Monday rolls around and I find myself falling into the same patterns.
Locker. Class. Home.
A few days ago, I wouldn't have minded that. But now, all I can think about is being more involved. I want to change things up a bit and that begins with Nate.
All weekend I couldn't stop thinking about his arms and how they wrapped around me perfectly. I loved the feeling of his large arms protecting me. But of course, like all dreams mine was crushed.
Ross Lynch. That dumb blonde just manages to find ways to creep back into my head. Every time I thought of Nate, there he was in my mind as if my own body was trying to tell me
"Ross is the one." even when Ross shot me a text I couldn't help but smile and then quickly glare at the tiny words on my phone.
I can't like Ross again. We're just starting to be friends again.
Although I don't see him much, he is practically everywhere.

"What were you doing Saturday?" Ross asks, his footsteps syncing with mine.

"im sorry?" I question trying to quicken my pace.

"Laura," he begins with a nervous stutter. "I thought we were cool, aren't we friends now? or trying to at least?"

"we are." i say unintentionally cold.

"than why're you dodging me?"
