6. sexual tension

"He's that annoying huh?" Hongjoong says with a light laugh, his voice ringing in San's ears through his earphones.

"Yeah. Like I don't really know how to explain it but he kinda gets on my nerves. Can't believe I've gotta live with him the entire summer"

"I'm sure he's not that bad.. what was his name again? Wooyoung?"

"Yeah" San turns on his side, the early morning sunlight streaming into his room from his slightly open window.

"Just talk to him? I'll come over later tonight since I'm finally free" He puts emphasis on 'finally' "We can hangout or go watch a movie and I'll get to see just how horrible he is" He finishes mockingly and San rolls his eyes and sits up on his bed.

"You really don't believe me, do you? I mean during dinner last night he-" He stops mid sentence and looks at his door as if contemplating what he's about to say.

"He what?" Hongjoong speaks up when San never finishes his sentence.

"Nevermind" San shuts it down. The last thing he needed to do was tell anyone about how his step brother sexually harassed him.. or about how part of him kind of liked it.

No, knowing Hongjoong's personality he would just try and interfere or tell my dad about out.

The smell of pancakes wafts into his room and his stomach grumbles a little. "Smells like someone's making pancakes and I'm hungry as fuck, talk later" San says hastily as he sits up on his bed.

"See ya tonight, hoe"

San laughs. "See ya, hoe" The call ends. They had such a close relationship that whatever age gap between them was practically insignificant. There was never any formal tone. Just two childhood bestfriends.

He walks into the kitchen with a yawn and was met with his dad and step mom giggling at each other while making breakfast. Hyesun was busy pouring the batter into the pan and his dad stood right behind her, hands on her hips and chin resting on her shoulder.

But no sign of Wooyoung.

San clears his throat in order to make his presence known. They both snap their attention to him and he bows in greeeting. "Morning"

"Good morning, you sleep well?" Hyesun was quick to respond, a gentle smile on her lips. San smiles back and nods.

"Yeah. And you?"

"I did, thank you. How many pancakes do you want?" She was well aware of his mom's passing and she knew it wouldn't be easy to welcome another mother figure in his life which is why she vowed to make an effort to get closer to him.

"Uhm, three please" He replies while playing with a loose peice of thread hanging off the dining table.

Just then Wooyoung comes shuffling in with a loud carefree yawn. Dark wavy hair a disheveled mess, oversized shirt hanging loosely off one shoulder, further exposing his bruise covered neck. San's eyes stalks down to his exposed thighs since the younger was wearing the tiniest shorts.

He felt blood rush to his member at the sight of Wooyoung's firm thighs. Wooyoung catches his staring but San doesn't look away. No, he stared right back into those mocking liquid black eyes. He knew if he continued letting Wooyoung know his flirtatious actions were getting to him the younger wouldn't stop.

Wooyoung smirks when their gaze stays on each other. "How'd you sleep?" He makes his way towards San to join him at the table.

"Great" San mutters a response.

"Woo, go change into some more appropriate clothes please" His mom speaks up as she flips another pancake.

Wooyoung looks at her with confusion. "These are my pajamas. I can't wear my pajamas to eat breakfast anymore?"

"Well go wear another pair of pajamas" She retorts, her tone almost a complete 180 from the kind one she uses with San.

Wooyoung groans and pulls himself to his feet then shuffles out the kitchen. San couldn't help himself, he peeks at the younger's retreating form and stares at his round ass. It looked so soft, his booty shorts holding him firmly. There was just so much to grip.

He looked away once Wooyoung disappeared into the hallway. Why'd I have to end up being step brothers with someone as attractive as him? Though he couldn't stand the younger he had to give credit where credit was due.

Wooyoung is sexy as hell, there was no denying the fact. Just the way he moves, the way he talks, walks, smiles, everything just screamed confidence. And perhaps that's also what made him so attractive to San.

It's like he knows he's sexy and plays with people using that superpower... and damn, is it working.

A few moments later, Wooyoung comes sauntering in with a pair of slightly longer shorts and an old long sleeved shirt with his high school's logo printed on the front. His neck not as exposed as before.

In short he looked a little more modest but still had enough skin exposed to cause San's imagination to run wild.

"That's better. How many pancakes do you want?" Hyesun comments on his new outfit.

"Four" He slumps down next to San. A little too close because their thighs were toucing.

Their parents joins them at the table and breakfast commences. Wooyoung presses his thigh against San's, rubbing their exposed skin against each other since San was wearing a pair of basketball shorts.

San shivers at the contact, the feeling of Wooyoung's baby smooth leg rubbing against his causes tingles to form on his arms.

"First day of summer. What are you both doing today?" Hyesun asks as she covers her mouth while eating the piece of the fluffy pastry.

"I was thinking I could show him around the neighborhood" Wooyoung speaks up before San had a chance to.

"That sounds like a wonderful idea" San's dad says. "Y'know, go out, get some air and sunlight.."

"That sounds great and all but I'm gonna have to decline. Hongjoong's coming to pick me up, we're seeing a movie" He half lies.

"When is he coming?" Namkoong asks.

San hesitates. "Tonight"

"Well you both better hurry and finish up breakfast, you have the whole day until Hongjoong comes"

San opens his mouth to interject but then shuts it immediately after when he sees the stern look his father shot him. Wooyoung smiles triumphantly as he shoves a fork full of a syrup covered pancake bite in his mouth.

After breakfast both parents retreat to the living room to watch TV seeing as they both didn't have work that day. Leaving the dishes for Wooyoung and San to take care of.

San insisted that he would take care of everything but Wooyoung wasn't hearing it. "I'm helping, silly bug" Wooyoung says playfully as he picks a dirty dish from the table and takes it to the sink. San rolls his eyes but doesn't try and push anymore.

Since the living room was in a separate room from the kitchen, they were pretty much alone. And when San realizes this he suddenly began paying attention to evey little movement Wooyoung made as they worked side by side. Wooyoung washes then passes it to San to be rinsed.

The air quiet, the only sounds coming from the TV on the other room as well as the sound of the kitchen faucet running.

"Hey I just wanted to apologize for last night" San blurts out before he even knew what exactly he was going to say.

Wooyoung shots him a look of confusion. "For blowing out on you last night. I shouldn't have been so harsh" San further elaborates, their eyes meeting. Wooyoung just grins flirtatiously.

"No biggie. I mean if you're really sorry I can think if several different ways you can make it up to me" He looks back at the dish he was trying to wash, a brow raised suggestively.

San's eyes immediately widens and heat creeps up his neck. "W-what are you suggesting?"

Wooyoung takes in his frazzled expression before laughing. "What are you suggesting? I was just gonna ask if I can come with you to that movie. Jesus, San" The younger glances at him with amusement.

San immediately felt like crawling in a hole. God, I'm so embarrassing. "Sorry, ignore me"

"When was the last time you actually got laid anyways.. because if that's the first thing that came to your mind.." Wooyoung kept on the topic that San so desperately wanted to move on from.

San scoffed at him. "You don't know anything about me so just shut up and mind your business ok?" He growls out as he aggressively takes the dish from Wooyoung's hand then begins rinsing it.

Wooyoung doesn't say anything for a few seconds. "Then tell me something about you. I'm nosy. I don't like minding my business" He says in a voice so dark and daring it sent chills up and down San's spine.

There was tension in the air as they stood next to each other at the sink. Shoulder to shoulder, eyes locked. The tension was so thick on could cut it through with a knife. He soon built up a sweat after realizing that the tension was in fact sexual.

Wooyoung's gaze shifts to San's lips for a quick second. San simply smirks before looking away and back to his work. "You have to be the most annoying person I have ever met" He mutters.

"I'm honoured" Wooyoung replies sarcastically. They both reach for a fork under the water, their hands meeting momentarily before San quickly retracts his and picks up a different utensil.

A few minutes of hard silence ensues and they finally finish their work. Soon after they go out on the walk Wooyoung had suggested. San of course was still not too pleased with it but didn't bother putting up anymore of a fight.

The walk was just as tension filled as in the kitchen. Wooyoung being the one starting up small conversations while San avoided talking to him as much as possible. San felt like he was being punished somehow, the strained small talk with the unresolved sexual tension made it almost hard for him to breathe.

Every time he glances at Wooyoung his eyes would immediately fly to those pink pursed lips. Thoughts of how arousing it would be just kissing him would infiltrate San's mind and he'd be forced to look away.

And all of this started happening after their little 'moment' in the kitchen. I need to stop thinking like this. What the hell is wrong with me? He scolded himself.

"You ok?" Wooyoung asks teasingly when he sees the troubled look on the older's face.

"Yeah" San says with a shrug, eyes still avoiding Wooyoung's.

"So what was your final decision? Am I coming with you to that movie or what?"

San almost laughed out loud. "Wait you're actually being serious about that? Hell no you're not. Go watch a movie with your own friends"

"But I don't have any" He whines out, bottom lip jutted out in a pout. "Well none that hasn't stuck their dick inside me"

San nearly choked. He looks at Wooyoung with wide alarmed eyes. The boy looks back with a cheeky grin. One thing San took note from all the encounters he's had with Wooyoung is that the younger had a blunt personality. He never shys away from speaking what's on his mind.

"You're kidding"

"Why would I be kidding?"

San shook his head and looks away. So he really is your typical fuck boy. Reminds me of someone I used to know.. he thought to himself.

"Well go make friends online or something" San says, harshly.

"That's no fun. Come on, let me come. I'll behave" He promises, grabbing San's arm in a tight squeeze.

San cringes away from his hold then releases a long sigh. "Fine" Wooyoung immediately cheers loudly causing a few passers-by to look in their direction.

"Shh. I'll let you come on one condition"

"Name it"

"You promise not to flirt with everything that breathes. Especially not with Hongjoong. It's off putting and weird as shit" San says pointedly.

"Deal" The younger immediately replies. "This is gonna be so fun" He whoops loudly once again then side bumps into San with which the older responded by glaring at him.
