A Few Months Later

"Kokichi!" I turned around to see Chiasa wheeling her wheelchair over like a maniac "finally...your really a hard guys to find...like I have been searching for the past...five minutes" I raised an eyebrow "really...your making a big deal for me being gone for five minutes...?" Chiasa groaned "time is of the essence when I could have been planning on how I am going to take over the world" I rolled my eyes at that one, "how are we going to do that Ms Supreme Leader" she seemed to think a bit.

"Well...I need you guys to come over to my house today, cause I got something fun planned" I groaned "don't tell me you tried cooking again?" last week Chiasa dragged us into her home and force fed us sushi. She somehow burned it, problem is she didn't even make the rice and sushi is a COLD dish. She grinned "I wish, I have been banned from the kitchen by Kazue till the day I die" I sighed "The world is saved" she glared at me "come on I'm not that bad! But no it isn't me giving you any of my AMAZING food" she started speeding away "it's going to be a surprise trust me!" oh boy what's she got planned this time...

"Hey Kokichi! Saihara was looking for you" Takashiro yelled when I got into the meeting area "Saihara?" I felt myself blush, for three months I had been hanging out with Saihara whenever I could get a break from my parents and when Chiasa hadn't dragged me off to be a test subject for her cooking or whatever weird activity she had planned. Nao grinned "You know he's here a lot Kokichi...you ain't hiding anything from us right...?" I blushed even harder "were just friends." Tsuki grinned "you sure Kokichi....?" I nodded "Saihara probably isn't into that..." Chiasa did an over exaggerated gasp "so you FINALLY admitted it?" I groaned.

"That was the biggest mistake you could have ever made Kokichi, never tell Chiasa if you have a crush for she will force it to happen" Genkei told me to some of the groups laughter "HEY!" Chiasa screeched turning to Kazue "attack them my knight in shining armor!" he rolled his eyes, "you used to do that to me in elementary school these guys are lucky they met you in junior high and so on" she grinned "yet it took you four thousand years to join us and confess your undying for me" Kazue decided to look away.

"ANYWAY getting back on topic, all of you have to come to my house today" Riko groaned "don't tell me it's more sushi...last time we nearly had to take Takara to the hospital..." Takara winced at the memory "You've been eating though...right?" Genkei asked him and Takara looked down on the ground "Chiasa make a bunch of food got it? Even if it tastes horrible I will shove it down this guy's throat!" Chiasa grinned a bit as Takara moaned "ok, I'll eat when I get home just not THAT" Genkei smirked "ok but you better keep your word" Riko smiled "so this is what you meant about confessing their love Eiji?" and that was the statement that killed us with laughter and left Takara and Genkei as red as a tomato screaming they weren't gay...like I believe that it's an obvious lie...

Over the past few months I have been more able to detect lies...and been telling a lot more myself, to Chiasa, to Saihara...even worse more than half the time they believe me now...I mean that's supposed to be the good thing...yet it doesn't feel that way more than half the time they don't even catch on. Still...she keeps saying one day all of us are going to make a world where we don't have to lie or anything like that...so going to put my faith in our leader.

"Hurry up already Kokichi, we've been waiting for hours!" Mirai screamed dragging me in "sorry...hard to get out of the house..." Chiasa shot me a look but stayed quiet, thanks... I really didn't want the others to know about my parents. I mean...they already got their own problems to sort through...and mine were pretty small to where some of them are literally dying...kind of makes me a bit ashamed. 

"Anyway I gathered you all here today cause I wanted to play truth or dare!" Chiasa screamed and I looked at her to see if she was serious. And she was. The room met her with silence "what? was it something I said?" Mirai moaned "why didn't we just do this at school?" Chiasa grinned "because seeing you guys suffer like this is fun! Come on it won't be THAT bad, follow me to the living room of destruction!" I shrugged following her in as we sat down and she grinned "Tsuki first" Chiasa stated and I could feel myself moving away a bit from her. Fun fact Tsuki tended to smell fear off of people thanks to her many years as Chiasa's friend. At least that's what the others said. Tsuki gave an evil smile rubbing her hands together as she eyed us one by one "Takashiro...truth or dare?" he seemed to take a deep breath.

"Truth" Tsuki groaned disappointed "darn it! I had a great idea and everything...hmm truth...Takashiro was it YOU who stole Chiasa's brownies last month? You know the ones she nearly murdered us because they went missing" Takashiro laughed "seriously? You think I would risk my life for a brownie!?! Obviously no, besides I am not even supposed to have brownies or things like that it messes with my medicine" Tsuki groaned disappointed.

"Ok...Eiji truth or dare?" Takarshiro asked and Eiji seemed to be in thought "I'll go with a dare...do your worst" Takashiro then replied "ok, I dare you to watch three hours of My Little Pony" Eiji's eyes widened "seriously...I thought we moved past this..." Eiji groaned "I change my mind truth" Riko laughed "that ain't how it works Eiji" Eiji sneered which had no effect on her for obvious reasons (she's blind) "to bad I am not watching that show again!" Takashiro turned to the rest of us "a little help?" and most of us smiled "I'll go get the duck tape!" Chiasa cried screaming as Genkei and Takara grabbed Eiji's side "WHAT THE HECK!?!" Genkei snickered "it's a dare you got to do it Eiji!" only to be hit with a groan "fine but you should remember this day very well all of you, I shall enact my revenge as soon as you-ARE YOU TYING ME TO A CHAIR!?! WHAT IS WRONG WITH YOU!?!" 

(No joke used to love that show, also this part was inspired from @Mystic_Melodica so yeah go check their one shots out cause that's where this part came from, now back to abusing a DICE member >:D)

Well the next few minutes were entertaining to say the least. Eventually we managed to tie EIji to the chair and plop him in another room as Chiasa was searching Netflix for the show "I hate you all" Tsuki smiled "no you don't, quick say your dare before I get tempted to duck tape your mouth" and he looked over at Genkei "hey truth or dare?" Genkei seemed to sweat a bit "either way this will probably go wrong...dare..." and Eiji immediately responded "do the Pocky game with Takara" and immediately Genkei went silent "da** it" he muttered as we left Eiji to his three hours of punishment- I mean entertainment.

Takara stared at Genkei as they grabbed the pocky stick, "it's a dare we have to..." as all the girls were squealing like as if their favorite ship had gotten together (not that I would know ANYTHING about that...) it ended in five seconds at most with a quick session that resulted in both of them competing with the produce aisle's tomato's. Genkei sighed "well...um...Mirai truth or dare?" Mirai immediately responded "truth I don't trust ANY of you folks" they then responded "oh I was just going to make you do my homework...but if you insist on not trusting me I can make it worse"

"Sh**!" Mirai screamed and Riko responded "keep it PG!" and Genkei smirked "ok...do you have a crush on anybody and do we know them?" Mirai blushed "ok...I do...not saying who though, but you guys know them" and Chiasa got an evil smirk "time to do detective work then muhahaha" and Mirai moaned "well...Nao you've been quiet so far, truth or dare?" he sighed "thought you would forget I was here and go for Kokichi...I'll take a dare" and Mirai screamed "YES! Ok I want you to drink a cup of hot sauce" and Nao's eyes widened "what?" and she grinned "you heard me right chop chop I don't have all night Mr." reluctantly he turned to Chiasa "where's your hot sauce...?" and she grinned "I'll go get it" and if she had been able to do I bet she would have done a mad dash over to it as she returned with a blue cup one fourth of the way full.

Nao shot a look at Mirai who smiled innocently "if I die tell my sister to stop reading my manga and also Takara your next and I will leave the master of punishment to do the rest of it" he proclaimed as he downed the cup and dropped it screaming "MY MOUTH IS ON FIRE!" as he started screaming running out of the room in a panic as we stared after him "he'll be fine" Mirai said and Chiasa sighed. Takara seemed uneasy as Chiasa looked at him "Takara, truth or dare?" he winced "dare.." she smiled "I dare you to clean up the mess Nao just made, I expect sweets for this ok? Only giving this compromise because you already had to do the pocky game"

Takara sighed in relief as the rest of us groaned in disappointment "fine, also Kokichi truth or dare?" oh god if I say truth they are going to ask about Shuichi...and if I say dare they are going to make me do something insane...this a sad world we live in "truth..." and he grinned "do you like Saihara?" and I looked down at the floor "OH MY GOSH THAT'S A YES! I know cause I read boys emotions for dummies, oh I wish you could see the look on his face Riko it's priceless!" as the two girls laughed at my expense. I then smirked "well if your so happy Riko your next, you already know the drill" and she sighed "dare" and I smiled "I dare you to sing all the songs from the movie Frozen" and the rest shot looks at me with dread.

Fun Fact Riko couldn't sing to save her life. Another fun fact, I have ear plugs. I quickly put them on as the rest covered their ears and screamed for god to have mercy on their souls.

"Ok that was it- wait why do I smell blood?" Mirai quickly shouted "NO REASON!" and Riko seemed to pause a bit "um...ok...Kazue truth or dare?" and he sighed "Chiasa will bug me if I don't...dare" and Mirai whispered something into Riko's ear that made her laugh like crazy "Kazue...I dare you...to do the chicken dance..." and he shot them a look "of all the punishments we have put on both Nao- who is still incapacitated in the kitchen from his dare and Eiji...wait a second we need to let him out soon....your going to make me do the worst of the chicken dance"

"Yes" Riko said calmly "your lucky I want to protect what's left of Chiasa's innocence, otherwise I would have used my extensive swear word library" Chiasa smiled "i'll be in the other room go ahead" he smirked "ok then well-"

A few minutes later

"Hey guys I'm back- woah you guys look like you've fought a hundred battles and LOST" Chiasa remarked coming back in with the other two "we've learned our lesson..." I muttered as she smiled "I have already done the horrendous deed and seeing as your the only one left Chiasa truth or dare?" she smiled "truth" and his face turned serious.

"Tell everyone how you really  became paralyzed" Chiasa's smile immediately faded for a second till she regained it though it looked a lot more forced "what are you talking about? I already said it, I got hit by a car" he shook his head "the truth, I am tried of covering up for your lies and how you keep hiding these things from me! Tell the truth!" her smile faded "why...why are you doing this to me? To them...? Why?" tears were forming in her eyes as we just eyed each other.

"You keep saying we need to talk about these things to get stronger, so that we can smile, well it's your turn Chiasa you never should have lied about it in the first place" Chiasa stared at her hands not even looking at Kazue anymore "I'm doing this...cause I love you ok?" she sighed "my Dad" she mumbled "my Dad is the reason why I can't walk anymore...you happy now?" Eiji turned to Kazue "what the he**? Why are you making her do this-" Kazue screamed "CAUSE THAT'S WHAT SHE IS TRYING TO HAVE US DO! She hidden this for years...I just thought she was waiting for the right time...but now I know she would never have done it without a push..." Chiasa was grabbing onto her knees "Kazue..." her face was red as he sighed "I'm sorry, this is for your own good" and she nodded 

"it's...fine...I won't run away anymore...my Dad...he's a monster...I hope he goes to he**....he...when I was born he didn't want me...he didn't think I deserved to live...my mother wouldn't leave him though cause she couldn't afford to take me with her...so eventually she just left herself and had me stay with him...I don't think I will ever forgive her for that. One night...he got really drunk...and he was pissed off cause he got fired...and he came into my room...and he started yelling at me...that was the day I finally stood up for myself...and the rest I don't really remember...I just remember not being able to move...everything looked red...I hid my phone under my bed so I just called Kazue...and he called the police...my Dad got arrested that night for child abuse...and...well as you can see I didn't exactly get off scot free" she gave a small smile as Kazue grabbed her hand.

"I'm sorry everyone...I was such a hypocrite....making you all talk about your problems...when I won't even talk about mine...for lying to you...for making you guys become my friends...I am so sorry...for being so selfish" Chiasa just ended up sobbing into her hands, "it's fine Chiasa...I get it..." I mumbled to my own shock. But in all honesty...it was similar our situations. How we both lied in order to get out of telling others about our pasts...it was disheartening. The next hour was spent with us getting Chiasa to stop crying, telling her it was ok basically.

"Hey...I got an idea..." I mumbled to myself "what is it?" Chiasa mumbled "well...I know it sounds weird...but why don't we just go pull some pranks?" Chiasa smiled "really? That actually sounds like fun...wait a second I got an idea" she quickly left the room and came back with clown masks and a bunch of checkered bandanas "there we go...let's go have some fun..." she mumbled putting one on herself. The rest of us just stared at them for a second before following her lead as we left the house and caused mayhem. 

Halloween.

"I can't wait for tonight!" Riko cheered "last year I got so much candy..." Riko's mouth seemed to water at the thought and Chiasa suddenly entered the classroom "what are you doing here Chiasa? This isn't your class...don't tell me you read the wrong label...." I groaned a bit and she shook her head her eyes widened "I..I may have just made the greatest mistake of my life" she then shut the door and crammed herself into a corner "what did you do?" Riko asked and Chiasa screamed "I pranked Raeden! I knew I shouldn't have but he's been bugging me ever since I got in this wheelchair and the rest of you I just wanted him to have some payback!" my eyes widened "what!?! You know he's the biggest hot head this school has!?!"

"I know and it wasn't even that big of one...well...I hope it wasn't I didn't stick around to see the damage..." Chiasa mumbled "I may have just put a paint bomb...that exploded when he opened his locker...and he may or may not have hot pink all over his uniform..." I held in a laugh when she said that and she glared at me "it isn't funny Kokichi! I think he knows it was me-" but she was interrupted with "WHERE THE HE** IS SHE?!" and I felt my eyes widen. I glanced in her direction "well...good news is we aren't behind the school...bad news is this is also his class so you might want to go" and Chiasa's face seemed to pale "adios!" and she went at the speed of 1000mph out of the room.

"Think she will be fine?" I asked Riko who shrugged "I don't know...I mean the worst he can do at school is tip her chair...but her next class is with Eiji and Mirai so she'll probably be fine...." I sighed "well that's great...probably not going to let us forget about what she did till graduation..." I mumbled and Riko asked "hey now that I got you alone what are you doing with Saihara for tonight" I sighed "nothing, apparently his show is having a special tonight and he won't bother recording it" Riko groaned "that's literally all he does every time we ask him to hang out with us what the actual he**? Do you even know what that show is yet?" I shrugged "does it even matter? I mean I still see him at school...and you do to it's just after school...wait why do you even care?" I said turning to her "I want my OTP to come true!" and I punched her in the shoulder.

"Hey! There's nothing wrong with that!" I muttered "there's a lot actually...." and she sighed "well I guess it's party of eleven tonight..." Riko mumbled "Tsuki and me were planning on making him a detective for the costume event and you the criminal we planned so much and it's RUINED!" what even....

"what took you so long? Your always the last one to show up to everything!" Eiji groaned I shrugged "no actually Chiasa still isn't here" Takashiro noted and I looked at Takashiro "seriously? Her of all people hasn't shown up yet" he shrugged "she said she might be late so you can interrogate her when she gets here, besides we all have to get in there or Mirai is going to bite our heads off. She wants group photo's..."

"GET YOUR A** OVER HERE! SHE'S READY TO BLOW!" I heard Nao scream from somewhere as I practically ran into the building as Mirai smiled "finally you showed up! Chiasa told me since she isn't here your going to have to be the supreme leader" I raised an eyebrow but Mirai shrugged "I don't really know either but she gave me a cape and a hat for you to wear so come on! I REFUSE TO LOSE THIS YEAR! I REFUSE!"

"If that doesn't win us anything I don't know what will..." Genkei muttered as he eyed Mirai who was turning in the photo "I remember in junior high when she lost to some other group...oh gosh she practically went through all five stages of grief while killing us in the process..." Takara groaned "if she loses AGAIN I don't know what she's going to do..." I took a big gulp, "well that sounds great..." as a loud scream came from outside.

"Uhh...was that a sound effect?" Riko asked eyeing the door "that doesn't sound like one..." I muttered as we left the building to reveal an horrible sight.

"LET ME GO YOU B*STARDS!" Chiasa screamed her chair was tossed to the side and her hands were being tied and attached to a long rope "IT WAS JUST A PRANK FOR JESUS CHRIST!" as her perpetrator yelled "well then this will teach you your place-" when I noticed Kazue running towards them "LET HER GO YOU FREAKIN B*STARD! THIS IS GOING WAY TO FAR!" but Raeden didn't listen "STEP ON IT!" he called to the guy at the wheel as the car sped forward dragging Chiasa behind them.

A/N: Just some music for you guys...what did you guys think I was so inhumane I would do a execution for a character I love of course NOT!

The car soared forward as it kept looping around the street, the ricks scraping Chiasa and was useless as she struggled against the ropes as it cut her costume into pieces leavings scraps around the area. Eventually some bystanders started laughing like lunatics and ended up throwing stones and beer bottles that they somehow got at her the glass getting in her skin as me and the other DICE members blocked the car from rounding the corner as it slammed on the breaks and Chiasa's head crashed against the back of the car.

"CHIASA!" Kazue screamed running to the back of the car as people were staring at each other and getting out their phones, "speak to me...come on...hey open your eyes...OPEN THEM PLEASE!" Kazue was lightly shaking Chiasa....and he was crying...she seemed to manage to open them a bit as she let what sounded like a pained laugh come out.

"I....guess...I won't live forever....huh?....I'm going....to die here.....I'm....sorry....for not being able to stay....by your sides till the end.....I.....I'm sorry.....for being weak....I.....I don't want to die yet....I....I wanted.....to make you all happy....." she stopped as she just seemed to drift away "please...don't....forget about me....and....I better not see.....any of you soon....or I'm going to be mad.....ok?.....Hey.....stop crying.....I'll be fine....Kokichi....is the leader.....you better...look out for them....." I didn't even notice I was crying along with the others as we just stared at the body the sounds of sirens coming closer. 

Chiasa closed her eyes. 

And she never opened them again.
