresses to stop this. So how bout a hero!"

In a burst of speed he left a shockwave destroying nearby glass, he was no longer in his work clothes, he was wearing a black t-shirt and blue jeans. He also wore an F/C mask, he didn't want his face to be public. He caught up with the cars, the thugs we're shooting at the car with different types of dust crystals.

Random Thug: "Boss, that traitor is getting away, at this rate we'll never catch him!"

Gang Leader: "We'll catch him, just keep driving while the others take care of the car. That scientist owes me a lot of lien, I will collect the debt he owes me."

Shooter: "Boss! Somethings behind us! It looks like a man! But the thing is he is running after us and keeping up..."

Gang Leader: "Running? That is odd, is he some kind of huntsman?"

Shooter: "Maybe, but he doesn't have a weapon!"

Y/N suddenly vanished from their view like an afterimage, suddenly he was in front of the car the gang were in.

Gang Leader: "Shoot him now! I'm already at risk being out here with you, but I want to see that bastard in the ground!"

They began shooting him but the most damage they did to him has put holes in his shirt.

Everyone in the Car: "Holy shit!'

Gang Leader: "Ram him!"

The driver sped up but Y/N raises his arm behind him, and as soon as the car got to him, he punched the hood of the car. His strength was enough to put a hole through the engine but that punch sent another shockwave that ripped the entire front off the car. They were all panicking as this was a person they couldn't stop, the Kryptonian just smirked as he crossed his arms.

Y/N: "Now, now! You've caused enough problems today! No huntsman or huntress could stop punks like you from hurting people, unlike a hero!"

They all fainted from this display of power, but the thing was Y/N held back a lot of strength. The hacker managed to stop the car and looked at the scene, he got out of his car and walked over to the hero.

Physicist: "You did this?"

Y/N: "I only damaged their car, though I did do a bit too much damage on the car."

Physicist: "Thanks, for saving my life. I owe you seriously! Where are my manners!"

He extends his hand out for Y/N to shake it to which he did.

Ray: "My name is Ray Palmer, though people just call me a lot of short insults. Only because I experiment with matter to compress it down to smaller size."

Y/N: "Well Ray, you should avoid people like these guys. Who knows what trouble they might get you into."

Ray: "Yeah I will, but thanks to you I am still alive."

Y/N: "No problem, just make sure to not take lien from criminals, I heard them in the car. But right now I have to go, stay safe now!"

The Kryptonian hero took off in a blink but this didn't cause any damage.

Y/N: "I gotta be careful with my alternate identity."
