Darkness. That's all Chrom saw as he went down the portal. He saw Sumia and tried to reach for her but darkness soon clouded his vision as he blacked out.

Meanwhile in the busy streets of San Francisco a young man with snow white hair was walking home from school. This young man was wearing a simple gray shirt and a black jacket over it and some dark colored jeans. He had his headphones plugged in as he turned the corner to the hill where his house was located.

Lets learn more about this young man shall we? Starting off with his name. His name was Robin. Just Robin. He had no memory of his parents. Apparently his parents died in a car crash told by  his twin sister, Reflet. Speaking of said sister she was out with some friends doing "girl time" as his sister put it. He ended up inheriting the family wealth and the house which was two stories since he was the older twin by 3 minutes. As he was walking up to his house he was reminded of something that happened three years ago.

Flashback Three Years Ago

Lissa: Chrom...we have to do something.

Chrom: What do you propose we do?

Lissa: I...I dunno...Ah!

Chrom: I see you're awake now.

Lissa: Hey there!

Chrom: There're better places to take a nap than on the ground, you know. Give me your hand.

Robin smiled to himself. He never forgot about the day Chrom and Lissa found him in that field that day. He missed them dearly and the Shepards and most importantly his wife and his daughter, Morgan.

When he first woke up in this new world he was surprised to find that he was even alive. He was surrounded by weird objects. The first person he saw was Reflet. At the time Robin thought it was some kind of sick joke that a person looked like a female him. He straight out asked if Lissa put her up to it, but that just earned a confused look from Reflet.

Three Months Ago

Reflet: Brother, are you feeling alright. More importantly, who's Lissa?

Robin: Okay guys you got me! You can come out now and welcome me back!

Reflet: Robin seriously, you are actually freaking me out.

Robin: Well you wouldn't be freaking out if you told me you are a part of Lissa's silly prank that you are supposed to be me as a female.

Reflet: W-What? Robin-

Robin: NO! I went through too much to be welcomed back like this! For Naga's sake call it off!

Reflet: R-Robin, did you just say Naga?

Robin: Yes I did, why?

Reflet: Why are you quoting something from Fire Emblem Awakening for anyway? And why are you calling out for that chick who's Chrom's sister in the game?

Robin: W-Wait. Game?

Reflet: Geez, if you can't remember our favorite game then something is definitely wrong with you.

Robin: Somethings wrong with ME?! I think there's something wrong with you! Now tell me where I am and where Ylisse is.

Reflet seemed to understand that something was really wrong. Her brother was telling her things that were from the game. Why would he do that? Unless...

Reflet: Robin. Tell me who you are.

Robin: Might I ask why?

Reflet: It'll help me answer something.

Robin: Alright then. I am a close friend and ally to Prince Chrom. I am his tactician for his militia, the Shepards.

That answer from Robin pretty much confirmed Reflet's suspicions.

Reflet: Robin, I don't know how to tell you this...but all of what you said is made up.

Robin: What do you mean by that? Robin had a stone cold look on his face.

Reflet: Hear me out, your life, the Shepards are all fictional. Heck your even supposed to be fictional!

Robin: How can that be? I lived through it.

Reflet: Tell me the last thing you remember.

Robin: I-I remember sacrificing myself to put a stop to Grima once and for all.

Reflet: Hmm, that would mean you were at the ending of the game...But you were supposed to wake up to Chrom and Lissa again.

(Lol Sorry for spoilers. Game came out 4-5 years ago so not really spoiler)

Robin: What do you mean?

Refelt: Well after you came back and were found in the same field where Chrom, Lissa and Frederick first found you.

Robin: So you mean that I...

Reflet: Came back? Yeah, pretty much.

Robin was completely lost. He wakes up to find a stranger who was supposedly his sister and finds out his life, his adventures with the Shepards were all just fiction.

Reflet: Robin, are you okay?

Reflet puts a comforting hand on his shoulder.

Robin: Y-Yeah, I'm just trying to process everything is all.

Reflet: Hey, don't worry about it. I'm here for you.

Robin: Thank you Reflet...

Reflet responded to Robin's thanks by laughing which confused Robin.

Robin: Did I say something funny?

Reflet: S-Sorry, it's just that the normal Robin would never be caught saying thank you to me.

Robin: Really? How do you stand him, or is it me?

Reflet: Yeah. There are at times when he can be an ass, but I still love him either way. It's just how our relationship works.

Robin seemed to smile at that. He always wondered what it would be like to have a sister.

Robin: Hey Reflet, do you mind explaining to me everything you know about this world?

Reflet: Sure thing bro!

End Flashback

It's been three months since that talk and Robin quickly adapted to the strange new lifestyle. Although his first ride on a car hadn't gone so well as he wasn't used to riding without a horse in front of him. In school he apparently had a habit to procrastinate all of his work and was constantly underachieving, so it was a big shock when he suddenly did a complete 180 and started working as if it was nothing. He even made some new friends who reminded him of everyone back home, so he didn't feel like an outsider.

As he turned the key and walked into his house, he heard what sounded like people coming from upstairs. At first he thought Reflet came home already, but the voices he heard clearly wasn't his sisters.

Crap! Did someone break in while I was at school?

?: -Rom, did you hear that?

?: Yeah, it appears that someone else is here...

Robin mentally panicked. They knew he was there. Putting his hood up he slowly tiptoed up the stairs where he saw outlines of two figures, one male and one female. He pulled out his pocket knife and waited for the right moment to strike.

As the footsteps came closer Robin prepared himself. It was like a horror movie as the door slowly opened, and when it did...Robin made his move as he let out a battle cry and struck.
