How can this be happening? That smile of hers....can we still see that smile?

"LUCE!" Natsu rushed going to the big piece of ice.

"What the heck is happening here?" I am still in my frozen state.

"Lushee!" Happy followed Natsu.

Right in front of us is the mountain of frost slowly melting. Revealing a big piece of ice. And inside that ice is...

Lucy...Heartfilia...?...nakama...A family...and yet I haven't apologized about that day. I don't know if you still remember that day Lucy. That day we broke you. I am sorry for not being able to protect you. Sorry Lucy.

I went to Natsu and hold his shoulders, "It's too late, Natsu."

He moved my hands and punched my face, "No! Lucy is still alive!" He covered his hands on fire and started to try and melt the ice. But to no reason, it just won't melt.

I clenched my fist. I walked to the eyes and tried to eat it. I bit it but, "Argh...why is this so hard." I bit it harder.

Natsu stopped and looked at me, "Gray..."

I tried to smirk even if my teeth hurts from biting this hard ice. Natsu gave me his signature grin and we all started to attack the ice.

Avah's POV

I keep looking at the books that Trisha usually reads.

How can she read this kind of books so full of words. Argh.... I should have been the one to send that present.

~*~Skipped a few scene and then...

"Who do you think should return that present to them?"Trisha asked.

Yamiki suddenly put her two hands together, "The surrounding is getting colder. I am gonna make some hot cocoa and some soup."

Megumi's eyes sparkled, "Really? Oh. I want the cocoa with some strawberry syrup."

Yamiki smiled and grabs Kiyo's wrist and dragged him to the kitchen.

"Why me too?" he complained. But soon followed let her drag him.

Sigh...Young love.

"So wh-" before Trisha can finish...

I interrupted her, "Megumi. You forgot to plant the weird looking seed we found." I gave her a you-know-what-to-do look. I swear I saw a spark in her eyes.

Creepy...

"Oh. Yeah. I gotta go. Hahaha. It might get expired soon." She said and rushes out of the room.

Expired? That seed is magical and there is no expiration date. Wow. Epic fail... sigh...

"So it's just me or you." Trisha sighed.

"Shhh...I am in the climax already." I said as I open a random page of a book from the table.

"Yeah right. Guess I'll be the one giving it." She turned around and look at me only showing her sideview, "Nice reading by the way."

I looked at her weirdly, "Thanks."

"Upside down." She finished and walked to the door.

Upside down?

I looked at the book that I was reading. I blushed because of embarassment.

Gah...I didn't notice. Now this is epic fail.

This is so boring....

I opened my mouth to yawn but I didn't expect for a candy to suddenly get into my mouth and caused me to choke a bit. "*cough* What was that for?" I looked at her as she just got inside.

"A gift from my journey from the end of the earth." Trisha said as she sat down on a chair and began reading another book.

I looked at her. I was about to laugh but kept myself in control. She looked at me blankly, "What?"

"Upside down, genius." I said and her face heats up. She fixed the book right away. I tried not to laugh and rolled my eyes instead even if in the inside I am laughing hard.

Hahahaha. Her reaction was priceless.

I was about to say something more worse but she got saved when...

"Hi, guys." Yamiki arrived with a tray full of teacups along with a teapot.

"I thought you're gonna make some cocoa." I said.

"Well, I forgot to buy some groceries and we drunk all of the cocoa last week." Yamiki said as she put the teapot on the table along with the teacups imprinted with roses and a...

Hmmm...is that what I think it is?

"Is there something wrong Avah-chan?" Yamiki asked me as she put the last teacup on the table.

"H-Huh?" I looked at her confused.

"You keep on staring at the teacup I am holding. Is there something wrong with it?" she asked me again.

I was staring at it?

"Nothing." But then I added,"Where did you bought those?"

"Nothingness." Trisha quietly said while looking at the book she's holding and hopefully reading it for real. I glared at her and she just shrugged it off.

"Oh...this? Well it is from one of the joined mission me and Kiyo did." She said smiling, "It is from a girl. She gave it to us as a thank you gift."

"What town?" I asked.

I am pretty sure I have seen that mark... hmmm...it can't be from that place...it just can't....

"You really don't care about it don't you?" Trisha commented as she changed it to the next page.

I just raised and eyebrow, "Just really?"

"Hmmm." She continued browsing the book.

"As far as I can remember. I think it is...from the Battleground. You know, the city who used to believe that magics are curse. Hahaha." Yamiki began to giggle. "They even believed once that magicians are monsters. A-"

I cut her of by slamming my palm to the table as I also stood up. "I'll go and get Megumi." I started to walk away but then....

"I already asked Kiyo to get Megumi." Yamiki looked at me still with her usual smile.

I stared at her for a moment and then turned away. "Air." I said as I walked away.

But before I left and was still in the process of opening the door I heard them say things that they would usually say when I come back to being the old me. But since I am in a bad mood, I just shrugged it off and walked out to have fun and let all of what I am feeling out.

Back to where Natsu, Gray, and Happy are.....

Normal POV

Natsu and Gray have stopped attacking the ice. Their magics were no good. But the ice is slowly melting and starts to have cracks all over it. Just as the sun heat it and reflected on the ice which adds it to burst out with light as eat began to break. Natsu and the others stands in awe and delight. Soon the ice broke like shards of glasses. The frozen body from the inside slowly began to fall.

"Lucy!!!"

As time slowed down, Natsu reached out his hand and catched her before her body hits the ground. He hugged her not wanting to let her go again. Never to let go of his love. Ever....
