I lay on the bed still my thoughts directed back on what Clane just told me. I lacked answers and words to describe it. Where would I start from? How would I get the answers to my stranger's demand? All these questions stormed my mind and went unanswered. I wish my dad was here to give me a clear direction.

I stood and tip toed to the window. I couldn't imagine all the chemistry we had shared moments earlier was a trick for my question. My body was cool by now but my heart still yearned for more. The birds were still singing melodiously as the music began its competition with them but all these seemed boring and noisy. I wanted answers not songs!

I switched back to my past. I wish Rehy was here to tell me what would happen to me next. Rehy was my first boyfriend, let me say a brother and my fortune teller. He was same tribe as me and understood me better than anyone else. He was such a hunk with blue eyes that swept away my worries whenever he gave me a stare. I was barely seventeen by then and knew nothing about love. He was two years older than me and I always felt safe by his side.

Flashback

" Tell me all about my future baby doll", I said leaning on his ever welcoming shoulder as I threw a popcorn in my mouth. He turned his face towards me and a smirk formed at the corner of his lips. The kind of smirk I prayed to see beside me each day of my life.

"What else would you like to know about our lives ever after?" He asked softly holding a strand of my already braided hair pulling it slowly. I blushed a little on this and covered my face with my left hand as he held the right one ready to foretell.

" Emmmh...eeeh... marriage...yes marriage life..." I struggled to let the words out.

He held my hand in his soft ones and began studying my palm. A strange feeling made its way through my slim body as he felt it with his long fingers. I couldn't tell whether the feeling was of happiness, love or something else.

He slowly stood up leaving my hand after some minutes of studying and turned his face to the television that was off. He stared at it for some seconds as if a new horror movie was being advertised. I gulped and waited for his unknown answer as my curiosity fought with my inner self.

" Our marriage will never be sweet slimmy", he said in a solemn voice.

My body grew hot for some countless seconds as I tried to take in his words. Like what! I had never thought of him reading my palm but today what seemed like a great joke turned out to be something serious. Who would my undisclosed husband be?

"Marriage! I wish you could not have asked me to", he stopped and sighed before proceeding with his revelation, " you will suffer, come across things and heart breaking secrets that will increase your pain and bring you a painful heart disease. You will cry and beg for justice at some point but all you'll get in return is more and more pain. You will be accused for a crime you knew nothing about all in the name of marriage but all that won't be enough. It's in that same marriage that you will get pregnant and give birth to sextuplets. You will also discover something about the destruction of your family from it",he stopped to catch his breath but this time I shushed him.

" Stop it Rehy!" I yelled angrily. I couldn't believe his revelation. How dare he foretell my flowered future in that manner! I stood to go but he turned and sat me down.

" I can't leave you darling boo. You are the capital city of my heart and  flower to my soul. Your presence makes my heart feel brand new", he said in his soothing voice. I blushed in between my smiles and took another popcorn which I threw at him. I stopped as another question stormed my mind.

"Why won't you leave me yet you are not the one to marry me creamy sweets?" I asked in a worried tone. He looked at me and gave me an pitiful pat.

" Don't worry dear Slimmy time will tell", he answered sweetly.

Reality

"Siz Shanny! Siz Shanny! What's up with you? I've been standing here for fifteen minutes now but you never bothered to look at me. What is going on in that cute mind of your?" Jade interrupted my thinking.

I couldn't imagine she had been right infront of me for the past fifteen minutes but I couldn't notice her exquisite figure. She grabbed my hand without a word and led me out of the room. Clane had taken Kisnee with him after our so called drama leaving me all alone in the room.
