Part 60

Khushi turned otherside and started to cry thinking about her fate. When she was thinking everything is fine but the destiny changed her fate totally. What sin did she committed to be punished severely ?? Why is it she always who has to bear ?? Seems like there is no happiness in her fate like in her name. What will she do now ?? He is not ready to take responsibility. He din't felt anything for me. Then what about those............ she remembered the sweet moments between them. Why devimayya ?? Why ?? You always punish me. What sin I have crime committed ?? Am I that bad that I don't deserve any happiness in my life. Now what I have to do ?? What if papa comes to know about this ?? Will he able to take it ?? He is now happy thinking that I am happy with Arnavji. Don't know how will he take it when he comes to know the truth.

With these thoughts, tears continuously flowing from her eyes Khushi dozed off to sleep.

On the other side, Arnav is no less. He is also feeling sad for his decision but what can he do..... More than sad, he is feeling guilty for making Khushi hurt more... She is ready to give divorce if he will be happy. He hate himself more for hurting a poor soul.... Don't know what will happen when family comes to know about this. how will he face them ?? More than his family how he face Shashi who is now happy for his daughter, to whom he promised he will keep her always happy. For the first time in his life he is feeling helpless.

He too dozed off to sleep slowly.

Next morning:

Khushi got up from her sleep and confused to see herself on the recliner. She recalled yesterday nights incident and felt sad. She looked at Arnav who is sleeping. He had a frown on his forehead which indicates he is worrying about something. She slowly went to washroom to get ready.

Arnav woke up after sometime and he went to jogging. He looked at Khushi who is busy in arranging everything for pooja. He silently went from there.

Khushi is working in the kitchen when Payal came there. She saw Khushi who is lost somewhere in her own world. She called Khushi for two to three times but she din't respond. She shooked her.

Khushi came out of her trance and looked at her. she smiled to her.

"Where were you lost Khushi ??"asked Payal.

"Nothing jiji. Just like that"said Khushi.

"ok. Now I will help you"said Payal.

"No need jiji. Everything is over. Just need to arrange them on the table"said Khushi.

"Kya baat hai Khushi. You are not allowing me to do work from the time I am returning. This is not fair. I am also bahu of the house"said Payal.

"Of course jiji. You will only be the bahu of the house. Also jiji a day comes when you alone have to do all these works like before. Until then let me do it"said Khushi.

"What do you mean by it Khushi ??"asked Payal suspiciously.

"Nothing jiji."said Payal.

"No. There is something. Why did you said that I alone have to lookafter the work ??"asked Payal.

"Jiji. There is nothing like that. You are misunderstanding me. I am thinking to visit buaji's house for few days. Then you only should take care here naa"said Khushi.

"That's it." asked Payal looking at Khushi frowning.

"Haan jiji" said Khushi.

Anjali entered into the kitchen.

"What are you both talking ??"asked Anjali.

"Nothing Di. just like that"said Khushi.

"Ok Payalji. Tomorrow is your anniversary. Do you remember it naa ?"asked Anjali.

"Ofcourse Di. How can I forget my anniversary ?? That is why me and Akash came early to celebrate with family "said Payalji.

Anjali smiled to her and said "I called chamanlalji to bring sarees and jewellary for us. We can select here. I actually thought to go out for shopping but Nani won't allow me to go out in this condition"

"Haan Di. You should not take stress "said Khushi.

"Ok baba. You both won't allow me to do any work. Wait I will definitely take revenge when you both will be pregnant "said Anjali.

Payal blushed while Khushi gave a faint smile.

The trio arranged everything on the table and had a breakfast with family. Arshi din't dared to look at each other one with guilty and other with pain in heart

After breakfast all the women are in the hall while Akash and Arnav discussing about a project on the other side.

The door bell rang. Thinking may be chamanlal, Khushi went and opened the door.

"Khushiji"came a voice seeing her.

"NKji. Aap"said Khushi surprised.

Hearing NK's voice, all the ladies came there.

"NK"said Anjali excitedly.

"Di. I miss you soo much"said NK hugging Anjali.

"Me too"said Anjali.

NK took blessings from Nani and mami.

He came and hugged Arnav.

"Nannav mere bhai. I missed you soo much. Did you miss me ??"said NK

"Never even in my dream"said Arnav.

"I know you rakshas."said NK and hugged Akash.

"NK you were supposed to come next week naa"said Akash.

"Haan Akash. I thought return next week but I remembered your anniversary tomorrow and Diwali day after tomorrow. I want to spend with my family. So I came here" said NK.

"You did right NK"said Anjali.

"Ok now go and freshup."said Nani. NK left from there.

Then after a pause of minutes, chamanlaal too came and started showing them jewellary and sarees.

"Di. We are leaving"said Akash.

"No. You both are not leaving soon. Come here and select something for your wives"said Anjali.

"Di. We don't have much time. Plz let us go"said Arnav trying to avoid.

"No. I am not going to listen anything" said Anjali

Akash pleaded Arnav through his eyes. Arnav sighed letting go off and sat down.

Akash selected a saree for Payal. NK came there.

"Chote. You too select a saree for Khushiji"said Anjali.

"Di. Let her take which she likes"said Arnav.

"Di. Why do you ask him ?? I think nannav by now definitely brought Khushiji a saree for tomorrow's party. Kyu Nannav ??"said NK with a mischievous glint on his face

"Shut up NK"shouted Arnav angrily.

All jerked seeing his anger after soo many days.

"Akash I am leaving. You come to office when you are over"said Arnav and left from there.

"What happened to him ?? Why is he behaving soo aggressive ??"said Anjali.

"Nothing Di. Just work pressure."said Khushi.

Anjali was satisfied by her answer but NK din't. He felt something fishy.
