Part 7

Next morning:

Arnav woke up from his sleep lazily. He sat on the bed numb. Then he suddenly remembered yesterdays' incident and went running to downstairs. He saw Khushi in the kitchen. He immediately rushed to her calling her name.

Khushi was startled to his voice that too morning.

"What happened Arnavji ?"asked Khushi coming out of the kitchen.

"Did you talk to Di ?"asked Arnav. Khushi rolled of her eyes.

"Chote'came a voice from behind. He turned his head and saw Anjali standing there.

"You woke up'said Anjali coming near to him.

"Di"said Arnav and was going to hug her but Anjali said "Stop stop. Don't come near me"

Arnav face off fell off hearing this. even Khushi is also confused by Anjali's statement. Arnav looked at Khushi. Khushi came forward to say something.

"Chote. I am going to mandir. You woke up now and still didn't took bath. That's why I said you not to come near me"said Anjali.

"So you are not angry on me"said Arnav. Anjali nodded her head sideways indicating NO.

"Thank you Di"Arnav excitedly and was going to hug Anjali but stopped remembering what she said.

Anjali smiled and said"Ok now. I am going to mandir. You go, take bath"

"Wait Di. I too will come along with you."said Arnav.

"No chote. It's already late. Some other time"said Anjali.

" Di. It's already many days you took me out. I am getting bored here"said Arnav in a complaining tone.

Anjali thought for a while and said"Ok chote. Today Khushiji will take you for shopping" and looked at Khushi.

"Khushi will you take me out ?"asked Arnav excitedly.

"haa Arnavji. I will take you out"said Khushi. Arnav nodded his head happily and went from there to get ready. Anjali too left to mandir.

After sometime Khushi went into their room taking coffee for Arnav. When she entered, Arnav was sitting on the bed looking confused. The whole room was full of clothes.

"Arnavji. What is this ? What have you done ?"asked Khushi with a wide eye.

Arnav looked at her and said"Khushi. You came"

"woo I can't understand which dress to select"said Arnav looking at the clothes pile in front of him

"If it is so, you would have called me naa. What is the need there to threw all clothes out from cupboard. See what have you done to whole room"said Khushi with a little angry.

Hearing her angry voice, " I am sorry Khushi"said Arnav with a fallen face

Seeing his fallen face, Khushi felt sorry and said"It's ok. Now have you selected."

Arnav nodded his head as No with a cute pout. Khushi looked at all dresses and selected one dress for him.

"Ok. You wear this."said Khushi. Arnav nodded his head and took it from her.

He started to pick clothes.

"What are you doing ?"asked ksuhi.

"I will pick all clothes, keep in the cupboard again and clean the room"said Arnav.

"No need for that. I will do it. You first drink this coffee and go to bath."said Khushi in a commanding tone. Arnav nodded his head ,started to drink coffee. Khushi also started to pick all clothes and arrange them in the cupboard.

After sometime, Arnav came out of washroom . By the time he came, Khushi had cleaned the room neatly. She turned saw him shirtless, looked away shyly. She composed herself and looked at him. Arnav is trying hard to wipe his hair. Khushi came near to him.

"Arnavji. I will wipe your hair"said Khushi.

Arnav nodded his head and sat on the bed. Khushi wiped his hairs gently. After that Arnav got ready and they both came downstairs for breakfast. By the time they came Anjali had already returned from mandir

At the breakfast table:

"Aree wah chote. You got ready to go for shopping"said Anjali.

"Yes Di. I am ready"said Arnav.

"Ok. After breakfast you go "said Anjali.

"Ranisahiba. Salesaheeb is going for shopping!!"asked Shyam.

"Yes Shyamji. It's a long time chote went out"said Anjali.

"But who is going along with him"said shaym.

"Khushiji"said Anjali. Shyam looked at Khushi with a lust. She felt uncomfortable to his gaze. Unknown to them another person also noticed it.

"But how can she alone manage Ranisahiba. I am free today. I can also accompany them"said Shyam. He wants a chance to go out with Khushi.

"That is why jijaji I am going along with Khushiji and Nannav"said NK. Khushi looked at NK surprised.

"What NK ? You didn't say me before"asked Anjali.

"What is there to say Di ? Always I only take Nannav for shopping. Today Khushiji is accompanying us"said NK.

"Ok. Also Khushiji can't manage alone chote in the mall"said Anjali then turning to Shyam"Thank god you are free today naa. I need your help today. Nani was arranging a pooja for chote nad Khushiji. I have to make a list regarding it and go to bring them. You are coming with me"

"But Ranisahiba........"said Shaym.

"I don't want to hear no buts and if's . You are coming that's it"said Anjali. Shyam nodded his head sighing.. Having their breakfast the trio went to mall.

In the car, NK is in driving seat, Arnav beside him and Khushi in the back seat.

"Nannav. What are you going to buy ?"asked NK.

Arnav thought for a while and said counting his fingers" I want to buy a new dress. I will buy a gift for mami. After two days, it's her birthday naa. Then I will eat icecream. I will play video game and I will buy train toy for me"said Arnav. NK raised his eyebrow while Khushi smiled to his innocence.

They reached the mall. Arnav and Khushi entered the mall. They went to buy a dress for Arnav.

The sales boy showed them different varieties. After parking the car, NK too joined them.

Arnav was confused to see soo many dresses in front of him. he couldn't select a dress for him. he stood blankly.

Khushi looked at him and said"What happened Arnavji ? Didn't you like the dresses ? Shall we move to another shop ?"

"No Khushi. I couldn't understand which dress to select. All are looking good"said Arnav.

"Uffo Khushiji. this is the problem. If you wait for nannav to choose then I will promise that even If we would stand here whole day, he won't select"said NK. Arnav threw a deathly glare to NK while NK bit his tongue. Khushi chuckled seeing them.

Khushi selected a dress for him and asked" Arnavji. How is this ? It looks good on you"

Arnav looked at it, took into his hands and looking at it. NK whispered in Khushi's ears"See Khushiji. how he is examining it as a police officer"
Khushi smiled while Arnav looked at NK and asked"Khushi. What did he say ?"

"Nothing nannav"stammered NK.

"No. You said something about me to Khushi. Say else see what I do"said Arnav in a threatening voice.

NK looked at Khushi to save him. so Khushi came forward and said " Nothing Arnavji. NK is saying that the dress is very nice and it suits you very well"

Arnav looked at them suspiciously.

To change topic, Khushi said"Arnavji. What about dress ? Did you like it ?"

"Yes. It is nice. I will take this"said Arnav, Khushi asked the salesman to pack it. after taking dress, they came out of the shop.

"Arnavji. Now where we go?"asked Khushi.

"I need to buy a gift for mamiji"said Arnav.

"Ok. We will move to gifts section"said Khushi and the trio went to gifts section. The sales person showed him many gifts but Arnav didn't liked them. Then his eyes fell on the one before him.

He asked him to bring it. the sales person showed it to him. Khushi and NK looked at him surprised. Arnav asked him to pack it.

"Arnavji. Are you sure to give this to mamiji ?"said Khushi. "Yes"said Arnav firmly.

"Let him take Khushiji. Also the gift suits mamiji very well"said NK. Khushi nodded her head. Then they came out of the shop. NK's mobile started to ring. He saw the caller id. It was from Anjali.

"Hello Di"said NK.

"NK. How is chote ?"asked Anjali.

"Your chote is fine. It is not still one hour we left and you called. Don't worry Di. I will take care of Nannav"said NK.

"Ok. I called you to say tomorrow there is a pooja in house for chote nad Khushiji. So say Khushiji to buy a saree for her."said Anjali.

"Ok Di. I will say to Khushiji"said NK and said the same to Khushi to which she accepted.
