"Are y'all the new trainees?" The guy, that arrived just a while ago, looks at the three people sitting there. "Of dorm no. 1"

The older guy, seated across Soojin and Jungkook, pulls out his headset and nods, "Yeh, we are. You- who are-"

"Follow me" the guy interrupts that older guy, glancing at Soojin and Jungkook for a moment. His eyes fix at Soojin for a longer while, narrowing them a bit as if he knows her.

Soojin stares back at him too. Do I know him? Have we met before?

It's not long before the mysterious guy with the poker face walks towards a corridor. Jungkook and Soojin look around in awe.

"Damn... There are so many rooms..." Jungkook whispers to her. Soojin nods in approval.

The guy opens the door, labelled 'DORM 1' and reveals a really... Messy room, that clearly shows that it belongs to a bunch of teens. He grumbles, "Darn it! It was Namjoon's turn to clean it and that mf didn't do it!"

He huffs and goes on, picking the things and placing them in a single place, making the area seem a bit tidier. As soon as he's done cleaning, he doesn't even spare a minute or two to introduce himself to the newbies.

Such a strange guy...

Jungkook and Soojin take a seat on one of the bunk beds, after placing their luggage onto the side. Both of their stomachs rumble. It's obvious as they have not eaten anything since the last four hours.

Jungkook whines, "I'm hungry!!"

"Me too...," Soojin pouts and replies, "But we gotta save our allowances... Let's wait for the food to be given..."

Jungkook just huffs as he plops into the bed. The older guy, who seemed to be busy only on his phone, was secretly observing all these and he felt pity for the kids. He too was hungry as well.

He takes out his credit card and twirls it around his fingers as he looks at them, "You can come with me if you want to."

Soojin frowns and was about to deny his offer respectfully when Jungkook suddenly yelled in desperation, "Yes yes, Take us with you, hyung!!"

"Jungkoo--," Soojin gasps and is about to scold him when the guy says, "Ya kid, it's okay! Come with me." He got up from the bed and gestured them to follow him. And they did. Hunger took the best of them.

At a nearby cafe:

"You can choose anything you like. Food should be eaten with pleasure," he leans onto his elbows by placing them on the table.

Soojin and Jungkook look at each other. They usually don't like taking things for granted. And if they're given the chance to, they would most probably prefer to take the minimum.

After going through the menu, Jungkook says, "We'd like a bowl of steamed rice... Thank you!"

But to their surprise, the older guy just scoffs, "What?! Just rice?! Bruh, what kinda kids you're?" He looks at them with disbelief, "Damn, you're given a treat!! You should take the most advantage of it! Bruh..."

He gestures the waiter to come towards them, "Three bowls of sweet steamed rice along with Samgyeop-sal (pork belly)"

Soojin widens her eyes. Pork belly is indeed expensive, so expensive that she got to eat that only once every month. "Mr... It's okay... Steamed rice is enoug--"

"Yo girl, just enjoy bruh! And..." He frowns and looks at her, "What did you just call me?! Mr.?!" He gasps, "How old are you both?"

Jungkook frowns. This hyung is so weird... "I'm 13, she's 11"

His face turns blank, "Oh... You both are young. But still, don't can me Mr.!! I'm just 18!!" He whines like a kid,"Call me Handsome hyung or oppa, cause I'm very handsome" winks at them while Soojin and Jungkook just stare at him. So weird.

He really is weird. When the food arrived soon after, he gulped onto it so fast, taking big bites that he didn't seem human to them. Jungkook and Soojin shared glances at each other, while they swallow their own food.

"WAHHH!!" The guy groans after finishing his food, "It was amazing, wasn't it? Btw, where are you from?" He asks them.

"Mandeok-deong, Busan," they both answer together.

"Oh, that's far! I'm from Gyeonggi-do, Seoul," he gives them a smile, "Your names?"

Jungkook and Soojin look at other and then give a smile to him, "I'm Jeon Jungkook"

"Okay, Jungkookie... And?"

"I'm Kim Soojin"

The guy widens his eyes and chockes on his own spit, "What... What?!! Kim Soojin?!"

Soojin frowns at his reaction and nods. Why is he acting like that? I don't know him neither have I met him...

"Damn!!" He exclaims, "You're... Kim SOOjin and I'm.... Kim SEOKjin....Wahhh, how?!"

Soojin and Jungkook widen their eyes in surprise too. Yes, their names actually sound so similar. Are they connected or something!

The guy, Seokjin, he just chuckles, "Are you my lost sister or what? We even look similar! Look at those plump lips!" He just shakes his head and smiles, "When's your b'day?"

"Uhm...11th of December..."

"DAMN, HOW?!!! Mine's 4th!!!" He almost jumps up, "Nah, for real, you must be my lost sister!!" He jokes.

Jungkook and Soojin laugh at that too. She couldn't believe how similar they're. Like so much similar.

They return to their dorm soon and find another guy with that one who opened the dorm for them. The new guy looks at them with wide eyes and exclaims, "Aayuuuu!!!"

Suddenly, he rushes to Soojin and pinches her cheeks, making her freeze and unable to react by his sudden act. Jungkook was quick enough to slap his hand away and give him a death glare.

"Hobi, Stop pinching random kid's cheeks. You'll get in trouble some day...," That guy tells him, still with that poker face, as he turns his gaze back at Soojin, staring at her with an odd feeling.

"Aigoo sorry sorry!! I can't control myself when I see cute kids...," The guy who pinched Soojin's cheeks, laughs awkwardly as he apologizes.

They both sit on one of the bunk beds, with Seokjin by their side and the two guys sitting in front of them. Even then, the poker faced guy was constantly staring at Soojin, making her uncomfortable and shift onto her spot. Why is he like that?! Jungkook senses her being tense and whispers, "You okay..?" She just nods without looking at him. She didn't want him to know about that weird guy. She knows he'll probably overreact.

Suddenly, another guy comes in the dorm, breaking the deafening silence. And the sight of that guy, makes Jungkook jump from his seat and scream.

"Ah... Sorry for being late!" He scratches the back of his neck as he smiles, his dimples being highlighted on his pretty face.

Jungkook gasps, as he gets off from the bed, "R-Rap...M-Monster?!! K-Kim Namjoon?!!!"

"Oh-- you know me?" He looks at Jungkook with wide eyes filled with surprise. He never thought he had a fan.

"Omooooooooo!!!!! It's... It's RAP MONSTER!!! OH MY GOD!!! MY ROLE MODEL!! MY CRUSH!!!" he screams in joy as he rushes towards Namjoon and looks at him in admiration. He looks at him as if he's a single special piece created by God premiumly.

Namjoon chuckles at his childish behavior and shakes his hand, "For the first time meeting a big fan"

"SUJUU!!! LOOK LOOK...RAP MONSTER SHOOK MY HAND!!! I AIN'T WASHING IT AGAIN!!!" Jungkook jumps up and down, giving that cute bunny grin to Soojin. It's one of the happiest moment in his life.

Soojin smacks his arm and shushes him, "Stop screaming, Kookie!" She's feeling embarrassed.

Namjoon's face lights up. He never had a fan crazy for him. He just giggles and takes a seat in front of them. "So, let's introduce ourselves, yeah?"

They all nod.

"Y'all go first," Namjoon gestures.

"Lemme introduce first. I'm Kim Seokjin, 18, from Gyeonggi-do."

"Ooo, you're older than all of us. Hyung of Dorm.1" the warm guy jokes as Seokjin smirks and nods.

"I'm Jeon Jungkook, 13, from Mandeok-deong, Busan."

"I'm Kim Soojin, 11, from Mandeok-deong, Busan too..."

The poker faced guy widens his eyes hearing her name, a name that is oddly familiar to him. Soojin.... So, I guessed right. It's her.

"All right. Nice to meet you all. I'm Kim Namjoon, 16, from Ilsan." Jungkook just bites his lips and looks at Namjoon with his doe eyes. He looks surreal... It's his role model!

"I'm Jung Hoseok!! 16 and from Gwangju!! Nice to meet you all!! Y'all can call me Hobi!!" The warm guy grins.

"I'm Min Yoongi, 17, from Daegu..." the poker faced guy stares at Soojin as he introduces himself, his eyes filled with an unusual hope. I hope she didn't forget me. My Suju...

Soojin widens her eyes and mumbles, "Oppa...." Never in her dreams had she thought that she'll meet him like this. That brother whom she had been longing to meet. The coolest person according to her. She can already feel her eyes glistening.

Yoongi gives a weak smile. He feels overwhelmed that even after almost eight years, she still remembers him, "You remember me, Suju?"

"H-How can I not..?!" She wipes her tears and sobs. Yoongi heaves out a sigh as he gets off from his seat and pulls Soojin in his arms, "I m-missed you O-Oppa!!" Yoongi also couldn't help but tear up. It has been almost a year since he met his family nor anyone he knew. Meeting Soojin was beyond his imagination.

Jungkook watches them, feeling a strange warmth is his heart. He's happy to see her happy. His happiness lies within hers. He chuckles, as he watches Yoongi pat her back and pinch her cheeks, wiping her tears, "Can't believe you grew up so much. It was the day when I was carrying you on my back in the fields"

And this marks the beginning of a new life for both Jungkook and Soojin, a life accompanied by old reunions and new encounters, a life not so easy but a path to success and New discoveries.

Initially, Soojin felt uncomfortable in the dorm. She was not used to live with so many people. Jungkook too felt homesick. He would cry at nights missing his parents and his brother. He felt like going to his home often, which was not possible.

As time passed by, they both started to mingle and open up to the others, who were older than them. Life started to seem fun to them. Though the days were hectic, from being to school for 12 hours or more, then some rigorous dance practices, still along with the others, life seemed to get better.

Soojin finally felt that she was loved too. Finally, her life seemed to get light amidst the darkness. She was happy, with her 5 brothers. She was happy to reunite with her coolest brother Yoongi again.

Seokjin became almost like a parent to her, taking care of her from having meals to dropping her at school, scolding her at times which didn't affect her at all. Hoseok being a sunny brother, who never fails to make her smile, and always looks after her. Namjoon being a great source of motivation for her, he always has been, always helping her in her academics. And Jungkook....I don't think any description is needed for that.

"Suju... You are happy here right?" Jungkook asks her as they walk back to their dorm from the dance studio.

"Mhm," Soojin hums as she grins and looks down at her feet, "Never thought it would be this fun..."

"See, I told ya..." He says while placing his hand around her shoulder, "It'll always be fun when we're together. Moreover, destiny has plans for you. You met Yoongi hyung"

"Hmm... Never thought I would. But I'm happy to meet him again, " Soojin looks at him with a smile decorating her soft-featured face, "Thank you, Kookie... I'd have never had this chance if you wouldn't have been so adamant... Like seriously.... If you weren't in my life, i don't know how it would have been..."

Jungkook looks at her with his doe eyes, his cheeks turning red. He giggles and denies, "I should be thanking you bruh"

They enter the dorm and see the elders discussing about a matter. They all look serious.

"Bruh, I hope the new kid won't be annoying," Seokjin groans.

"Let's see how he'll be..." Namjoon sighs.

"What are y'all talking about?" Soojin expresses her curiosity. Jungkook stretches his neck to read the information with on the letter in Namjoon's hand.

"Oh, it's about the new trainee joining us tomorrow," Namjoon says while looking at the list, "The audition two weeks ago.... Three are selected. One will be in our dorm."

"Who's free from classes tomorrow?" Hoseok asks.

"Meh," Yoongi mumbles, lifting his head from his slumber position, "I've a lot of deliveries tomorrow. Ain't going to those boring classes"

"Then please come and show the new trainee around," Namjoon tells Yoongi, "Don't keep him waiting like you did with Jin hyung, Kookie and Suju"

"Ah, what a pain in ass...," Yoongi grumbles as he covers himself under the sheets and drifts to his slumber.

Who is that new trainee... Soojin thinks. I hope he's a good guy like these Oppas. It's hard getting along with new people...
