I think I always knew something was wrong.
Since around when I turned ten.

People say to toughen up.
The zealots say to follow God.
But you know what I've had enough.
Of hearing the bullshit excuses of them.

Let's start with the zealots first.
Invoke God and the Bible for the worse,
Of those around them whom,
Simpily want to love whom they truly love!

Wanna invoke God?
I'll engage on your level!
The higher power shot me message!
Atheists go to Heaven you do not!

So that's the light that blinds our race.
The light that blinds mankind.
The Bible is the Lightbringer,
The Lucifer masquerading.

God won't guide the human race.
He has no plan for us to face.
He gave us free will but no fate.
And each other humans ate.

In zealotry blinded by the Bible.
I understand the paradox
In saying it's sin to invoke God,
But it's evil done and done.

And that's why it's sin.
It's evil first sin second.
God believes in our inherit good,
And is there though we must pretend he's not.

He welcomes any into faith whose good into his kingdom.
Wether they beleive him in or not.
I won't try to convert others.
As if God doesn't care nor do I!

I only wanna do what's right!
I'll follow pure ethics!
My morals!
As God intends.

God wants humanity to find their own way!
His light is pale to allow us to see!
And determine based only on only this mortal plane and philosphy!
The right thing and the path into Heaven!

But there's still the nihilists and hippies.
Who sure do love their hard drugs!
They're a bit harder to engage with, using raw ethics.

Since they're running on that ethical basis.
I can't call them zealots and move on.
But reasoning just doesn't work.
I know I've tried with my brother.

Logos, pathos, and ethos.
Were all for naught in the face of his evil.
As humans we choose what must be.
But humans are flawed and can choose wrong.

I could be the villian,
And if I burn,
I'll burn in Hellfire,
Knowing I did my best.

Enough rambling the point being!
Reasoning doesn't work with either extrem!
The light of a false God or the abyss of nihilism!
They both get in my fucking way!

God is separate from ethics.
Like Ghostbusters don't cross the streams!
To do so leads to evil acts!
If you use God or faith to defend it it's wrong by default.

Pretend God and afterlife are not there.
Even if we know they are.
That's the morally correct act,
And if you need me to say it by extension what God wants.

Act only upon this mortal plane.
Focus on life all the way.
Die when you die,
But focus soley on life!

That's what I'm gonna do!
And those who took my loved ones from me I'll stop!
And if I see this through,
Brother can I say I avenged you?...

Hey afterlife is cool for some peace or mind.
Higher power assured me I'll get back those stolen in the afterlife!
So march on and do the right thing,
Based on pure ethics!

I'll play hero and they'll all see!
We make our own demons and they made me!
And I'll improve society,
With my pen, words, and only raw ethics.

I am going to carry on!
If I'm evil I will be stopped!
But until then I will not,
Surrender and I won't fall!
