Chapter One

Steve wrapped a towel around his neck once he pulled his jeans back on after practice. He turned as a locker slammed shut, it was just him and Billy left in the lockers. "Thanks for stealing my ball." Steve grumbled.

"What did you just say?"

"Nothin'." Steve realized he may not be in a great place, alone with him.

"Nah what did you say, pussy."

Steve glared at him. "I said thanks for stealing my ball."

Billy got in his face and the two began to push one another back and forth before Steve slammed into the locker. Billy expected a grunt or a groan, instead, Steve let out a moan. The two were frozen in silence before Steve pulled himself off the ground and ran out of the locker room, his face covered in a bright red hue.

Billy looked down at himself, his cock was twitching at the thought of hearing that moan again. He always found Steve attractive, but hell that moan as he slammed into the wall was something else.

Billy slunk into the nearest stall and quickly pulled himself free from his jeans, he jerked himself off roughly thinking about pushing Steve around, using him for his dark and depraved desires and yet loving him and caring for him like he was his own.

That was enough to spark something.

Steve was going to be his bitch, no matter how he had to get him to become his.

Steve would become his forever, and no one would get in his way. No one would even get to think about Steve in the same way again.

Steve raced off to his car, he fell into the driver's seat and felt his cock throbbing in his boxers. What the fuck was that? He fucking moaned in front of Billy Hargrove. He moaned because Billy threw him into a locker.

Steve could feel his breathing growing quicker, his heartbeat pounding in his chest. He groaned, as he forced himself to turn the car on and get moving. He had to get prepared for the party tonight, it was supposed to be a big get together with everyone. It was Tommy's graduation party, being a year older, and his send off for college.

Steve felt obligated to go, everyone would be there, and the two of them had a history. Tommy had been his first kiss, but they broke up after a while because of differences in personality and age. Steve still felt like he had to go.

Billy knew everyone was going to Tommy's party, even the outcasts and new kids like himself. He hiked up to the fated picnic table where Eddie Munson sold drugs, he had a few thoughts about tonight. He was going to find Steve, and have some fun. He sat down and waited, Eddie always came around just took a while after class to make sure no one followed.

Eddie made his way up to the bench and saw Billy sitting there with a shit eating grin on his face.

"Hargrove."

"Munson."

"I have a request, if you got any."

"What do you need?"

"Roofies."

Eddie eyed him for a moment, he did have them he just didn't tend to sell them as often. "Alright," he pulled out a baggie of them. "These ones are expensive."

"I just want like three today." He said softly. "If I can."

"Alright, 375."

"For three?"

"Yeah."

"Fuck.. Alright two."

Eddie smirked and handed off the singular pill and held his hand out for money. "250."

"Thanks." He stood up and pocketed the pill. "Are you going to the party tonight?"

"You know it." Eddie smiled. "I assume you will be too?"

"Yeah, thanks again. See ya later."

Billy headed out, and Eddie narrowed his eyes. Who was he using this pill on?

Steve lived a walking distance from Tommy's, he stepped inside and saw Nancy and Jonathan kissing on the couch. He sighed and walked past them, he was still hurt after the way he and Nancy left it. She cheated on him, and destroyed his confidence.

Steve walked in and grabbed a beer out of a cooler and sat back, watching and waiting for the party to get truly started. Barb waved to Steve and he waved back, she was Nancy's best friend but Barb didn't seem to see him as something terrible.

He offered her a beer which she happily took, Steve congratulated Tommy on graduation and his college offer. Billy was watching from the corners of the room, he grunted as he watched Tommy and Steve talk. Billy had heard from the grapevine they had been a thing for a while, possibly even kissed but no one had proof. So there hadn't been much of a story on it. Yet it still put a fire in Billy's heart.

He didn't want anyone else to touch or talk to Steve.

Eddie was sitting out on the back porch smoking. He watched a few people running back and forth laughing and talking. He saw Barb, Nancy and Jonathan talking and laughing. Barb had a bottle of beer in one hand, and a jello shot in the other.

"He did not."

"He really did ask for it." Nancy laughed as she took a drink. "Which is why we ended up breaking up eventually. I just didn't feel he was a man."

Eddie cocked his head curiously. What did Steve want that made Nancy see him as less than a man?

He followed them inside, watching Barb go for another jello shot, Nancy and Jonathan went back to making out against the wall. Eddie rolled his eyes and went to grab a drink from the bar as well.

Billy was skulking around, drinking and partying. He was having fun with some of his friends, he kept watching a few of them curiously. Tommy was finally alone, Billy dropped a roofie in his drink. Everyone knew Tommy would drink and drink hard, even do some drugs. Tommy instantly felt woozy, between the drinks, the roofie, and the drugs he had done. Billy watched him as he stumbled out towards his car, Billy thought it was an interesting choice. Billy helped Jason sit in the back with a grin. "You good?"

"Yeh.. Just fine..."

"You sure?" Billy asked, he watched around him, no one was around.

"Just fine."

"Tell me.. Did you and Steve kiss?"

"Huh?" Tommy asked softly, his eyelids fluttering.

"Did you and Steve kiss?"

"Was his first..." Tommy muttered. "Ugh.. I think I drank something bad..."

Billy grunted, he didn't like the way he acted when he said it. Too confident, too cocky. Billy looked around one more time, waiting for Tommy to pass out. Once the Roofie took full effect Billy unlocked his trunk, he picked up Tommy quickly and tossed him in the back before slamming it closed.

He looked back towards the house, no one had seen a thing. He would deal with Tommy's body later. For now he would be passed out in the back of his car. He had plans for Tommy's car and keys but for now he needed to go back to the party.

Billy raced around back before he made his way inside, he watched Steve as he went between the bar, the snack table and talking to people, Barb came up to him again after an hour and Billy watched Steve's face fall. "Shh Barb.. I didn't want people to know..."

Billy watched carefully, he couldn't hear a word that was said, but he could see Steve was upset. Steve offered Barb a vodka and a beer, she took both. She took the shot, and dropped the cup onto the table. Nancy walked past with Jonathan, they each grabbed a last shot. Nancy narrowed her eyes seeing Steve and Barb talking. Steve took a shot and offered barb one more before he asked if they could go outside. She followed him outside with another beer in her hand. "Barb, I think you should go... Or just.. Please don't bring it back up."

"I thought it was kinda cool..." Barb muttered, her words slurring. "Nancy said it was a surprise."

"Nancy told you?" Steve mumbled softly. He looked her up and down with a look of horror on his face. "Oh no..."

"I mean if my boyfriend asked me to peg them I would do it." Barb grinned. Steve couldn't tell if she was trying to flirt or didn't understand what was going on.

"Barb, I think you should go." He muttered again. "Please.."

Barb hiccuped, but took another sip of her beer. Between the vodka, jello shots, and beers she was far too drunk. Steve could see it in her face. "You liked it didn't you?"

"Barb, stop." He begged her. "Do not tell anyone."

Barb only mumbled, Steve looked her up and down. "Please don't tell anyone."

She only nodded. "Okay fine..."

"Thank you.. Thank fuck..." Steve turned, running back inside.

Billy hung back waiting for witnesses to leave. He finally followed Barb once he saw Eddie go back inside from another smoke.

Billy wrapped his arm around Barb's shoulder. "You and Steve arguing?" Billy asked a bit. He looked her up and down carefully, he stepped back as she hiccuped. She smelt like alcohol. "How many beers have you had?"

"A-A lot..." She muttered.

"I see... Well I think you should go." He grunted, directing her towards the woods, she stumbled forward but kept going towards the nearest forest.

Billy made his way back inside and offered Steve a shot. Steve took it and smiled, sweetly.

"Thanks..."

Billy only nodded, he watched Steve carefully. Billy took his hand and they made their way to a dark corner of the house, no one could really see them there. Billy tipped Steve's chin up. "I liked what you did earlier."

Steve blushed deep. "I didn't mean to..." He muttered, his voice slurring.

Billy grinned. "You liked it too didn't you?"

Steve only nodded. Billy stooped down a bit, bringing their lips together. Steve kissed back, both of them muttering into the kisses. "I think we could have fun, don't you?"

Steve only nodded, mumbling into the kiss as he raised on his tippy toes. Billy chuckled, he kissed him softly biting his lip. Steve tried not to moan too loud, he leaned back his head spinning a bit.

It didn't take long for Steve to feel the effects of the roofie. Steve stumbled a bit as he tried to kiss him again. Billy wrapped an arm under him and smiled. "I've got you Stevie."

Steve only nodded, slightly numb. The two walked towards the door. Eddie cocked his head, before raising a brow.

That was not who he thought Billy would use the roofie on, hell Eddie didn't know he swung that way. Steve leaned into Billy, the stronger teen held him close. He helped him into his front seat and climbed in. "Alright baby you just stay right there while I do something quick."

Steve's eyes were heavy, he groaned as his world spun. Billy checked his surroundings again, everyone was either inside drinking or had already left. Billy turned the keys to Tommy's car, he got the car right about the top of the hill before he stepped out leaving the car on. As he stepped away from the car it began to speed down the hill.

Billy raced back to his car and flipped it around, going the opposite way of the coming accident he was going to Steve's. He knew the Harringtons were out of town. As usual.

Billy drove away from the front of the house when he heard the crash, he only hoped no one really got hurt. He was hoping people would think it was Tommy who got in a wreck and fled the scene. He wanted people to think he ran.

Everyone heard the wreck, they raced out. A few people saw Billy's car going the other direction. Steve was out cold in the passenger seat, clearly drunk.

A few people ran down the hill, Tommy's car was on fire, having hit a telephone pole. A few people called the cops, others tried to see if Tommy was in the car but they couldn't see a body. Everyone wanted to know where Tommy was.

Billy smiled, no one would ever guess what really happened and now he had Steve to himself for a while.
