Chapter 16: Another Part

We were running. Hard. And fast. And nobody saw us, somehow. I showed them the cave. They were both amazed.

"Ok, how are we getting in?" Goldie asked.

"Guys, I'm not too sure if you two can come in," I said.

"Wait... I know it would be weird, but we need to do the thing we talked about yesterday, an hour or so before the gym battle!" Zeke said.

"If necessary," I said.

I took a Pokeball off of his belt. I tapped his head. Nothing happened.

"Dang it, now we can't go on the..." Then the red beam sucked him into the Pokeball. I couldn't believe it worked!

"Go Zeke!" I said, tossing the Pokeball up in the air.

"Wow, that actually worked," Goldie said.

"Yeah. Weird."

I told him the plan. Goldie would steal a suit and wig. Then she would have all of Zeke's Pokeballs, but she would have to hide all of hers, because they were gym leader Pokeballs. Once she got into the cave, she would let me and Zeke out. I would use Flash (if it wasn't light) and we would search around for Zygarde.

"Simple enough," Goldie said.

Then she took Zeke's Pokeballs, gave him her's, and returned us. Luckily, we could see out of the top half of the Ball, and hear, too. It went going smoothly. Goldie took her suit and wig and was putting them on. Then, once she was ready, she walked over to the cave. Nobody noticed that she was different, luckily. Then, when she tried to get into the cave, someone stopped her.

"Tattoo, please," the guard said.

I thought that would happen. That's why I chose Goldie.

I heard a small rustle from the next Pokeball over. It was Zeke shaking around. I forgot he didn't know about the Tattoo she had. He knew what it meant, though.

"Here," Goldie said, rolling up her sleeve. The guard scanned it with some kind of scanner, probably to check if it was real, and the results were positive.

"Continue," The guard said.

We walked in. For some reason, the guard had closed the door behind us. It was a thick metal door, though. But I could hear someone saying that they were supposed to be in the cave. Only a certain amount of people in there at once, I guessed.

"Go, guys!" Goldie tossed up our Pokeballs in a small room off the side. Goldie was back in her normal clothes again. "Pokemon, please?"

Zeke handed her her Pokemon and she handed him his. Zeke put his Pokeball in his backpack; it might come in handy later.

"Hey! Who are they?" a grunt yelled. I stopped the sound waves by blocking it with Light Screen, though. Only people pretty close to him would hear him now. We continued walking, this time trying to stay close to the wall and to be quiet. We looked in every hole, room, and pretty much everywhere, but no Zygarde. Then we reached the end of the tunnel. There was a room. It had a big hole in it; I guessed that's what connected it to Hydro cave. On the other side of the hole, though, there was some kind of puzzle.

"Guys. I'm gonna go over there and figure out the puzzle. You two stay right here," I said.

"Ok, fine," Goldie said.

I quickly used light screen to glide over to the puzzle. I looked back and saw Goldie's Roselia blocking the cave enterance with vines. I looked forward. The puzzle was nearing. I realized it was a tile puzzle. Well, I needed to put the pieces in the right spots. There was a couple in place for guidance. I grabbed a tile then placed it in.

(An hour later)

I put the last piece in place. It was a hard puzzle, but I got it. It was a picture of Zygarde. Then a door opened up.

"GUYS! This is it!" I said.

The other two got up and ran over to the side of the hole and jumped. They probably didn't realize what they were doing, though, so they fell. I caught them with Light Screen and brought them over to me and the door. And we walked in.

OOHHH! I love this chapter! I can't wait for the next one :)
