Chapter 6: The Hydro Cave
Chapter 6: The Hydro Cave
---
We camped out. It was a secluded area; we had only seen a few Pidgey flying overhead.
"Well, were is our next destination?" I asked.
Goldie checked her Town Map. "The Hydro Cave. It is a cave (duh) with pools of water everywhere. There is a way to get out using a straightforward path, but you COULD use Surf on the water to get to stronger areas. And legend has it that a strange, powerful Pokemon lives on the lowest floor."
Her face looked creepy. Then I looked down and realized a flashlight.
"That will be a good place for my thr- I mean- two Pokemon to train," Zeke said.
"You almost said three. Why? Is your Master Ball holding a special Pokemon?" Goldie said.
"Fine... It is..." Zeke said. My head was on fire. Literally. I'm a Fire-Type, remember?
He sent out Mew. Goldie passed out. Seriously, can't she have the ability Insomnia?
(A/N Insomnia makes the Pokemon not able to go to sleep. Resistance to moves like Hypnosis and Sleep Powder.)
I used Tackle. She woke up. Luckily, she didn't remember seeing Mew, and Mew turned into Hoothoot. It apparently knows Transform.
"What just happened? Anyway, you almost said three. Why?"
Mew transformed back.
"AAHHH! YOU HAVE A MEW?!?!?!" Goldie yelled.
"Yeah," Zeke said.
Luckily, she didn't pass out. She did say "Goodnight," and then slept.

(The next morning)
I woke up first. I woke Goldie up first, then Zeke. We packed up camp, then headed off to Hydro Cave.
"Hey, it's dark in here," I said.
"Yeah. You mind if I teach you Flash?" Goldie said, looking at Zeke and I.
We both agreed. I learned Flash in exchange for Tackle. I used Flash, and the cave lit up. I saw a strait path in front of me, and I went ahead. Then something used Dig in front of me. It was a wild...
"LILEEP!" Goldie shouted. "Go Roselia!"
Her shiny Pokemon appeared in a flash of light. First, it used Leech seed. Then Lileep used Acid. Roselia was already almost fainted. Roselia used Magical Leaf. Lileep also looked like it was nearly fainted.
"GO POKEBALL!" Goldie yelled. I realized just then that her Pokeballs were Green. It hit Lileep's head and shook, shook, shook, and clicked. "I have it! Yay!"
I wasn't really that impressed. (No offense Goldie, if you're reading this.)

We finally got out of the cave. It wasn't too long, but tons of trainers kept on stopping us, so it took a while. But we got out. And waiting for us on the other side was Nolanburg City.
