Did I just find the cure for writer's block?

No. No, I did not. Well, maybe.
After months of paddling through the mucky waters of writer's block, I figured out that the only real way to get through writer's block is by just waiting it out. Patience is key.
The most difficult part for me was when I felt like I wasn't enough. Those times when I felt like I would never get back my motivation and like I had 'lost my magic' was much worse than just not being able to write.
Take care of the psychological part of it and the rest will work itself out. There isn't much to do to take care of it either other than to just stop writing when you don't feel like it.
Slowly, start setting aside time to write. You don't have to write at that time—just set aside the time and sit down to write with all your materials in front of you. Gradually, you will want to write. Start slowly and keep track of your word count. I use the WordTracker app. It lets you set a deadline for your WIP and makes a graph of your progress everyday.
Like I said, patience is key. It will take time to get back to the old routine (if you ever had one). Take it slow, one step at a time. Progress isn't linear.
