Kokichi's POV

I walked in and I was being hugged to death by Shuichi. He was freaking out over whether I'm alright or not.

Kaito said he had found out who threw the brick. Apparently it was someone from the University. It was that wannabe rockstar guy. He said it was a dare. He still got punched though.

Ms. Yukizome let the class converse for the last hour. I stayed overall silent though. Rantaro had been near me the entire time. He said that he was watching over me in case I did anything stupid. Which I of course argued with him.

After we were dismissed Rantaro refused to leave me alone. "Let me at least go home by myself!" I complained. "Nope." He refused.

When we reached my house, Rantaro was reluctant to leave. But when I opened the door, standing there was someone I despised.

"Finally!" Junko stood there in the doorway with her hands on her hips. "Fuck off.." I muttered. She definitely heard me. She grabbed me by my hair and yelled. "What the hell did you say?! Why don't you just shut the fuck up?!" She was in one of her moods.
Great. You pissed her off. FUCKING idiot.

Then, suddenly I felt myself being pulled away. I looked up and saw that Rantaro had pushed her away from me. He was guarding me in some way.
Yeah he totally likes you.

"Don't touch him like that." He said threatningly. He glared at Junko and held me in his arms. "HA! Looks like Kokichi has his own knight in shining armor! You win this round kid." Junko laughed before taking me by the wrist and pushing me in the house. Yeah...... You're dead at the point. Leaving Rantaro outside. Not long after, he left.

Junko said that she had gotten a call from the hospital. She now knew about my schizophrenia. She wouldn't let me ask Rantaro for the prescription and she locked me in my room. The only time she would let me our would be for school. And if I was late, then she would call Izuru to get me.

Junko locked me in my room the rest of that day and the next. She didn't let me out until the next day. During the duration she literally would just leave a bag of chips, grape Panta,  and some candy for me to eat. No real food. At this point the hallucinations, as Dr. Okumura called them, had gotten worse.

Rantaro's POV

After I left, I realized I hadn't given Kokichi the prescription so I went to get the medicine myself. I would just give it to him the next day at school.

But he didn't come the day after. I hope he comes today. I didn't see him while walking to class this morning. I guess I was so worried I had forgotten what today was.

When I opened the door, I was greeted by a pleasant surprise. "HAPPY BIRTHDAY RANTARO!" They all yelled. Today was October 3rd, my birthday! Kaito tackled me and put me on his back. Then he ran back in saying, "KAITO LUMINARY OF THE STARS, AWWAAAAAAAAAY!" He was doing a superman pose the entire time. He almost crashed into the wall.

Then someone threw an avocado at me when he put me down. "Okay! Ha ha. Very funny, who threw it." Miu was laughing her ass off and yelled "HAPPY BIRTHDAY AVOCADO!"

I chuckled at my classmates' insanity. I looked around for Kokichi and he was sleeping on his desk. So I decided to wake him up.

I shook him a bit and his eyes fluttered open. "Good Mooorning Sleeping Beauty~" I chuckled as he barely woke up. He just flicked my head.

Then Gonta lifted me up and plopped me down onto a chair in the back and Kaede came back in with a cake. Kaito was setting the presents on the table.

They all gathered around the table and began to sing. "Happy Birthday to you. Happy Birthday to you! Happy Birthday dear Rantarooooo! Happy Birthday to you!" They all clapped and I blew out the candles.

"Wow. Thanks guys!" I laughed and everyone wanted me to open their presents. Miu pushed everyone out of the way and gave me a box with green wrapping paper. When I opened it, there was a basket of Avocados with my face on them.

I seriously couldn't stop laughing! "Really Miu?" Shuichi complained. She just nodded while laughing. I opened everyone else's presents.

Everyone but Kokichi. He was leaning against the wall, looking out the window. I walked over and stood next to him. He actually didn't even know it was my birthday.

"Since I didn't get you anything, you can ask me to do one thing for you. Anything." Kokichi proposed. I agreed and smiled. He had walked over and sat on my desk.

Everyone was watching in anticipation. "Hmm. What to ask.....Oh I've got it! One kiss. Only one, that's enough."

He looked at me like I was crazy. "C'mon! It's only one!" I said. Miu whistled and Tenko was ready to cover Himiko's eyes. Gonta was confused. Korekiyo was chuckling along with Kaito, Kirumi, and Maki.

Ryoma was smirking and Kaede's face went red. Shuichi was the same as Kokichi and Angie was yelling out that Atua told her it would be very successful. Kiibo was yelling out how inappropriate this was. "Sigh Alright then." Kokichi agreed and shrugged his shoulders.

"Wait reall-?!" Before I knew it, Kokichi had pulled me down by my tie and actually kissed me. He hung his arms around my neck. I obviously kissed back.

I put my hands on the desk for support. He pushed forward and ran his hands through my hair. I licked his bottom lip asking for entrance and he complied.

It felt like it was going on forever. I didn't want it to end, but sadly we need something called oxygen. So we had to pull away.

I was super out of breath when he pulled away. He just was just sitting there smirking. "Was that enough for you birthday boy?" He asked teasingly.

I just nodded. "Hey Kokichi! Since when do you know how to kiss? I mean, I've gotta admit that was pretty fuckin' good." Miu yelled out. He turned to everyone. He looked puzzled. "Huh? Whad'ya mean?" Miu looked confused too. "Haven't you kissed someone before?" she asked. "What?! No! That was my first real kiss." He admitted.

Everyone was just as surprised as I was. "WHAT?!" My face went even redder. 'I just stole Kokichi's first kiss!' I thought to myself.  "The guy's a natural!" Miu laughed.

"Definitely wasn't his, though!" Kokichi pointed out. "Oh wow." Kaito said in disbelief. Kiibo came out of the crowd. "Is this what Ms. Enoshima called, a ship?" Kiibo asked. "If so, then I definitely ship it!" Miu yelled.

"Then what does it mean when it sails?" Kiibo was super confused. "Well it means those two people en-" Kaede tried to explain but was cut off by Kaito. "It means they fuck." Kaito said straight forwardly.

Kiibo almost jumped. "Wh-What?!" Shuichi walked over and whispered something into his ear. Then Kiibo's face went red and steam came out his ears. "What 'fuck' mean?" Gonta asked innocently.

Everyone gasped and Shuichi ran over. "Nononono! Don't say that word Gonta. Gentlemen Don't say that word." Shuichi explained. "It bad word?" Gonta asked in confusion.

Shuichi nodded. "Okay!" Shuichi then smacked Kaito on the back of the head. Kaede scolded him. Kokichi pulled me back down by the tie and kissed my cheek. "There. A bonus, I guess..."

Then he jumped off the desk and went over to Kiibo. "Aww! Is Kii-boy worried I'll be stolen from him?" Kokichi asked innocently. "No! For the last time! Get away from me!"

That day went by pretty well....I got to kiss my crush! Ms. Yukizome let us have the day off and just party. It was pretty awesome!

I walked Ouma home, but before we went into the neighborhood, I gave him his medicine. "Huh? What's this?" Kokichi stared at the bottle of pills. "These are what Yukio called Anti-psychcotics. They're supposed to help with hallucinations. So the voices."

He smiled a bit, but it quickly vanished. He hid them in his backpack and said goodbye. But before he completely left me, I grabbed his wrist and pulled him in.

I kissed him. His eyes were wide buy soon after, he began to kiss back. He slung his arms around my neck and I wrapped my arms around his small waist.

I held the back of his head to make it last longer. But soon enough we hat to pull away. He looked at me with a flushed face. 'So cute.. ' I waved goodbye and ran home.

When I got home, my sister was waiting there. "Sooo how'd it go? Did anything special happen?" she asked.

I nodded. "Oooh! Do tell!" She put her magazine down and looked at me. I was blushing. "GASP YOU KISSED DIDN'T YOU!" I blushed even more and nodded. "Wait..... Only once or.."

I looked away. "Wait. Did you two actually make out?" I just looked at the floor. She looked at me with a teasing grin. She elbowed me and said, "Rantaro you animal!"

I pushed her away. "Oh shut up!" She fell backwards on the couch. "Oh and Mom and Dad took the others. They're out shopping. "Kay." I went up to my room and flopped over onto the bed. "Sigh Today was nice."

~Meanwhile~

Kokichi's POV

I barely got away with the medicine. I'll have to take it in secret. If not.. She'll find out and...... You're so stupid.  Of course she'll find out.

Right as I read the instructions, I was about to take it, but there was a knock on the door. Knock Knock "Kokichi?"
