Chapter 33 - "Take Autumn to work Day..."
Chapter 34 - "Take Autumn to work Day..."
Matt's PoV
'Your not using her' she said to me and I knew that. 'Oh I know. I don't want her on telly, and she's too young anyway. The babies that we are using are 8 months old' I said.
'Oh. Good. Because I don't want her on the telly'
'I completely agree.' I said as she finished packing her suitcase.
Jenna was going down to London for 3 days. She has an audition and were on location tonight so there's no way I could get out of it. It seemed a nightmare to pack everything up for 3 days in London when she could just stay here with me.
'I'm gonna miss you' she said and stroked her head. 'Well if it's any consolation in going to miss you too' I said.
'I was talking to Autumn, but whatever flatters you chin boy' she smirked
'Well thanks for that' I said a bit depressed and put her in the car seat, picking up the baby bag.
'Anyway. We're going to have fun aren't we? We're going to go and see James Corden' I said Autumn but she was none the wiser. She was already asleep.

I pushed the buggy onto set and everyone analysed her. 'Evening' I said and put the bag down.
'What the hell is she doing here?'
'Well I don't have round the clock babysitters. Jenna's gone to London and it was more of a hassle to pack her up than keep her here' I complained.
'Oh my god. Is this her? The famous Matt Smiths daughter?' James said and I grinned.
'Yes it is' I laughed and he was fascinated.
'Right okay. Lou, can you watch her please' Steven said. 'But stay here' I scolded.
'So Jenna let you have her alone for three days?'
'Don't worry she's left post it notes everywhere. Anyone would think I can't look after my three week old daughter' I complained. 'And just in case I go to her flat, there is post it notes in there too' I said.
'Who's this little mite' I asked taking another persons baby into my arms. She's a bit bigger, 8 months'
'Tell you what, I'll watch your baby if you watch mine' I said leading the baby actors Mum over to Autumn. 'She's adorable'
'And also sleeping so if you know what's good for you don't disturb her' I smirked. 'Your very right'
DOCTOR: 'So when you say on your own'
CRAIG: 'Yes, I meant on my own with the baby. Yes. Because no one thinks I can cope on my own. Which is so unfair, because I can't cope on my own with him. I can't. He just cries all the time. I mean, do they have off switches?'
DOCTOR: 'Human beings. No. Believe me, I've checked'
CRAIG: 'No, babies'
DOCTOR: 'Same difference. Sometimes this works though. Shush'
CRAIG: 'Can you teach me to do that?'
DOCTOR: 'Probably not'
CRAIG: 'Oh, please. Come on, I need something. I'm rubbish at this'
DOCTOR: 'At what?'
CRAIG: 'Being a dad. You read all the books, and they tell you you'll know what to do if you follow your instincts. I have no instinct. That's what this weekend's about, trying to prove to people I can do this one thing well'
DOCTOR: 'So, what did you call him? Will I blush?'
CRAIG: 'No, we didn't call him the Doctor'
DOCTOR: 'No, I didn't think you would'
CRAIG: 'He's called Alfie. What are you doing here anyway?'
DOCTOR: 'Yes, he likes that, Alfie, though personally he prefers to be called Stormageddon, Dark Lord Of All'
CRAIG: 'Sorry, what?'
DOCTOR: 'That's what he calls himself.'
CRAIG: 'And how do you know that?'
DOCTOR: 'I speak baby'
CRAIG: 'Of course you do. I don't even know when his nappy needs changing, and I'm the one supposed to be his dad'
DOCTOR: 'Yeah. He's wondering where his mum is? Where is Sophie'
CRAIG: 'She's gone away with Melina for the weekend. She needs a rest'
DOCTOR: 'No, he's your dad. You can't just call him Not Mum'
CRAIG: 'Not Mum?'
DOCTOR: 'That's you. Also Not Mum, that's me. And everybody else is peasants. That's a bit unfortunate'
CRAIG: 'What are you here for? What's happening?'
DOCTOR: 'I just popped in to say hello.'
CRAIG: 'You don't do that. I checked upstairs when we moved, it's real. And next door, both sides, they're humans. Is it the fridge? Are there aliens in my fridge?'
DOCTOR: 'I just want to see you, Craig! Cross my hearts. I've been knocking about on my own for a bit. Bit of a farewell tour. One last thing, popping in to see you, then I'm off to the Alignment of Exedor'
CRAIG: 'The Alignment of Exedor?'
DOCTOR: 'Seventeen galaxies in perfect unison. Meant to be spectacular. I can't miss it. Literally can't. It's locked in a time stasis field. I get one crack at flying my Tardis straight into it, if I get my dates right. Which I have'
CRAIG: 'Sounds nice'
DOCTOR: 'So this is me, popping in and popping out again. Just being social. Just having a laugh. Never mind that'
CRAIG: 'Never mind what?'
DOCTOR: 'Nothing'
CRAIG: 'No, you've noticed something. You've got your noticing face on. I have nightmares about that face'
DOCTOR: 'Ooo, nope, given up all that. Done noticing things. I didn't even notice that, for example. Well, got to go. Good seeing you, Craig. Goodbye, Stormageddon'
CRAIG: 'No, no, wait, wait. Can you do the shushing thing?'
DOCTOR: 'No, it only works once, and only on life forms with underdeveloped brains'
CRAIG: 'Hang on. You said farewell tour. What do you mean, farewell?'
DOCTOR: 'Shush'
'I think someone's hungry Matt' Steven said becoming quite aquatinted with Autumn.
'Come here sweetheart' I said pulling her out the buggy. 'I know, mummy never would have made you wait for dinner' I said to her, looking around.
I went straight through to my trailer of set where someone was there and warmed up the milk for me.
'Yes. I'm feeding her right now' I said down the phone. 'Now stop worrying because I'm not going to Starve her' I said and Jenna laughed.
'I never said you was, but I know that your not very good at operating on time, and if she comes out of routine she'll wake up earlier in the morning'
'Jenna stop. I'm more than capable of looking after her. All she does is sleep' I said as I wrapped her in the blanket and put her in the buggy.
'She's going to sleep now' I announced. 'Say goodnight to mummy' I said to her but she just squirmed in the buggy.
'I'll see you on Monday' I said.
'Love you'
We have a big screening of the first episode at Cardiff on Monday. I want to take her with us, but at the same time I don't want her trending on tumble.
But like I said to Jenna, if we do it on our terms, it makes people far less interested in our lives.
'She is so adorable' James said again. I was talking to Georgia, of whom was the baby who was playing Alfie. 'Look at this, got your first acting gig before your 1 years old' I smirked and bopped her nose.
'Your a natural. She hates strangers really and she's really warmed up to you' she said.
'It's the maternal instinct' Steven came out with. 'What?'
'Him. Matt. He's radiating the paternal love at the moment because he has a baby of his own. Other babies sense that and know there safe with them, that's why she's so comfortable'
'So why does she cry whenever I pick her up?' James asked.
'Because your awaiting a baby, and are nervous, making her a lot more nervous'
It was true to say that his wife could go into labour any minute while we're on set, they have the opposite problem, Jenna was 10 days early and there already 3 days late.

'I don't think Mummy would approve of you having Pizza' I grinned as she was sprawled out squirming on the floor.
She was just under 4 weeks old and was adorable. I loved the fact that when she's awake now she has her eyes open properly.
'Hello there. Oh my god is she making noises?' Jenna asked over FaceTime.
'Yeah. She's gurgling and everything. Baby bubbles, coo's and gurgles' I said stuffing a piece of pizza, and Richard did the same.
'Lil hurry up with that bottle, she's getting restless' I warned as I watched her squirming. I had learnt that the more she squirms, the more impatient she gets.
She's already starting to develop a tiny personality. I already can tell she's going to be exactly like Jenna because she won't let anyone take her blanket away from her.
Or her dummy and teddy for that matter. She's going to be a stubborn little thing.
