To brush your teeth you always use just toothpaste right? Well not me I use baking soda and toothpaste. If you think using bleach lemons or anything that had acids in it is bad it wares down your teeth but baking soda is a base so its ok and it will clean your teeth. Having braces would be hard to clean and take care of so that's a good way.
