Part 57

In the evening:

Arnav is waiting for Khushi to come. Akash and NK already left for the party.

Then she came there wearing the saree which he gifted her. She is looking soo beautiful that his breathe stopped for a while. He looked at her from tip to toe. He can't avert his gaze from her.

Khushi too sensed his intense gaze on her. she turned into beetroot red. She came near to him both are lost in each other.

Their trance is broken by the Anjali's cough.

They both looked at her who is looking at them naughtily. Both felt awkward and looked away.

Nani came there."Khushi bitiya. You are looking soo beautiful"

"Haan Nani. You are right. That is why chote can't even divert her gaze from Khushiji. Kyun chote ?? Am I right ??"said Anjali.

Khushi and Arnav both blushed hearing this. Only he knew how hardly he is controlling his desires seeing her today.

"Shall we move ?"asked Arnav.

Khushi nodded her head and they headed towards the hotel.

In the car:

Both Arnav and Khushi are silent but regularly stealing glances at each other.

At last Khushi asked "Arnavji"

"hmm"

"Woo. I need to ask you something "said Khushi.

"What Khushi ??"asked Arnav.

"How I am looking ??'asked Khushi shyly.

The car halted with a sudden screech. Arnav turned and looked at her.

"Do you really want to know how you look ??"asked Arnav.

Khushi nodded her head blushing.

"Then I will say"said Arnav and forwarded towards her while she backed a bit. He moved forward looking at her intensily , Khushi closed her eyes feeling his breathe on her cheeks. Arnav went near her ears and said in a husky voice "You are soo hot and sexy Khushi"

Khushi was stunned at his remark. She never expected Arnav to say this. she thought he will say she is beautiful. That is enough for her but he complimented her as hot.

"What are you thinking ??'asked Arnav

Khushi nodded her head as No.

Arnav smirking at his pagal wife started to the party.

In the party:

Arnav and Khushi were grandly welcomed by the clients. They became the centre of attraction. Arnav greeted all his business associates along with Khushi introducing her personally.

All the ladies and models were jealous of Khushi who got the position of Mrs.ASR while gents envied on Arnav for having a beautiful girl as his wife.

Shashi too came there. He was shocked to see Lavanya there.

He went near her and asked "Lavanya. What are you doing here ??"

"I came for the party"said Lavanya simply.

"But why ?? Now you are not there in AR"said Shashi.

"Papa. I din't came here as an ex employee of AR but as your daughter. All the employees here along with families are invited here. Isn't it ??"asked Lavanya.

"Then where is your mom ?? Why din't you bring her ??"asked Shashi.

" Actually I thought to bring her but in the last minute she got headache" said Lavanya and went from there neglecting him.

Shashi felt something fishy.

"Definitely both mother and daughter planned something" thought Shashi " I have to keep an eye on her"

On the otherside Arnav introduced Khushi to everyone.

"The arrangements are very nice" said Arnav.

"Arnavji. You were talking about the red roses in the morning for the party. But I can't find any red roses here "said Khushi.

Arnav fell in a dilemma.

"Khushi. Don't know why you ask soo much questions."said Arnav and then looked at Shashi coming towards them.

When he came there,Arnav said "Uncle. Your daughter really asks soo many questions. Seems like you brought up a question bank rather than a girl"

Khushi opened her mouth into a big O while Shashi smiled.

Arnav went away from there faking anger.

Khushi looked at her father angrily who stopped immediately.

"Papa. You are laughing for Arnavji's comment"said Khushi pouting at her father

"Sorry beta. But what did you ask him??"asked Shashi.

"Nothing" said Khushi and went from there.

NK was talking with some of their clients when he spotted Sheetal. He was surprised to see her.

He went near her. Sheetal faked a smile seeing him.

"What are you doing here ??"asked NK.

"What will everyone do in the party ??"asked Sheetal.

NK looked at her angrily "Who invited you to the party ??"

"No one. This party is for ASR naa. I am his family member. Who should call me for our family functions ??" said Sheetal.

"Do you really think that we consider you as our family member ?" asked NK.

Sheetal giving him a sharp look went from there.

"Seems like I have to keep an eye on her"thought NK.

After sometime, all the couples were invited to dance. Arnav came near Khushi and extended his hand to which she gave in.

He slide his one hand around her waist and other one clapsed with her other hand. They both were dancing lost in each other.

All the guests are looking at the couple amusing. By seeing them anyone could say how much they both love each other.

Arshi trance is broken by the loud applause. Khushi went from there blushing. Arnav smugged himself.

The party is going on well. All the ladies are interested to talk with Mrs. ASR. They all liked her nature who din't even an ounce of pride in her being ASR' s wife. She got mingled with everyone easily. ASR got a gem thought all ladies. NK and Shashi are continuously keeping an eye on their targets. It is already 11'o clock. All the guests are leaving. Akash and NK too left by Arnav's insistence saying he will be late. Arnav stayed back talking with clients. Khushi is waiting for him to come when Arnav called her.

"Khushi. Seems like I will get late. Some of clients friends are interested to do some projects with us. You go home with the driver."said Arnav.

"Arnavji. It's Ok. I will wait'said Khushi.

" No Khushi. You go home. It will take another one hour"said Arnav. After a lot of insistence, Khushi agreed and left from there to home while Arnav stayed back to talk with his clients cursing them for making his plan fail.
