Sleep Problems

For issues with sleep, there are many things you can try.  Some ways will work, others won't. 

#1: Milk
Heat up some milk before you go to bed.

#2: Meditation
If you suffer from anxiety, meditation or other relaxation techniques can keep your worries from controlling your sleep schedule

#3: Exercise
Exercise; especially if you're not used to it, can make you tired.  I always do my ab workouts right before bed, and it definitely helps

#4: Music
Music can be very soothing, and it can even improve your mood.  I'd recommend making a bed time playlist, if the sound doesn't keep you awake.
