Someone at my school told our guidance counselor that some girl was cutting. 

They talked to me and I told them it wasn't me. They believed me, but I don't know for how long. 

Don't do stupid things like self harm. It will come back to hurt you worse than those cuts ever did. 

I regret everything and feel sick to my stomach. Everything is going horribly. 

Please don't cut like I did. It's not worth it, for anything. Whatever your going through, there's a better alternative. 

I wish someone told me that before I did. Then again, no one ever knew how I felt.

Tell someone. Find someone you can trust and tell them how you feel before it's too late.

It's too late for me and you can see what happens. Nothing good.
