Part 61

In Office:

Arnav is feeling restless thinking about his conversation with Khushi yesterday night.

"I am sorry Khushi"thought Arnav. He called his lawyer Mr.Roy and asked him to prepare divorce papers and no one should know about it.

In Sheetal's room:

Sheetal was in the room when Shyam came there.

"What happened Bhai ??"asked Sheetal.

"It is me who should ask you. You said you made a plan on that party day. Until now there is no any good news from you"said Shyam.

"My plan was failed"said Sheetal.

"What ??"asked Shyam. Sheetal nodded her head.

"What was your plan ??'asked Shyam.

"I thought to spike ASR's drink and to share bed with him and even I did it but that NK caught me and warned me "said Sheetal.

"What ?? Can't you be careful ??'said Shyam angrily.

"In that whole party NK has his dragon eyes on me bhai. I tried to avert him but failed."said Sheetal.

"That is why I always say you to be careful. If you had said me before about this, I would have helped you"said Shyam.

"I am sorry bhai"said Sheetal.

Shyam went away from there angrily.

In the night:

Khushi entered into the room and saw Arnav sitting on the recliner working. She silently stroded towards wardboard and went to change her dress.

When she came out, she saw Arnav taking pillow and was going towards recliner.

"Arnavji"called Khushi. Arnav looked at her.

"What are you doing ??'asked Khushi.

"Khushi. I will sleep on the recliner you sleep on the bed"said Arnav

"No need. I will sleep on the recliner"said Khushi.

"NO NO Khushi. You sleep on the bed'said Arnav.

"If you have any problem in sharing room with me, then plz do say me. I will sleep at the poolside"said Khushi.

Arnav looked at her shocked" Khushi. What are you saying ??"

"Arnavji. You din't even like me to be in his room, that is why you are not allowing to sleep on your recliner'said Khushi.

"No Khushi. You are misunderstanding me. What I mean " Arnav was going to say something but Khushi stopped him

"Exactly. I am in misconception about you from earlier. Now I understood you clearly. It's ok. I am going to sleep at the poolside"said Khushi and was going but Arnav stopped her.

"Khushi. You only sleep on the recliner"said Arnav and went towards bed.

Khushi slept on the recliner while Arnav on the bed.

Next morning:

Arnav woke up and saw Khushi is not there. He went downstairs after getting ready. Everyone are in mandir. Pooja is going on. He waited for pooja to complete.

After pooja everyone came into hall. Everyone congratulated Akash and Payal. They took Nani, mami and mama blessings.

Anjali and others hugged them and congratulated them.

"Akash. You are not going for office today naa"asked Anjali.

Akash looked at Arnav for permission.

"No need to come Akash. I will manage everything"said Arnav.

"But Chote. You have to return early. Remember there is a party."said Anjali.

"Ok Di. You too take care of yourself. Don't rush here and there"said Arnav.

"Ok baba"said Anjali.

After breakfast Arnav left for office. Akash and Payal went out to spend sometime alone. Mami to parlour.

Anjali, Nani and Khushi are present. Anjali and Nani are in their rooms while Khushi instructing the workers about work. She went into her room feeling tired.

In the evening, Arnav returned from the office. He is going to upstairs while Khushi coming down. Suddenly Khushi is going to fell down but Arnav caught her. Khushi looked at him. both shared any eyelock.

Their trance is broken by coughing sound. Both aparted and looked at Anjali who is watching them with a mischievous glint. They felt embarrassed.

"Chote. If you are done with your romance then plz let me allow to take Khushiji with me. I need her help in selecting a saree"said Anjali.

Arnav din't say anthing and left from there.

"Di. come let's go"said Khushi and they both moved to Anjali's room.

In the party:

The party is started. Guests all are arriving. Anjali, Nani and mami are receiving them. Arnav is talking with his business partners.

Then Shashi along with Garima and Lavanya came there. Nani and Anjali welcomed them.

Khushi came seeing his father and hugged him. Arnav too came there and greeted them.

Garima and Lavanya talked sweetly with Khushi as Nani and Anjali are there.

Later Akash and Payal descended down from stairs. Payal's parents Raj and sandhya also arrived.

Akash and Payal cut the cake and everyone wished them. The ccouples are asked to dance. Akash, Payal and other couples are dancing while Arshi are standing apart.

Khushi went and stood beside Anjali. Arnav silently tried to escape from there but caught by NK.

"Nannav. Where are you going ??"asked NK.

"I need to make a call"said Arnav and was going away but NK broguth him forcefully near Anjali.

"Di. See your chote is escaping from here"complained NK.

"Chote. What is this ?? You and Khushiji join the couples"said Anjali.

Left without any option, Arnav extended his hand to Khushi. Seeing her father and Anjali, Khushi too gave him her hand and they both moved towards couples.

Both are dancing but didn't dared to look at each other. They are looking everywhere but not into each other eyes.

"I am doing this for Di"said Arnav breaking the silence.

"I am also doing this for my father"said Khushi immediately. Arnav lowered his head.

NK is keenly observing them. He felt something fishy. He din't failed to notice the missing sparkle in each others eyes. All he could see is only pain. He remembered how they both danced on success party day. They danced forgetting this whole world drowned in their own world of love. But today they are looking completely different. The magic is missing here.
