CHAPTER 4: GRANDMA'S STORY
"Why did you three come home so early?"
Grandma opened the door, surprised. Grandpa replied slowly:
"Storm, ma'am. There's going to be a storm."
Grandpa pulled Syrena into the house, she followed, Grandma looked outside and gave a "ah" sound before closing the heavy wooden door behind her.
"Oh dear! Does your leg hurt, my granddaughter?"
She said and rubbed her feet, Sabrina sat next to her, saying:
"Yes, she's been walking a lot, so her legs are tired. And grandma, is there often a storm here?"
"No, baby, usually only one or two storms are the same, but it's just showers and thunder, but it's rare to see dark clouds like this."
"Do you need a hand?"
Grandfather, standing by the fireplace, had taken off his hat, gloves, and hat, suggested. She smiled and replied:
"It's all done, now serve it to the two of us and the kids. It's been a long time since I've had a chance."
He nodded and went into the kitchen, and a few moments later brought out bread, hot soup, and delicious salads.
"My pain is gone. Wow, you cook so well!"
Syrena was being massaged by her grandmother for a while, stood up but did not forget to give her a kiss on the cheek, seeing the table filled with delicious food and beautifully decorated, the girl was delighted, her eyes wide.
"How about we eat now?"
Sabrina suggested to her sister, she nodded and was picked up by her grandpa to sit in the chair next to her, Sabrina and her grandmother also sat in two nearby chairs.
"After eating, will you tell us a story?"
Sabrina asked, Syrena also interjected.
"That's right, ma'am, can you tell me please ma'am?"
She gave grandpa a piece of bread and butter, and replied to her two granddaughters:
"Of course, of course I'll tell. You two prepare yourselves because this time my story will be extremely thrilling and fascinating."
The sisters looked at each other, their eyes shining with excitement.
