"Tae, you won't believe what just happened!" Jimin ecstatically interrupted Taehyung eating at the cafeteria, welcoming himself on his table by pulling a seat across from him.

"Jimin-ah, I'm actually not in the mood-"

"Guess who's the luckiest guy who just ate lunch with the girl from last night?" Oh, but of course his tiredness didn't matter as long as Jimin gets his way. Taehyung had no choice but to listen to his friend's story, figuring it was the easy way out to get some rest after he's done with the talking.

"So anyway, turns out Lisa and I have the same class every Monday. Not sure about her schedule for the whole week, but isn't it great? I get to spend a lot of time with her. Plus, we ate lunch earlier, while you were busy shooting hoops."

If Jimin's passion was performing, most especially dancing—Tae loves Basketball.

"Hey, a man's passion is his passion." Taehyung simply quoted, throwing his arms in the air to stretch before he tried conjuring up a plan of reaction to his best friend. "Good luck with that."

Jimin scoffs at the sensed sarcasm he was receiving. "What does that mean?"

"Lisa's a scholar."

A simple statement like this couldn't be easily comprehended without supporting details, so Jimin nods as he waits for Tae to continue his explanation.

"And you do know scholars don't have that much time but to study to maintain their grades?"

The brunette sighs in relief, patting his best friend on the back with his smile staying still. "My friend, I can make this work."

"Suit yourself." Taehyung replies, leaning down on the table, gesturing the other to go away. "I'm gonna stay right here and doze off."

Social Sciences class was next. He couldn't help but feel giddy of seeing Lisa again. Jimin tried his best to act normal, not gonna let Lisa read what exactly he has on his mind.

The moment Lisa came in and automatically took a seat beside Jimin, he was surprised to see her happy self had disappeared.

Did something happen? He asked himself in his thoughts.

"Hey," A greeting was his way to cautiously approach the blonde. But with the forced smile she returned, Jimin decided to stay quiet for a while, thinking she may have gone through something that ruined her mood earlier when they weren't together.

Throughout the whole class, all Jimin ever thought about was asking if Lisa is really alright. He wants to ask what happened, why the big frown? He wants her to lean on him, but backing off seemed pretty much the best way to comfort her; at least in his perspective.

He believed one needs to be quiet when comforting someone.

With Tae, as a guy, it was normal to leave things be and let the other open up himself. However, it was too difficult for him to apply it on Lisa.

Once the bell had rang, Lisa swiftly grabbed the notebook she used to take notes on for this class. She mingled in with the rest, squeezing to make it out of the room, not even sparing a glance on him.

Jimin decided to go hang out with Tae for the rest of the day.

So he went out of his way to go look for him. Sure enough, he saw his bestfriend still bathing in his own sweat, playing a lone game of basketball. He panted, he dribbled then shoot the ball into the hoop before dropping hard on the floor by the sole of his feet.

Tae turned to see Jimin walking towards him, so he wiped his sweat off and passed the ball. "Rough day?"

Back in middle school, the two would play basketball to get rid of their worries; basketball was their stress reliever and up until now, only the two boys can decipher what the other is feeling. Therefore, automatically getting into the game.

Jimin caught the ball by hand, jogging up his way towards the hoop while dribbling, but the ball bounced off the board to his disappointment. He tried once again, jogging back to the goal-alas, it was still a failure. Panting heavily, he dropped on his rear to the floor, giving up when he bounced the ball away from him.

Taehyung walked up to him after fetching the ball in his hand. He sat beside him, waiting for his cue to talk.

"Something happened to Lisa. And I don't know what it is."

"Like what?" Tae asked, twirling the ball effortlessly while balancing it on the tip of his index finger.

The brunette cluelessly shrugged his shoulders.

He sighed in defeat, hugging his legs as he laid his forehead against it. "Maybe she just had a rough day. I'll try again tomorrow."

"Good thinking." Taehyung commented. He stood up and helped Jimin, too. Then the two walked up to the parking lot to go on their separate ways.

Just before Jimin could get inside his car, there she was. Even though things didn't end well for the two of them, he still cares about her safety, of course.

"Clara,"

The girl he called stop. She looked his way, seeing that he was driving up to her in his vehicle. Clara couldn't care less of his purpose for doing so.

"Need a ride?"

She shakes her head humbly, walking away from the offer. "Being concerned about me now?" She bitterly rolls her eyes at her ex. Tightening her grip on the violin case she had in her hands, she started walking.

But Jimin was known to be quite the peristent one. So he kept up his car with Clara's pace of walking.

She didn't mind. She didn't mind at all at how childish she was being right now.

"Clara, I'm not going away until you come inside. It's getting a bit darker now." Jimin knew how she hated the dark; he remembered the times she screamed whenever they would enter a cinema on their previous dates. "I know how you hate the dark so much."

With that said, the girl stopped. So did Jimin's car. She turned to walk up to Jimin's window to say,

"I don't care about this whole new you. We broke up, okay? That's that. I don't want any more complications to deal with you. Just leave me alone."

Jimin unbuckled his seatbelt to chase her. He grabbed her hand gently then let go when he felt her being uncomfortable. "Wait. Fine, I'll leave you alone. But. . .let me take you home just this once. I'm just worried."

Clara didn't say a word nor did she turn around to look into his eyes. She walked up straight to the passenger's seat where she'd always sit on when Jimin used to take her home-when they were still together.

Jimin slipped into his position, revved up the engine and drove her to her place before it got dark.

Hard to believe the two never spoke a word to each other throughout the travel.
