The New Beginning

Bone Crusher's POV:

Just putting so much thought for the new era starting made me tense. I sighed heavily, resting my elbows on my knees, looking down. Then another thing popped up, the kids! Are they born yet, is my wife OK!? I started freaking out.

Angel 1: Lord please, take it easy. You barely woke up after being in bed for eight months.

BC: Eight months!!!!

I turned to look at her over my shoulder. Her eyes were sky blue, her lips a rosy pink, her hands and face, they were so delicate. All the angels were the same, but what I found odd was that they were all female. Why though?

Angel 2: My lord, are you alright?

Their voices, they were so sweet. Without any sign of pain or sorrow. I calmed down, feeling the calming effect on me. I felt my wings getting heavy with every second. I felt the angels hold them up, dumping all the water on them. I then felt two small hands on my chest. It was another angel. Last thing I remember seeing was the angels worried expression.

Normal POV:

Angel 1: I think we used too much tranquilizer on him.

Angel 2: What will the Goddess do to us now?!

Angel 3: There is no need to freak out ladies.

All three angels turn to look at Bone Crusher. All three blushing, but look away quickly. They knew love with a God was forbidden. But they were all startled to see the Goddess flying towards them.

Goddess's POV:

I was flying over to my husband, to make my daily visit. I landed in front of three angels, and turned human. The angels had worried looks on their faces.

GS: Something wrong ladies?

Angel 1: Your husband woke up, but he freaked out and so we used all of the tranquilizer on him.

Angel 2: But only on his wings. So he will only be sleeping for another..... Um....

Angel 3: For another eight weeks.....

GS: Eight weeks! I can't wait another eight weeks! I have babies on the way, who are children of the God of Life and Death who is behind your care. So you better fix this or else.

3rd POV:

The Goddess made fire appear around her right hand. The angels got on their knees saying all their sorry's. The Goddess seeing this calmed down and made the fire disappear.

GS: It's OK my children. Now let me have a moment with my husband.

Angels: Yes.... Mother.

The Goddess smiles sweetly and makes a hand motion, dismissing them. The angels spread their sky blue wings and flew off. The Goddess looked at Bone Crusher and tears began forming.

GS: Hey Bone Crusher, it's me again. I have good news, the babies will be born soon.

The Goddess sighs heavily and sits beside him. She touches her stomach, which was now much bigger, she then took his hand and put it on her stomach.

GS: You feel that Darrel? They are your future children. They need you Darrel.... They need you...

The Goddess starts crying, a single tear, landing on Bone Crusher's forehead.

BC: W-wendy?

GS: Bone Crusher?

I got closer to him. He finally opened his eyes. I was happy to see them again.

BC: Wendy are you alright?

GS: Of course I am. But you should be more concerned about yourself right now.

BC: Wha-? Why?

GS: You grew wings. Every God and Goddess has them. Are you strong enough to stand up?

BC: I think so.

The Goddess stands up giving Bone Crusher his space. Bone Crusher stood up and took a few steps.

BC: I guess I am strong enough.

Bone Crusher spreads his wings, revealing light blue feathers on the underside of the wings. But not any kind of blue, metallic blue. The warm light of the heaven's sky shone brightly. Although the back of his wings were red and black. Ready to commit murder at any time, any place.

The Goddess's eyes were full of wonder. But they both realized this caused a major turn in both Devil and Angel history.

Bone Crusher's POV:

My wings felt so light on my back, now that I was back up on my feet. I folded up my wings and hugged Wendy delicately. She hugged me back with so much force. I heard her whimpering against my chest.

GS: I missed you....

BC: I missed you too, My Goddesses.

She giggled a bit and let out a sigh in relief.

BC: Let's go home, Wendy.

GS: Let's go, Darrel.

Letting go of each other they turn to wolves. She looked the same, except for her big belly that was showing. Me I don't know if I changed, but something felt off about me.

Goddess's POV:

When we turned wolf, Bone Crusher looked a lot different. He grew in size quite a lot, his eyes were red, no longer a kind blue. His fur stayed the same, his wings were much bigger than mine. How much did he grow over the eight months he slept? Well I didn't care, as long as he doesn't sleep more, I don't care how he looks. He was the perfect wolf of my life.

GS: You have such dazzling wings Bone Crusher.

BC: Why thank you, Wendy.

He smiled sweetly. I will never forget that smile, he seemed like a bran new wolf. It troubled me, but then that's when I noticed a scar on his right eye.

GS: Bone Crusher! What happened to your eye?! You have such a big scar. I don't remember this being here.

Bone Crusher's POV:

When Wendy mentioned the scar on my face, I remembered it all. It was all real, and I thought it was only a dream.

CB: Oh its nothing really.

GS: You sure!?

BC: Sssshhhh, you'll worry the babies.

I snuggled my cheek alongside her's. She whispers in my ear saying.

GS: Fine I'll relax.... Let's go home...

BC: Let's go...

She took off first then I went after her. As we did I remembered what happened after my wings grew.

~Flashback~

As the guard took me to the angels place. I tried killing him with a knife that he had on his belt strap. I stood up in front him and chuckled evilly. He had fear filling his eyes.

BC: You won't get away from me~.

I smirked evilly and the soldier just fainted. I laughed at his  failed stand up against me. But little did I know that he called for back up before he fainted. Next thing I know, I'm tackled down by the whole army, my already blood stained wings were covered with more blood. Only one managed to get my right eye.

It distracted me long enough for an angel to dump a full bowl of water on top of me. That put me to sleep for the next eight months.

~End of Flashback ~

We got home soon enough. I went to take a quick shower then got out. Just to see my wife waiting for me, with a stern look on her face. I gulped and walked to her nervously.

BC: Something wrong?

GS: Tell me what happened to your eye.

I was taken back by her attitude and sternness. My eyes wide of fright, my heart raced, and my breathing was rapid.

BC: I-its nothing. Really!!! I'm not lying.

GS: Tell me the truth now!

I sighed heavily and sat beside her. I looked hopelessly into her eyes.

BC: Fine I confess!!!! I killed almost all the guards right after my wings grew!!!! That's why an angel put me to sleep for eight months!!!!! And this scar!!!!! A guard was able to get me with a blade!!!!

Her eyes wide of surprise was followed by an emotion I thought I would never see from her.
