The team of Devil May Cry stands on a hill looking over a small town that seemed to be normal but primitive but the most advanced thing in the village was a large castle that looked like a cathedral but the four could see through the illusion and see that it was a dungeon for the followers of Mundus

Trish: This is it..the last of Mundus' followers...

Dante: Finally...we can end this millenium long war.

Dominic: Indeed. Pray to whoever that we will survive.

Lady: Didn't take you to follow any kind of religion. Well, should I light the fireworks?

Dominic: Go ahead..

Lady aims Kalina Ann in the air and fires a barrage of missiles in the air and they descend towards the village

Trish: We must stop Mundus from being resurrected..no matter the cost..

The missiles impacted, destroying many homes and killing many innocent people

Dominic: ATTACK!!!

Dante: Red Eyes attack the castle!!

Dominic: You too Blue Eyes! Destroy the darkness!!

The dragons the twins inherited from their Duel Monsters counterparts fly into battle, blasting soldiers and firing beams of energy at the castle

Dominic: Soundwave!

Soundwave transforms out of Dominic's pocket

Soundwave: Reporting.

Dominic: Are they in there?

Soundwave: Laserbeak has reported fourteen men in one room. Rumble in on standby.

Dominic: Good. Commence the operation! And play some battle music for us!

Dominic whistles and jumps on Assault Wyvern and rides on it to battle

Soundwave: Rumble. Commence Operation: Cave In

Rumble: Affirmative.

Rumble transforms his arms into piledrivers and slams them on the ground, causing the roof to fall inside the castle and he escapes the devastation by riding on Laserbeak

Soundwave: Rumble reports mission success.

Dominic: Copy Sounwave. Now help out our forces!

Dominic then jumps off Assault Wyvern and forms jutsu hand signs as he falls

Dominic: Fire Style: Phoenix Flower Jutsu!!

Dominic blows out multiple fireballs at the battlefield, killing many soldiers and he takes out Yamato and stabs it into a building which slowed him down and he jumped off the building, freeing Yamato and he cuts a large soldier in half and makes his way towards the castle

Soldier: Stop right there!!

Five soldiers formed a line to stop Dominic and they had duel disks on their arms and they summoned high level and high attack monsters

Dominic: Hmph! Come forth! Mighty servant that crushes all who oppose me!!

Dominic throws his three Blue Eyes White Dragon cards in the air and they glow and form a circle and a beam of light fires into the sky and Blue Eyes Ultimate Dragon comes out of it and roars, shaking the earth as it does

Dominic: Ultimate Burst!!!

Blue Eyes Ultimate Dragon fires three beams of light at the soldiers and disintegrates them

Dominic: Thank you! Now blast that door wide open!

The three headed dragon roars and blasts open the gates to the castle and when that happened Five Headed Dragon busts out and attacks the dragon

Dominic: Blue Eyes!!

Dominic looked towards his monster and his goal back and forth and closed his eyes struggling to choose

Soundwave: Ravage! Attack!!

Ravage ejects out of Soundwave and attacks one of the heads on Five Headed Dragon

Dominic: Soundwave!

Soundwave: Quickly! Run!

Dominic: Thank you!

Dominic runs into the castle and equips Beowulf and jump kicks a large door open and sees the fourteen cultists holding young children hostage

Cultist: Hands up or the innocent children die!

Dominic slowly puts his hands up and was then gunned down by soldiers with firearms

Cultist: We got him!

Just then, the mangled corpse of Dominic rose to its feet and laughed as reality began to break like glass and a red light shined in front of the cultists as Alucard and Seras Victoria stood in front of them

Alucard: Sup bitches?

Seras: Got your assholes prepared? Cause this rape train ain't stoppin' anytime soon luv.

The two brandish their fangs and aim their weapons at the cultists who cowered in fear and the last thing they saw was the flashes of their guns and the two vampires didn't stop until they ran out of bullets

Seras: They're dead Dom. Finish it..

Dominic: Thanks you two. Dante where are you?

Dante:*slashing soldiers* A little caught up at the moment! Don't worry I'll get there! Just hold off until I do!! Do it Dom! Kill the last thing that can bring back Mundus! No matter the cost!

Dominic nods and looks up at a large stone door

Dominic: No matter the cost...

Dominic opens the door and the high priest turns around and smiles at Dominic

High Priest: Welcome son of Sparda! Blessings to you!

Dominic: This is the end of the road for you follower of Mundus! I know that you are working to summon him!

Highs Priest: Yes but it is not I who is doing this. It is...he..

Dominic: What?

The high priest yells and begins to morph. He quickly grows a beard and his eyes turn from brown to red and he transforms his staff into a spear

High Priest: Sparda...

Dominic: So you do live..Mundus

Mundus: Yes! Though I live as a specter in this body, I will gain enough strength to reclaim my throne!

Dominic: In the immortal words of an old ally, One Shall Stand. One Shall Fall.

Mundus: Why do you throw your life away so recklessly instead of staying dead?!

Dominic: That is a question you should ask yourself Mundus..

Mundus: Grrrr!! I'll crush you with my bare hands just as I did with your father!!

Mundus throws away his staff and lunges at Dominic who did the same and the two punched each other in the face, creating a shockwave which threw them back. Mundus crashed into a wall and Dominic crashed into a pillar

Mundus:*grunts* It's been a very long time since I felt pain..

Dominic: You will feel more Mundus!!

Dominic gets up and runs at Mundus and he draws Yamato out of its sheath and Mundus points his hand at Dominic and red glass shards appear and fire at Dominic who span his sword around to protect him but one of the shards got Dominic in the side, faltering his movement

Dominic:*grunts* Shit..

Mundus creates a sword and runs at Dominic and starts swiping at him but Dominic was too fast for him and Dominic parried the sword out of Mundus' hand and he slashed Mundus, splashing his blood on the floor

Mundus: GAAAAAH!!!

Mundus goes to his knees holding his wound and he directs his gaze towards a female figure in the shadows above

Mundus: Don't just stand there! Help me!!

The female jumps down and when she lands, she steps into the light to reveal Esdeath

Dominic: What!? But...she..

Mundus: Died yes..but I resurrected her as my slave! She still has her mind but she is my slave! Now kill him!

Esdeath:*takes out her sword* I'm sorry...I didn't want you to see me like this.

Dominic: Esdeath don't do this..I can help you.

Esdeath: But...I MUST!!

Esdeath dashed at Dominic and does many forward thrusts with her sword and spins and slashes Dominic, cutting his coat

Dominic: I will not harm you! I might kill you again!

Esdeath: Akame killed me! You need to kill him to end your suffering!

Dominic: But then I will have more suffering if I kill another woman that I hold dear in my heart..

Dominic takes out the shard in his side and wields it like a weapon

Dominic: Now out of the way!

Esdeath:*looks down* You leave me no choice...

Esdeath slows down time and slashes Dominic down the middle and time resumes and he was split in half

Mundus: Good..good~

Dominic then turned to glass which caused Esdeath to crack a small smile. Dominic dashes from behind a pillar and decks Mundus in the jaw, sending him flying

Mundus:*grunts* Die!!

Mundus fires an energy blast at Dominic which he dodges and runs at Mundus

Mundus:*takes out a weapon* Since the dimensions merged I've been gaining vast knowledge on them! I will rule them all!!

Mundus' weapon turned into a sword with a blade made out of flame and slashed Dominic on the side and his wound didn't heal from the burning and he slowly backed away from Mundus

Mundus: The Amaterasu Blade. A weapon I made to make sure you suffer while I gut you!!

Mundus dashed at Dominic and kicked him off the castle and Dominic fell down a few floors and he landed on a bookcase, injuring his back in the process and he looks up and sees Mundus falling down towards him. Dominic waited for the perfect moment and he uppercut Mundus and jumped on him and the two rolled around in the rubble

Mundus: I'll tear out your throat!!

Dominic headbutts Mundus, breaking his nose and he punches Mundus, getting him off of him. The half demon stands up holding his wound and he walks towards Mundus but jumps back from an attack by Esdeath

Esdeath: You're weak. Stand down Dominic..

Dominic:*pants* No...I won't quit!

Mundus smirked and held out his hand to fire another energy blast through Esdeath

Dante: No you don't Mundus!!!

Dante tackles Mundus making him miss his attack but Mundus got Dante in a headlock and he took one of his guns and aimed at Dominic

Mundus: Fall!! Fall!!

Mundus shot Dominic in the chest, knees and head. Esdeath gasps as she sees Dominic fall into the rubble. Mundus then jumps down to Dominic and lands on his chest, breaking his ribs which stab his lungs

Mundus:*pants* I would have waited an eternity for this...the bloodline of Sparda ends here..

Dominic:*grunts* NEVER!!!

Dominic smacks Mundus across the jaw with both his hands, making him drop Dante's gun and falling off the rubble and hitting the ground hard. Dominic walks down to Mundus and grabs a sharp piece of broken wood

Dominic: I wanted to kill you with Yamato but it got knocked out of my hand...but this will suffice. You are in a mortal body. I believe that man would love to be free of you in his body. Death is saving him. In the name of God...my mother...my father...my brother...and me..I SLAY THEE!!!!

Dominic strikes Mundus but stops just inches from his face when he felt a sharp pain through his chest and he looks down and he sees an inch wide hole in his chest where his heart was

Dominic: G...

Dominic falls to his knees holding his chest and he looks back and sees Esdeath crying with ice coming off her hand

Esdeath: I'm sorry...I can't control myself..

Mundus stands up and he grabs Dominic by the head and digs his fingers into his skull

Dominic: AAAAAAAAAHHH!!

Mundus: You will serve me once more Nelo Angelo! You will kill your brother and the rest of these fools!!

Dominic's skin begins to turn grey and black veins pop up on his face as he begins to become taken over by the Nelo Angelo curse

Mundus: Yes...yes..YES!!!

Dante: NO!!

Dante cuts off Mundus' arms with his Devil Sword Dante and he looks at Mundus as he was shocked at the loss of his arms

Dante: We are stronger than you will ever be Mundus! Our father and mother blessed us with their strength as well as our original selves Dante and Vergil! Their hearts and souls burn bright within us!

Dominic stands up regaining his composure and his skin turns to its normal color and the black veins disappear

Dominic: I agree with my brother. We will defeat you and finally know our parents can rest in eternal peace!

Mundus: Fools! Your parents souls burn in hell!! Your father is a demon and your mother laid with a demon! She is a whore in the eyes of god!

The twins grit their teeth and punch Mundus in the face, sending him flying across the battlefield

Mundus:*grunts*

The twins appear in front of Mundus and uppercut him and he lands on a rock and looks at the twins in fear

Mundus: Mercy! Mercy!

Dominic: You, who showed no mercy to us as children, now ask for it?!

Dante: I thought you had balls Mundus but now you're just a scared bitch.

Esdeath walks slowly behind the twins and Mundus smirks as she attacks them but Dominic grabbed her by the throat and slammed her on the ground, knocking her out

Dominic: You fool. Now I know you forgot how to fight. Never reveal your plan of attack to an opponent.

Mundus: Fine then..how about a nice surprise!!?

Mundus roars and rocks and dirt fly to him and encase his body until he stands up in his true demonic form

Mundus: Fools!! I am eternal!! This is where you die!!

Dante: No..this is where it ends

Dante looks up at Mundus and red energy emanates through him and he transforms into his Sin Devil Trigger mode

Mundus: Impossible...

Sin Dante growls and kneels down and his wings sprout from his back and he flies at Mundus and punched him in the face so hard that it knocked out a few of his hill sized teeth and he staggered and struggled to gain his equilibrium again

Mundus: H-how..? How did you obtain so much power!?

Dominic: He's not the only one Mundus..

Dominic pulls out Yamato and throws away the sheathe and gets in a ready stance as he transforms into his Sin Devil Trigger and he looks up at Mundus and with one mighty slash, he nearly cuts off his left arm. Mundus wailing in pain but he stops as his arm healed itself and he raised one hand into the air and it rained down meteorites. The twins flying around but they eventually got hit and fell down and their impact made a crater and they were dropped out of their Sin Devil Trigger modes injured

Dante:*grunts* Son of a bitch he did it again..!

Dominic: He's done this before??

Dante: Yeah..*coughs* when I went to Malay Island.

Dominic: You survived that one but not this??

Mundus: Enjoy your last breath seeds of Sparda. Now..you will die.

Mundus created a sword and raised it above his head and swung down at the twins. In a split second, Dominic grabbed Yamato and with the last of his strength, he parried the swing at the cost of a broken right arm

Dominic: AAAAH!!

Mundus: Kh..well executed young one. But not good enough.

Dominic grunts and stands up and holds his broken arm while looking at Mundus with eyes full of malice and hate

Mundus: You indeed are a strange one. Tell me, why do you continue to fight even though you have lost?

Dominic: This is going to sound like anime bullshit but..I will not allow you to hurt my family any longer! I am the eldest brother and must protect my younger brother no matter the cost! I sacrificed myself many years ago to give Dante time to make it out of hell and it cost me my life. Then I gave Dante my half of the amulet to face you in battle...and now I will give my life once more.

Mundus: A brave and noble choice but..an ultimately flawed one since you both will die..

Dominic: Don't get so cocky...

Dominic dashed up Mundus' leg and jumped up his left pectoral to his neck and slashed at it but all the slash did was create a crack that wouldn't do any damage to Mundus. He was then grabbed by Mundus and squeezed, breaking nearly all of his bones causing him to scream in pain. Things looked grim until the clouds opened up and a black and red streak zipped down and slashed off Mundus' arm and rescued Dominic and as the light died down the figure was finally revealed

Lady:*points* Look!

Hestia: Is that...a demon?

Trish: No...it's Sparda.

Sparda: My sons...you fought honorably and I commend you for that. But even with your newfound power, you are still not strong enough to defeat Mundus.

Dominic:*grunts and opens his eyes* Fa..ther..?

Sparda:*smiles* It is me my son. I...am sorry you endured to much pain.

Sparda hugs his eldest son, something they have never done ever since Dominic was a young child. A time where all this would seem to be a nightmare.

Dominic: I do not blame you for what fate has given me father...*coughs* but Mundus..who is patiently waiting for us to stop our conversation is going to kill us all!

Sparda: Do not worry my sons. For my time here is little but I will give you aid.

Sparda sets Dominic down next to his brother and takes their hands and gives them some of his power which healed some of their wounds and quickened their healing factors

Dante:*shoots up* DAD!? Holy sh-crap!

Sparda: Ah the little troublemaker is still alive in you Dante.

Dante:*chuckles* Thanks pops..why the hell is Mundus just standing there?

Mundus: I'm the devil but I'm not an asshole.

Sparda: You two must defeat him. I'm sorry but my time here is up.

Sparda begins to fade and he takes one last look at his sons and begins to tear up with a smile plastered on his face

Sparda: Your mother and I are proud..

Sparda was returned to the heavens. His sons both still in shock and awe at their father's return.

Dante:*wipes his eyes* Come on...we got a job to do.

Dominic: Agreed..

The twins grab their swords and hold them tightly, sweat dripping from their faces as they stare upon their ultimate enemy in their final confrontation

Dante: I think THAT..was a heartfelt family reunion.

Dominic: You got that right..

Dominic flicks the blade out of its sheathe and the twins dash at Mundus leaving fire with each step. Dante circles around him, shooting his legs in any weak spots he could find or making weak spots to shoot while Dominic jumped on a broken pillar and lunged up at Mundus' knee and reeled his fist back

Dominic: OVERDRIVE!!

Dominic used the Sendo/Hamon training he received from Joseph Joestar and the punch of pure sunlight energy created a crack in Mundus' rock armor which Dante shot a charged shot into and his leg was blown off

Mundus: GAH!!

Mundus waved his hand and fireballs fell towards them. Dante had a snarky smile across his face and he jumped and spun in the air and equipped Nevan into his hands and he slid down a rock while playing a riff making lightning strike the fireballs and Mundus

Dante: ROCK AND ROLL!!!

Dominic: Heh that is nothing to the symphony I shall play.

Dominic pulled out a violin and started to play a calm and beautiful song and once he played a high note, a blast shot from the instrument and hit Mundus square in the chest

Dante: Where did you get that?

Dominic: I'll never tell~

Dominic finished his song and bowed and tricked out of the way of Mundus' fist

Sarah: Daddy's gonna be okay mommy. Right?

Hestia: Y-yes Sarah. He and Dante are going to be okay.~Please don't die...~

Dante: Ready when you are!

Dominic: When am I never ready?

The twins power up and transform into their first devil triggers. The nostalgia fills the air as the twins look up at Mundus who was showing signs of damage from their attacks

Demon/Dante: Let's rock!

Dante hops up and tricks to Mundus' shoulder and stingered the side of his neck and Dominic tricked behind Dante and slashed past him and dug his weapon into Mundus' neck and he cut through it and stood on his other shoulder as Mundus was in shock and his head falls from his neck

Demon/Dominic: This is it!!

Dominic jumps high into the air and sheathes Yamato and charges his energy into his blade for one final strike down the middle

Demon/Dominic: Die...

In the blink of an eye, Dominic was kneeling on the ground with Yamato out and he stands up and exits his devil trigger and slowly sheathes Yamato and when it hits the sheathe, Mundus was split in two and his human form could be seen in shock and awe at the power of the singular slash that had cut through not only him, but the dimension itself. Mundus fell to the ground and looked at the sons of Sparda standing over him

Mundus: You're mortal! How!?

Dante: You said it yourself bitch. We're the sons of Sparda.

Dante tossed one of his guns to Dominic and they both pointed the barrels at Mundus' head

Mundus: NO WAIT-!!

Dominic/Dante: Jackpot

With the pull of the trigger, Mundus had finally been killed and the world was rid of his stain on it forever

Trish:*smiles* I knew those two could do it..

The twins land look at everyone and stand proud before their gathered allies

Dominic: Let today be known as the day our world is freed from the tyranny of Mundus! Let us all sleep well knowing he will never come back! Though there are dangers out there, I know that you will all take them down with your courageous hearts and skills.

Lady: What about the dead chick?

Dominic: Don't worry..

Dominic knelt down at Esdeath and reached into his coat and pulled out a yellow orb

Dominic: Give life to one that has fallen..

Dominic crushed the orb and let the shards fall onto Esdeath and she was brought back to life and with a gasp of air, she rose up

Esdeath: Am I..?

Dominic:*stands up* Yes..and I forgive you. I am too happy to be angry right now.

Esdeath takes Dominic's hand and stands up

Esdeath: You've gotten taller..

Dominic: Thank you..it is good to see you.

Dante: Hey cut the lovey dovey shit! Let's all get laid!!

Trish: Or..go home and rest?

Dante: I like that idea too! Because my feet hurt! Ow!

Dante falls and rubs his aching feet

Lady: You know this doesn't mean anything. Someone else will take up the mantle of king.

Dominic: We know..but they know to fear our names..

Esdeath: Umm..may I live with you? I have no home and no idea if Sapphire relocated anywhere.

Dante: Your ex, your problem! Let's bounce bitches!!

Dominic:*sighs* He's an idiot...but he's our idiot.

Trish: Oh yeah

Lady: Yup..

Dominic:*stretches* Man I need to retire from this! Finally settle down..

Esdeath: And start a family?

Dominic: I already have that

Esdeath: Then...have children of your own..

Dominic: What are you- oh..

Esdeath:*wraps her arms around him* Well...~?

Dominic:*turns a light shade of red* W-well...heheh..

Esdeath sweeps Dominic off his feet and walks away with him

Esdeath: I didn't hear no~

Dominic: I never said yes either

Esdeath: I think I can sway your decision~

Dominic: I'd like to see that...my snowflake

Esdeath: You will..my savior.
