Larry! My jaw dropped and my eyes widened. The piece of paper flew from my hand as they continued with their shaking. He was the last person my mind targeted. How would the people think of me? What would be Clane or Lincolin's reaction? What were they thinking of before preparing the names ? I was lost for words. What! Did I just mention Lincolin?What the heck!
Sorry for the confusion. I meant Clane.

" What about us gents?"A voice echoed from the back. I raised a brow and turned to see a young man who was speaking. He was short,too short for me to see. A laughter threatened to imerge but I covered my mouth with a palm of my hand.

I couldn't imagine I never heard of the pieces being prepared for ladies alone. How did I miss this important part? I tried to think and rethink but all I received were blank spaces.

    When the mind becomes tired, all burdens are left for the air.

"Ladies move to the left," he ordered pointing with his finger ignoring the young man.

All the beauties moved to the left leaving the gents standing like statues at the middle of the hall. My eyes had a behaviour of undressing any man whenever he was around them and they began doing so.

They  started with Barry Jade's fiance. A sweet young man in a white suite. So handsome for Jade and so tasty I can say. I accept he had a jucy taste in suites. I saw him earlier this morning during the drama in a blue suite and he had same outstanding appearance.

They shamelessly made a travel on Lincolin. I couldn't describe his outfit but he was such a stunning and darling human being to dance with for a special night like such. He was ready for his special day indeed. Don't blame me, blame my eyes instead for being so mannerless and senseless. If they were  ladies then you would immediately mistake them for whores.

They weren't ready to stop with their admiration on prince Lincolin. His eyes caught mine in the process and I smiled. He didn't welcome my smile.He instead stared at me solemnly with his brows raised. Strange and familiar foot steps directed my attention to the door. Clane walked in majestically followed by a lady. I couldn't see her properly. Clane was blocking her view. I stretched my neck to see a throneless queen and... Tylor!

My heart made loud pounds as I watched them walk in like husband and wife. I wondered how they came to meet up, what they were doing together and all that. Revenge! I recalled him telling me this. How could I forget such a puzzle ? Murmurs filled the whole hall and all the eyes got fixed on me. I was his wife not her!

My heart dropped to my knees when he took the microphone from the MC. He first looked at me then at Tylor who was standing beside him and spoke.

"I knew you had already chosen your dance partners so I came with my own," a strange smile spread on his lips before he went on."Call her Tylor, my sister-in-law. So beautiful as my wife Shannon", he stopped and handed back the microphone.

Valyne gave me an open stare  and covered her mouth in surprise. Tylor looked at me angrily as she made her way to the ladies' side. I had a lot to explain I knew. I wished I could have told her the whole pasted story before.

  "Here goes the dance rules", the MC continued bringing the people back to their previous business.

I don't remember what happened afterwards since I got lost in my own world of thoughts. I couldn't imagine my secret was now known to Tylor. What would be mother's reaction on it? Will she tell her? How will Tylor think of me ? A gold-digger? I wasn't in the right place to answer those.

  " Madam your piece please", a  voice brought me to reality.

The MC was standing Infront of me, his hand stretched to receive my piece of paper. I responded with a puppy like look and he   noticed I didn't have. He made two steps backwards, yawned then went on with speaking but this time not to me.

  " What were the rules of the dance?" He asked facing  Valyne who took the microphone from him and answered loudly.

  " She will have to accept one more dancing partner to add on the first one"

Whaat! This was an expensive joke of the day. Another partner? 
Just because of the loose of an ordinary piece of paper, I'm being given the task of dancing with two men? I couldn't stand it.

   " You have forgotten the last part darling girl", the MC reminded Valyne.

     "Lincolin, as the male part and the head of this special day ,will have to choose a perfect partner for her", she completed this with a smirk. It seemed she felt as being on warm clouds mentioning his name.

I sneered and avoided her fake eyes that were fixed on me by now. I felt like bursting them and fixing a pair of sheep's own. She had already risen a certain amount of anger in me. I Cursed Lincolin quietly for inviting her.

Lincolin stepped forward and stood motionless waiting for an unknown bell to be rang. I looked at him  but he still avoided my stares. I couldn't tell or explain what was going on in his head. All the attention was on us.

I'm not ready to dance with Clane. Let him not make such a mistake.

I closed my eyes and waited for him to talk. This was a game but to me it was like a serious matter that could leave a scar on my boneless heart.

  " I'll dance with her", he said and moved back to avoid more drama.

I choked in my own breath on hearing his statement. How could I dance with two brothers at the same time? Valyne's smile faded immediately Lincolin was done.
She wanted to be the only one for him. I looked at Clane who was wearing a smile and knew something was burning on a frying pan somewhere.

I turned to the MC who was giving the DJ some instructions for a proper genesis and scratched my head. My heart was beating like hell as I waited to dance with my first choice of a dance partner. I noticed people were in pairs except Larry, Lincolin and valyne. I concluded she was Lincolin's partner.

The lights were switched off as the music began. I blinked my eyes and stared at the empty ceiling as Larry held my waste.
His hands moved according to my heart's pace. I prayed for the music to stop before I could drop deasld. The dance took almost fifteen minutes and the music stopped.

Drinks were served and I saw it as a perfect time of the day to try a glass of liquor. I had never tried it in my whole life but was it a crime? I felt it's sweetness and ordered for three more. I gobbled them down and the music proceed. This time I had to dance with Lincolin. He held my waste in a possessive manner as we went down to our own interest. The four glasses had already taken control of me as I leaned on Lincolin's shoulder.

After five minutes of dancing, he held my hand and led me out of the hall. My heart resisted but my body had no stamina. My body wanted some sugar maybe.   Hope you will understand my situation.The lights were still off so no one could notice our missing.

Once we were out, he held my cheeks in his two hands and asked in a murmur.

  "Why didn't you tell me the secret behind your husband's f**kin closet before opening it wide?"

  "Yee...yoou... mmmh..." I tried to find words but couldn't. What was the secret behind it? It was what I've been yearning to know.

He didn't proceed afterwards. He just held my hand and journeyed on. My eyes were closed by now as I went according to his pace. My head was doing some high jumps. It was heavier than the rest of the body. He stopped and I heard a door open. He pulled me in and locked it behind him.

He threw me on the bed and switched on the lights. My eyes made a travel around his room then went off. I heard him unlock the door slowly before speaking.

  " I would be back Shan", he said and walked out. I nodded to only God knows who and dropped my head back. I opened my loose eyes when I heard the door open after some few minutes. I noticed Lincolin had switched off the lights before leaving since my eyes were in the dark.

" Lincol...i...s t...hat... you?" I struggled to let the question out.

The room went silent for some countless seconds before I felt some hands caressing me. I tried to push them but I hand no strength . The only part I could use was the  head that was like a burden to myself. Whose were they? Clane's, Lincolin's or my stranger's?
