After Jimin joined, the group was complete, from both the perspective of members and also their own happiness. The boys along with Soojin worked hard tirelessly, day and night, with full passion and dedication. Each of them being each other's support system, cheering them up and never letting them down. Their bonding is a great example of that we don't blood-related people to be a family. Even strangers can be a family, can give more comfort than those blood-related people, can create such a bonding that is impossible to break apart.

The youngsters, with no clue about what their future holds, even of the fact that they'll debut or not, worked hard and their hard work paid off. The boys and Soojin, debuted officially on 12th June, 2013, as a group named Bangtan Sonyeondan (BTS) along with the members: Rap Monster (Namjoon), Jin (Seokjin), Suga (Yoongi), J-hope (Hoseok), Jimin, V (Taehyung), Jungkook and Neon (Soojin).

"Hellooo!!! It's Bangtan Sonyeondan!!!!"

The first days were rough and tough. Them hardly getting any likes or views, sometimes getting accused of plagiarism (though they've not done that) and sometimes simply getting hate for their looks or some senseless things. The hardest was for Soojin. Being only 13-14 at that time and also for being the only female member, the hate she got was in a lot amount. She was criticised for everything! For her baby voice, her lack of expressions, her not being able to dance like the others, her body, for everything!! The peers failed to see that she was just a child! They even gave threats to her and told her to leave the group.

"Leave!! Bangtan Sonyeondan will be better and will grow more popular if you leave!"

But did she care about it? No. Why would she? When her brothers were there to support her each and every time, reminding her of her purpose, always fueling her with that passion and determination.

"Remember, you're an idol because you followed your passion. You're here for your passion, not to get famous!" Namjoon says.

"Let haters bark, Suju. They're not humans. Humans don't bark, do they? They're dogs," Yoongi scoffs.

"For real, love them my baby," Jin says while smirking, "You love dogs, don't you?"

All eight of them break out laughing.

"How can I care about them huh? When I have y'all with me!" Soojin grins and glances at brothers, gratitude sparkling in her eyes for having these guys in her life.

June 2014 ~

Now, comes the turn for Jungkook and Soojin's friendship.

Soojin and Jungkook's precious friendship has been going well so far. Both of them enjoying each other's company and never leaving one another's side. Everyday after school, they would go to Nonhyeon-dong park, that was just at about 500 m distance from their dorm and would spend their precious time chattering there or simply by enjoying each other's company. Sometimes, Taehyung and Jimin would join them too.

Everything was going so well until....... One decision of Jungkook changed it all and it put their precious friendship at stake, almost shattering it.

Jungkook is now 17 and it has been a while that he has got into dating. Being the heartthrob of his high school since the very beginning, most of the girls have had crush on him and wanted to be his girlfriend. So, he gave them a try. Dating them for like a week and so, and then dumping them and moving on to another. He became like a playboy, dating girls for fun.

It was until he met this one girl named Park Sewon. He doesn't know exactly what attracted him to her, whether it was her cute baby face or her soft, gentle character. She seemed so cute to him that he called her 'Mochi' while she called him 'Bunny'. All he knew is that he fell for her and used to think of her as his Love.

Strangely, he wasn't feeling like it is his First love. Mochi's not my First love. I don't feel that First love tingle in my chest. If she's not my First love, who's it..??

Now, it's been about a month since Sewon and Jungkook have been dating, the longest Jungkook has ever dated any girl till now. It just started simply with Sewon coming over to him, starting a random conversation and then, meeting up everyday at the end of class until one day, Jungkook asked her out. Their love seemed pure, both so into each other with all their hearts.

But little did Jungkook know that Sewon had some other intentions?

Soojin doesn't want to interfere in Jungkook's dating life but still, everyone craves for their dearest best friend. She would go and hang out with him sometimes after school, having just a small chit chat. But she would soon feel uncomfortable by the glare Sewon would be giving her and often, she would be whining like a baby to him, clinging onto him to take her to places so that he won't be able to talk to Soojin. Things went on like this until....

One day, Sewon confronted her, when Jungkook wasn't around, "You--" she pointed at her, "You better stay away from my man!"

Soojin frowned at her words, "And why should I?"

"Because that's the best for you!!"

Soojin scoffs and then smirks, "You know, as much as he's your boyfriend, he's my bestfriend too! Keep that in your mind!"

"And what if I tell you.... Your bestfriend himself finds you annoying?" Soojin's smirk fades away at her words, "Bruh, you had been coming in our precious time, invading our privacy!!"

Kookie..... is annoyed by me...? No! She's lying! "You're lying!" She scoffs.

"Bruh, my innocent Bunny doesn't want to tell you this because you'll get hurt but I'm fed up of this!" Sewon rolls her eyes and walks away.

That makes Soojin freeze in her spot. She wants someone to tell her that what she had just heard is a lie. She can feel her eyes welling up with tears and streaming down her cheeks. She's hurt. Yes she is but because she didn't expect that from her bestfriend, her closest person. She wipes it with the back of her hand. He's my bestfriend! He won't do this! I know he'll come back looking for me if I don't talk to him!

And Soojin takes up on her tough decision to grow distant from Jungkook. It was hard for both, Soojin crying at nights missing him, missing those fun filled teasings and chit chats they would share together, being seated on a bench in the Nonhyeon-dong park and enjoying snacks. That used to be the best moment of her day which she now thinks that she'll never get the chance to experience again.

Jungkook, on the other hand, was concerned about Soojin. Her sudden withdrawal from him and the distance she was maintaining was strange. It pinched him in his heart. It pained him. He was always worried for her and wanted to approach her, asking her if she's okay, cuddling and comforting her is she's not. His eyes would always search for her in the crowd, until Sewon, whom he considers as his love, would drag him away with her.

Days passed by, Sewon's caring and gentle nature turned into a manipulative one. Every weekend, she would whine like a kid to Jungkook and force him to take her on dates, on shoppings, spending all the little money that he would get in return of his hard work as a rookie idol. It was none of her concern, she just wanted gifts and a rich boyfriend and knowing that Jungkook is absolutely talented, he would surely become a noted celebrity in the future. Jungkook would buy her gifts on every date and Sewon, she would be just sulking and whining, "But I want that..." And Jungkook would leave with a sad pout, cursing at himself for not knowing his girl better.

But little did he know that it was just him, too innocent, to understand her true intentions.

On the other side, Jungkook failed to realise that his actions and unintentional negligence is just making his most precious friendship more and more delicate day by day. Most of the days, he would reach the dorm so late that Soojin would be mostly asleep. And even if he did reach early, he would just be occupied with his phone, texting with Sewon.

It hit Soojin hard. Were her words true? Is he really fed up of me...? Tears stream down her cheeks at that thought. She smiled and wiped them off. If he's happy, who am I to snatch that? His happiness is my happiness! 

Soojin started making many friends. Lee Minho and Choi Yeonjun being the best among them. They never left her alone and always accompanied her in their free time, making her go crazy while laughing. Actually, Minho was being trained as a backup dancer in BIGHIT so, Soojin was already friends with him. Whereas, Yeonjun was a new student so, he didn't have much friends. Also, he was often body-shamed and Soojin, having experienced the same earlier, felt bad and lent him a hand. Both of them helped her heal a lot from her pain. However, none of them could replace Jungkook for her. He was special and will always be.

Now, it is June and it's almost time for summer break. This summer break is more special for Soojin because it's the first time she'll be going on a trip with her lone family, her father.

Haru has taken a leave for a week and thought to spend some time with his beloved daughter. Soojin is overjoyed as she'll be going to her dreamplace, Jeju Island! Haru had asked her if she wanted to take any of her brothers or her friends with her. And the only person that came in her mind was none other than.... Jungkook.

She smiles remembering that sweet memory...

"Ya Suju...," Jungkook calls out her name as they walk through around the park, holding hands. She hums. "What's your dreamplace?"

"Uhm..." She looks up, thinking for a moment before answering, "Jeju!"

"Jeju?!" Jungkook gasps, "Hey! Thats my dreamplace too!"

Soojin giggles, "Why so suddenly, hmm? I thought you would ask something important!"

Jungkook scoffs, "It is important, okay?!" while she gives him a questioning look, "Of course!! When we debut, I'm gonna take you there with me! Just us....," he says while looking away, feeling a rush of heat on his cheeks, becoming plush red.

Soojin wiggles her brows, "A bestie trip, huh? Alright!" They both break out laughing as Soojin wraps her around his strong arm, leaning onto him as their laughter echoes though the quiet area.

Soojin sighs as she gets lost into her thoughts. What's wrong in asking him? Maybe he'll agree? Just for a week... And it's his dreamplace too.... He'll come with me...I know he will!

P.S. Damn...IG I've to change my plan about the chapters!! As I get lost into writing, they get so long that I've to divide it into parts!! 😭
