Flash back to last episode

"What's got you so happy?" I look up to see who my roommate was and saw~

A boy who was sitting on one of the beds set up for us. There were only two of them in this room....so I guess I don't have to deal with any other roommates. My bags and luggage were already sent up, and seemed to have been unpacked for me...

I chose not to dwell on that, and turned my attention to my roommate, he was surrounded by books in a circle around him, while he sat cross legged inside, carrying a book with both of his hands as well. He had a set of black glasses with a white design on them, it was made to look like a snake, that wrapped around the arms of the glasses, and through the rims of the lenses. His eyes were a dark brown. He had short dark hair, that was combed way too neatly in my opinion. His outfit was plain, and consisted of blue jeans, a black V-neck, a sky blue jacket, and navy vans what were placed beside his bed. The entire half of his room looked well put together, extremely neat.

Great. I live with a clean freak.

"What's with all the books? You can't be reading them all." I asked him, before getting up from my position by the door.

"I believe I asked you a question first....your majesty." I didn't realize it earlier, but he had a Chinese accent, WAIT! HOW DID HE KNOW I WAS A PRINCE?!

"Right, why was I happy....if I must tell you, I had just had interaction with a girl which in my opinion was very visually appealing." I said, trying to uphold my 'princely' aura.

"You met a cute girl?" He stated bluntly.

I looked at him dumbfounded....who was this kid?

"What's your name?" I asked, flopping onto my bed, and placing my circlet on the nightstand next to it.

"My name? Oh right, it's Nosmas, Nosmas Chai." He said, turning the pages on each one of his books.

"Pleasure to meet you Nosmas Nosmas Chai. My name is Aramis Beleren, also known as the Prince of the Illusion Isles, or the StarChild." I smiled at him, inwardly laughing at my own joke.

He simply rolled his eyes at me, and went back to his reading. That's when I noticed it. There were thin, white tendrils flowing from all of the books and into his glasses. And when I took a closer look at his glasses, on the right side was inscribed G.F.R.G, he was using Gale Force Reading Glasses, and it looked like the newest model, but that still didn't explain how he could read all of those books at once. I thought they only worked on one book at a time.

"What are your abilities?" I asked casually, playing with my locket, opening it up, before closing it again.

"Pardon?" He asked, never looking up at me.

"Your abilities...you know...your powers?" I asked again. "Like me, I have summoning capabilities, and emotion manipulation." I said, before demonstrating.

"Summon: Aviary Companion!" I shout, a white marble orb appearing in my hand. I throw it, and a dove appears, soaring around the room. "Trigger Summons: Expanded Sight!" I shout again, and the dove bursts into pink tinted sparkles, that float around before disappearing.

"I have Archive magic, and Water magic." He says. THAT explains why he's able to read all those books at once, he's using his magic to draw the knowledge from them.

"Water magic? My friend Akuma has that kind of magic...you'll like her, she's a bit rough around the edges, but I can tell she has a good soul." I say, smiling at him. He seems a bit serious, but he gives a small smile in return. He may not like me now, but I'll crack that tough exterior, we are going to be best friends

"Aramis! You in there? The others and I are heading down to the Great Hall for dinner! So hurry up and come out! Or I'll make you!" I hear Akuma shout from the other side of our door.

"Speak of the devil herself." I say, looking at Nosmas. "Prove it!" I shout back, smiling confidently.

"Dark Magic: Shinegami Chop!" She shouts from the other side, and the door flies open, it's hinges broken. Akuma walks in, adjusting her burgundy jacket.

"Aww! Now I have to fix the door!" I whine and pout at her, before screaming as she tackles me, karate chopping my head.

"THIS. IS. WHAT. YOU. GET. FOR. NOT. COMING. OUT. OF. THE. DOOR!" She yells at me, before realizing she's hurting me. After that she just hugs me, tears in her eyes. "I'm sorry Ara, I didn't mean it." She spoke softly.

"Jeez, bipolar much? Anyway, Akuma Kuroyuki, meet my roommate. Nosmas Nosmas Chai, this is my friend, Akuma." I say smirking.

Nosmas groans, not looking up. "It's just Nosmas Chai, Aramis." He says, before looking up at us, and dropping his books, and fidgeting. A slight blush dusting his cheeks.

I notice Akuma turning red...and I mean really red, like, she makes a tomato look pale. She opens her mouth like she's going to say something, but closes it, and buries her face in my shoulder...forcefully.

"GAH! Akuma!" Was all I could get out before toppling over, and off of my bed, bringing Akuma with me. I hit the ground, and brace myself for Akuma's weight, but it never comes. "Huh?" I mutter, before looking around.

Akuma was caught by Nosmas, who was holding her with his arms wrapped around her waist, and her arms around his neck. It looked like they just finished a dance and that was their finishing pose. I thought Akuma couldn't get any redder....needless to say I was wrong. As for Nosmas, well, he was starting to turn red also. I wanted to be mad at him for not catching me as well, but I felt something. With my emotion powers, I scanned the both of them and had to contain a squeal...

THEY BOTH LIKED EACH OTHER!! And as much as I was mad for being allowed to hit the floor, I couldn't be mad at two people who just experienced love at first sight....I have a soft spot for romance, love, and stuff like that.

They just stared at each other, onyx eyes meeting brown ones, their faces mere inches apart. We stayed like that for a minute or two, me on the floor, propped up on my elbows, with the two the way they were.

"Ehem." I clear my throat, getting their attention. "Prince on the floor here, a little help?" I ask.

They seemed to just realize their position, and scramble away from each other, with Akuma helping me up, and Nosmas standing there, fidgeting.

"Well, it's been nice to talk Nosmas, but I believe I am keeping my friends waiting. You're welcome to join us at the Great Hall if you want." I offered while dusting off my cloak. He shook his head furiously, still red. "Alright, want me to bring you something?" I ask, to which he nods.

"Ok then! Let's go Akuma!" I say cheerily, escorting her out of our room.

As we start down the stairwell to the Erwyn common room, I start laughing. And it got so bad I had to sit down on the stairs.

"What's so funny?" Akuma asks, still recovering from what had transpired in the room.

"You don't get it do you?" I ask, wheezing. It was getting hard to breathe.

"Get what?"

"YOU LIKE NOSMAS!!! NO!!! YOU LOOOOOOOVE HIM!!!!!" I scream at the top of my lungs, only to get punched in the arm, hard.

"Shut up!" Akuma cocks her fist back, ready for another strike.

"Ow! Akuma that hurt!" I whine. We really have to work on her people skills.

"So what if I like him? It's none of your business." She mutters.

"I'm gonna tell him! NOSMAS!" I shout, scrambling back up the stairs.

"Please don't!" I hear Akuma say softly. She sounds so hurt, it makes me stop in my tracks.

I turn around, and the sight I am greeted with makes me want to tear my heart out.

Akuma is on her knees, in a bowing position, her head is buried in her hands, and she's...crying. The emotional turmoil is too much for me to take, and I walk back down to her, wrapping my arms around hers in a hug.

"Shh....shh...it's ok Akuma, I won't tell him....shh...its ok...your secret is safe with me." I whisper softly, rubbing her back in an attempt to calm her.

"Promise?"

"Promise."

I help her up, and she wipes her eyes with the sleeves of her jacket. We start down again, and I stop, smiling.

"What now?" She groans.

"He likes you too." I say, smirking.

"Yeah right. And how would you know?" She looks at me skeptically.

"Emotion magic, I can sense people's emotions. Plus he was blushing like crazy dumb dum." I say.

"You aren't lying?" She asks, and I shake my head. We start down the stairs again.

"So, here's the plan. When we get back, I'll leave you two alone. Then, you tell him you like him. Finally, you shove him against the wall and you kiss him!" I say, sparkles in my eyes.

...

Well, needless to say, I was the one who got shoved into a wall...then down the stairs.

"You tell Nosmas I like him, I tell Aiko you want to make out with her." She threatens.

"Please don't!" I plead.

"So we have a deal?" She asks.

I nod furiously. "I promise I won't tell Nosmas you want to have sassy moments with him." I say

Akuma nods. "Same here about Aiko~ WAIT A MINUTE!"

I bolted....

Somehow I made it to the common room in time, miraculously not dead, and managed to hide behind Alex and Autumn. It took Lux, Jackie, AND Luna, but they eventually calmed down a murderous Akuma, and we went down to the Great Hall for dinner.

Over the course of eating, I MAY have let slip that Akuma liked a guy, and that his name was Nosmas Chai, and that he was my roommate...

Hey, I said I wouldn't tell Nosmas, I didn't promise I would tell my friends.

I have a bump on my head after I told them. But it was totally worth it in my opinion.

We were just about to leave when the headmaster showed up.

"Listen up brats! I have an announcement~!"

So I hoped you all liked it, I'd like to thank DeathTheSoulStar and ItalianHetalian because they both have helped me so much, I've had writers block but they have helped me through it. Nosmas is based off of someone I know, and my friends should know who... ;)

I'd like to thank DoitsuHeichou for helping me out with the idea of Nosmas. She was a big help

I also have something to say. Even though Alex and Luna are second years, and Aramis is a first year, somehow he is in the same classes. Don't think too hard about it, it just works ok?
