So, this time a section of my dream had consisted of my best guy friend tryin to feed me LIVE caterpillars, and when I shoved them away he came back with cooked ones— which I forced myself to eat so I wouldn't hurt his feelins

Next thing you know my ex friend jumped in, tryin to be all buddy buddy with me- until somethin happen that made her ignore me or just hate me from afar as I tried to stay away from her- but the thing is everyone around me was lookin at me with such disgust(?) (except my best guy friend, he tried to keep me calm- and my closest irl friends weren't in my dream this time)

But I was so confused and my anxiety was high enough to cause me into a panic for my dream- to which I woke up

I don't know what the hell is up with my dreams the past 3 days, but like— guess my own mind is torturin me for somethin and again, as much as I'm a lucid dreamer, can't take control when I'm scared or frightened-
