OK so. This is a chapter that is basically about taking care of yourself. I'm bad about forgetting about my problems and worrying all about someone else.

"Do you need help?" "Do you need anything?" "Are you feeling alright?" Are common questions I would ask. Yet, it would basically hurt myself in the process.

I worried so much about how someone else was feeling that I didn't think about myself in the process. I was so focused on helping others that I ended up getting sick in the process.

So if you have been reading you all know of my recent struggles of the toxic friendship I was in. I put that person before myself constantly just for them to hurt me.

So my point is you need to think about yourself to. Don't take this as you need to be self centered. No that's not what I'm saying. I'm saying sometimes you need a you day. A day without stress of others. And there are various things you can do.

•Take a nice hot bath. Add like those bath fizzles or bubble bath. Read a book, listen to calming music, or even eat food.

•Read a book. Find a quiet area to read and relax. One of my favorites to reread right now is "Perks of Being a Wallflower". Reread a book or find a new one to read. It helps get your mind of of things.

•Listen to music. Sing and dance like no one is watching. It's a fun thing to do and if you are alone it's fun to laugh at yourself. Good stress relief. If needing a song to listen to that is extremely relaxing there's one called "Weightless" by Macaroni Union. Link is next hopefully. Do not listen to while driving, or operating huge machinery. It is possible to be so calming it can make you pass out. Just a warning.

•Write a story. I do it constantly. I think of a story and play it out multiple times.

•Diffusers are a great thing to have in the house. They help with calming scents through out the room.

•Take a walk. Walk around your house, neighborhood, park. Or even go for a run.

•Cry it out. It's a proven stress relief. Don't let everything get built up. It causes bad health problems. I know because I've had many health problems because of letting things build up.

•If it's really bad you need to talk to someone. A parent, a teacher, a counselor. Someone you trust. You need to let it all out to someone so you don't get sick.

Ok so I hope this helped some. It's not my best writing by far but you know how it goes.

Dailey Question: what is your favorite thing to do when you are stressed out?

My answer:  walking is a nice way and I listen to music while doing it. Drawing and reading also help. Crying actually helps to and it helps me get to sleep sometimes. I keep my diffuser on in my room. Ok so this is my wonderfuly terrible answer. Bye everyone. Stay safe and know that someone out there loves you.
